The service at this restaurant was so bad that I made it a point to remember the location, and to come here and write this review so that hopefully others won't make the mistake of coming here, ever. How bad was it? With only three cars in front of us in each drive thru lane, it still took 14 minutes to reach the drive thru speaker and place our order. We ordered two double cheeseburgers, two small fries, and two desserts--burgers and fries, their staple, with no special requests. Eleven minutes later, we reached the pickup window and got our desserts, but they tell us to pull around and wait for someone to bring out the rest. Nine minutes later, a girl with an attitude comes out, acting like we've inconvenienced her, and brings our order to us. We tell her one of our fries is missing and, with no apology or even an acknowledgment, she turns and walks at a sloth's pace back inside. We wait another ten minutes before concluding she's not coming back, and park the car to go inside and get our fries. In this restaurant, there were six customers standing in front, waiting for their orders, and I counted eight people working in the kitchen, with no one up front helping customers. There was no sense of order or organization in the way they moved, and none of the employees were acting with any sense of urgency. They were walking to and fro, slowly, looking like asteroids gently passing by one another in space. There was one person at the fry counter moving quickly to put fries into containers, but everyone else behaved as if they were high or on Xanax. I had to raise my voice to get the attention of someone in the back. I explained to them that I have been at this place for nearly 45 minutes already, and that I just needed a small order of fries and I promise I would never bother them again. They walk slowly over to the person preparing fries who hands them our order, then brings them to me and apologizes for the mistake. As they're doing this, the girl who brought out our order over ten minutes earlier comes out of the kitchen, moving sloth-like with another customer's to-go order on a tray. She recognizes me and mentions to the person helping me that "he waiting for fries". Nice, very helpful. And great English, btw. After a total of fifty minutes we are back on the highway, very disappointed by the burnt, dry, stale burgers and the cold, soggy fries that the girl with an attitude brought us earlier. My wife and I assure ourselves that we will never again stop at this place, no matter how hungry we are and no matter how busy the other restaurants around them may be. This place represents rock bottom for the McDonald's franchise and the corporation would do well to hold up this place as an example of what not to do. read more

Super pleasant and courteous morning shift crew. They seemed to be happy to be there, versus the disgruntled fast food workers you often see. Restaurant was clean inside with plenty of seating. They give you a number when you order and bring the food to your table; much nicer than locations that are constantly yelling out order numbers to customers from the counter. I walked into the restaurant and immediately got hit with a horrible stench I saw a large bug on the wall and an ant colony walking away with some crumbs. The staff are awful and rude. The food took over 20 minutes to get here. I didn't get what I ordered and they didn't give me any sauce after I specifically requested them to put it in because I needed to leave. DO NOT EAT HERE! GO TO A DIFFERENT EXIT AND GET YOUR FOOD THERE INSTEAD! (read below) This might have been one of the worst McDonald's that I have been too. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw an immediate issue: flies. The restaurant had an incredible amount of flies everywhere. The place was incredibly dirty and the service was terrible. Mind you, the place had a 97 as a health rating, but they need a health inspector to check the place out again. The staff had no idea what they were doing. I ordered a latte, and the staff didn't know how to make it. They forced me to get a different drink, which I did, but when it was given to me, I asked what milk they used. They looked at it, said it was whole milk, so I asked them to remake it, as the latte I had ordered was fat free. A minute later, they gave me back the same exact drink and said that they only used creamer. Also, when they were making the fries, the salt dispenser was empty, and the staff didn't refill it. A staff member took my receipt from my hand thinking I still needed to pay (because I had used one of the self-serve machines). The staff also wasn't very friendly with us or anyone else. Overall, this is the worst McDonalds I've been to (and maybe one of the worst in the country), and I will never stop at this McDonalds again. read more

Our family moved to the Greensboro GA. area a few months ago. In that time I have eaten at most of the places that offer breakfast sandwiches and speciality coffees in the area. The food and the Iced Mochas at McDonalds are really the best. The icing on the cake is the staff at this location. They are always smiling & courteous. I don't want this to go to your heads but when we first got here I would drive to the Starbucks in Madison for a breakfast sandwich and a frappuccino. Now I am a happy McDonalds customer. read more

The food caused nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea for 2-3 days. On Friday, Nov 24,2023, at 7:30pm, bought 2 double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese meals, 1 for me, 1for my wife. Luckily my wife was not home when I got there, so she did not consume hers, so refrigerated it. While consuming my meal I did not think much about the excessive mayo on the burger, other than to surmise that perhaps, the preparer was trying to hide the fact that the ordered tomato was not on the sandwich and I certainly was not driving back to the franchise to return it. Neither did I think much about the sparse sprinkles of shredded lettuce, whether or not the coke dispenser had been recently cleaned, whether the male employee I saw coming out of the restroom washed his hands or not, not even thinking twice about the teenage employee I witnessed gathering her weaved long ponytail then bagging food without washing her hands, nor whether or not the grease used to cook the fries had been changed, whether the mayo used had been sitting out all day without refrigeration growing salmonella, whether the lettuce itself may have grown bacteria, even the meat patties being cooked to the recommended hotest internal temperature to minimize e.coli or other bacterial growth, even whether or not bacterial contamination had grown on certainly the outside if not also the inside of the sticky ketchup packets given:NONE of this did I think about until I woke up about 1 -2am Saturday, Nov 25,2023 with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. I knew I had no respiratory symptoms suggestive of COVID, flu, or even Rsv, and tested negative anyway. So then I began backtracking and connecting the dots, back to the last meal I ate, and luckily not my wife for she had already eaten on the way home. The culprit was the McDonald's meal. Of course I wanted to and have self reported to all parties of concern, McDonald's Corporate, the Georgia department of public health, and the CDC, since no response to date as of this writing has been received from emailing during my illness to get the local Greene county health department to report the incident, inspect the restaurant, and test my wife's refrigerated meal at a DPH laboratory for any such or similar aforementioned foodborne contaminants before it goes bad naturally and thereby jeopardize any confirmatory results that could have possibly been achieved. Even wondering if I should freeze it even in attempts to preserve it present state. Some degree of confirmation though has been achieved by the November 25th, 2023 posts similarities which makes me wonder whether or not I can EVER EAT THERE AGAIN. Stay tuned. read more

Worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. The cashier "Essence" was rude, not just to us but to all the customers present. We were polite, said please and thank you, she couldn't even be bothered to say you're welcome, nor did she greet us except to ask us what we wanted. It wasn't very busy, only two customers inside and two in the drive through with 5 staff inside. Ordered fries and an ice mocha for me and coffee for my husband. Got cold stale fries and a lukewarm coffee with whip cream on it. Felt so lousy about the way we were treated we didn't trust the food or ice mocha for consumption. read more

We had a bus with 25 children and 5 adults. The staff was friendly, our orders were filled quickly, and we made it on time to see our movie.

I won't be one to base my review off of one visit. I come to this particular McDonalds at least once every two weeks. And I've gotta say it hasn't always been a pleasant experience. Ill start off with what I do like about this certain McDonald's, I do like the fact that the waiting time is very low, the cashiers keep the lines moving quickly but most of the time they are a little rude and don't seem to be paying attention to you. But anyway, the food is well prepared and cooked thoroughly and they rarely get your sandwich wrong. Now on to the bad, the particular cashier I had on my most recent visit was nice, but barely payed any attention to me, talking to all her coworkers around her and asking me to repeat what I said more than once because she simply wasn't listening. After ordering my food (this was a fairly large order,) I took my order out and arrived home with missing food and none of the sauce I ordered. I checked my receipt and sure enough I was missing an entire meal and all 8 sauces I ordered. I normally have an overall pleasant experience here but my past few visits have been less than a good one. read more
