Got the iced lemonade and a strawberry shake. Superb beverages but dropped two stars because the guy at the window didn't know who George Washington was (the name I had given for the order) !! I hate to leave bad ratings on any restaurant however the customer service at this Chick-fil-A does not meet their standards of service at all. Even getting my order taken seemed like a task for the young lady checking me out, ignoring me to speak to a coworker. Being downright rude. Then to get to the drive thru window and be meet with the same rude attitudes, also the time it took for these people to compute was I was saying was insane. It was like everyone was high. I order my food on the app, so I'm thinking I'll pull up & my food will be ready. They care more about drive thru & inside orders than the mobile orders. I have to wait in line on everyone in Madison that comes to chick-fil-a just to get my mobile order I've put in 20 minutes before arriving. I'm still waiting as others have there food. I don't like going inside. The white people look at you like you don't belong there. They're not very welcoming. If anything, they try to rush you out the door. read more

I always make a point to share about places I stop at while traveling, as others may be on that same piece of Interstate at some point. But when I notice a business has a few non-pleasant reviews (and I had a great experience), I really make sure to share. This location is less than a mile from the Interstate and fairly easy getting in and out of the parking lot. It is one of the "big versions", which means it can seat at least 100 people (Do I know this for certain? No. But I do honestly believe it.). I opted for the drive-through and it was on point. Pulled into the line, order was taken, payment made, food and drinks handed to me in less than 5 minutes. The order was correct and the food was delicious. Because the furry family members were with me, I pulled into a parking space to let them out for a minute. When I went inside to use the restroom a few minutes later, I noticed on the tables were numbers. That's when I saw a sign instructing you on how to order your food, via their app, and have it brought out to your table. That may sound lazy to some, but I realized how advantageous that is to people who are elderly or disabled. Or what about a parent out solo with kids? Somebody had a great idea that day. So if you're nearby and hankering that chicken sandwich and waffle fries, I recommend you try it. read more

Chick Fil A sets a very high bar for itself, so I'm reluctant to talk down on them when I occasionally have a bad experience. This particular Chick Fil A I stopped at during a road trip and ordered some food, drink, and sauces. I pulled to the window and receive the food. The kid tried to send me on my way without the drink I paid for. Not a big deal, and the situation was quickly amended. The real problems begin when I start pulling out my food. I ordered a large fry, and they gave me a container that was about a third full. I'm sure somebody had a good laugh in the kitchen showing their buddy how few fries they could get away with giving to a customer. They also blatantly disregarded the sauce I ordered. For a Chick Fil A smack in the middle of Georgia, I was very unimpressed. read more

This was an older design Chick Fil A but the store is very clean and well kept. The service was some of the best you could ask for- it is clear they live up to the brand name. From the order take to the manager who delivered my food both were polite, welcoming and showed they cared about the guest experience. The chicken strips were perfect and the sweet tea had the classic wonderful flavor. This is one of the best Chick Fil A I had been to. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience here today. My experience with Chick-fil-A has always been met with polite helpful and and engaging staff. Going through the drive through today was definitely not like that. I pulled up at the speaker to order at 10.27 am (checked the time on my phone) only to be told "We are out of sausage" when I order my muffin. I asked them to change it to bacon change it to bacon to be told "we are on the lunch menu now". I replied it's not 10.30 yet to which I was answered with "I can't hear you". When I repeated myself again the reply was "I can't hear you". I pulled out and left. It's a 20 mile drive to come to this location, the nearest one to home. Next time I'll drive the 40 miles towards Augusta instead. read more

Very very average CFA. Their standards aren't the same as they used to be. I order 12 nuggets and I received 10 plus a hunk of fried skin. The tables were dirty and we had to ask for it to be wiped down. After she finished wiping the table as she turned around to leave I had to point out that the seat had grease and crumbs all over it. However, I have probably been to this location 8 times and I would say 5 of those times my order has been wrong. Didn't like this location. They weren't friendly at all. Christmas lights and candy canes still surround the building in February. Door entrance is in a weird spot, had to cross the drive thru to get in. Did not pay attention to my special order, when other Chick Fil A have gotten it right. Fuggin' love me some Chicken Fil A. Me n my boo just rolled up with the quickness. We broke so jus' splitting a 12 piece nug combination sensation w a root beer. They axed us what sauces we wanted and you KNOW we hit them with the special sauce request. They rushed us out the window and as soon as we open the bag, NO Sauces! I went to the drive through and asked for calendar treat. You buy the calendar and are supposed to get one treat per month but mostly it's a bottle of water. November there was actually strip this month, and by the 28th I figured it's time to get over to cfa. Drove across town and was told to drive around again. Then told they had no grilled I had to have breaded... then I was told the system was down and they couldn't give me anything. That sounded ridiculous so I asked for the manager. All 3 of my children have worked at cfa and the manager is always given the freedom to make it right for the customer, especially if the problem was with the store. This manager in Madison, Georgia however, told me she wouldn't make any attempt to fix the situation, then slammed the window and turned her back on me. I have never heard of such rudeness from any cfa employee. read more

As a big Chick Fil A fan, I stop at their locations whenever possible. The location in Madison, like most others, gets good marks for prompt and cheerful service. Even higher marks for cleanliness, and I loved that - even though I arrived in that window of time where breakfast was no longer being served and it wasn't quite time for lunch service - I placed my order and it was ready immediately. I hate waiting...However, I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and was disappointed. Having always gone w/the grilled chicked, I found the chicken salad to be blandly sweet. At other locations this isn't usually an issue but unfortunately at this location they wouldn't honor my request stating that it is a temperature concern, the manager did offer spicy grilled chicken as an option but I declined. If I could rate this location without a star, today, I would. I don't usually write reviews, I usually just scan through everyone else's reviews when looking for smthg to eat in an unfamiliar area. We have lived in Madison, for a little over 3 years, and have been eating at this location for that long if not longer. I have always been a huge fan CFA- their tea, their food, and customer service. At first this location was just like any other CFA you visit, until here recently. In the past year, we have noticed a major drop in quality of food and customer service. I have overlooked it, as they are just busy, or short staffed, etc. I work in a customer service based industry as well, so I get it. But me and my family's stops here have dwindled, I have gone to a regular, where some staff knew my name/truck, to once a month if not less. In the past few weeks we have stopped for breakfast a couple of times. Monday morning we stopped and got breakfast, and the young lady that took our money and gave is our food was extremely rude and you couldn't understand what she was saying. This morning around 7:15, I stopped, came in the building to order breakfast. I was waited on quickly, and the older man taking my order was courteous to begin with. I placed my order and asked if I could get my hashbrowns upgraded to a large, like we have done so many times before (my husband and I share the meal). Not to mention the young lady has asked us each time, if we wanted to upgrade hashbrown size, it's not like we asked. The guy proceeded to argue with me on the matter, telling me they do not do large hashbrowns. Long story, short, he ended up calling me a liar and talking bad about me to the girl filling the orders, so much so, that I felt embarrassed that I even asked. The girl he was chatting with called me a liar and pretty much all but called me a pig. Once I got to work to eat my share of the breakfast, still mad and irritated about how they treated me, I found a weird hair, like a pubic in my hard and dry biscuits. On top of taking Cole slaw away and replacing it with an overpriced bowl of kale (which isn't the locations fault), the horrible, horrible customer service I got this morning and have been getting, and food being not up to par...we are done with chicfila in Madison. This Chick is clean and just like every other one EXCEPT they do not want to release their pickles! My kids like to take a pickle on top and a pickle on bottom of their nuggets and this is the only location that is stingy on their pickles. In Atlanta at any CFA we order extra and we get them in a big fruit cup. Here if you order extra you get two (maybe 3) if you are lucky in a tiny plastic container. This only builds one kid nugget pickle sandwich! We live close to this store but prefer to drive to Loganville where they are happy to hand out extra pickles and don't give us dirty looks for asking! read more
