I guess everyone is going through a hard time. Ordered a medium coffee and when they handed it over my fiancé and I were kind of shocked at how small it was. (Definitely not the size we were used too, guess it's been a while?) So we asked to be sure and they were like " Yup." So if this is their medium then what is their small?? I know McDonald's isn't high class or that expensive but that was the point. We got awesome sizes and somewhat awesome food for cheap. This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to, and I am a McDonald's connoisseur. I have been to almost every one from Texas to Florida. The food is always great, they rarely mess up your order, and the red head lady who takes your money plus the Hispanic lady who gives you your food and always calls you "papi", are the entire atmosphere to this McDonald's. I apologize for being descriptive, but when you meet these two women, you will know what I'm talking about. The robot employees will never give you what these women do. Just fix the drive thru. I have left the line 3 times in the last month due to people thinking they can skip. Some people don't have the IQ to figure it out and I promise they aren't the one with $30 orders. I like that this McDonald's is 24 hours, however lately when I've been going they keep saying their machine is down, so they can only do cash. But, I ordered through the app and they said they received it, when I got to the window Melanie told me she couldn't give me my food, because she couldn't see the order and I offered to show her my receipt, but they told me I had to come back in 30 mins. So, when I go back they were confused that I didn't get my food already and I told them what happened and they said they told her to give me my food last time, but it didn't seem like anyone was going to. When I finally got my food they ended up forgetting an item and so I had to pull around again to get it. It's a good McDonald's, but the service today was awful. read more

6:20PM. I came in for some #7 fish sandwiches only. There was a fairly obese young guy with black hair and glasses on at the cashier counter. When I said "I'm going to have....." he keep looking down on the cash register! Like the young guy dont care about me and my order... That response from the young guy was rude and unprofessional to me as clerks are supposed to be alert and ready for the customers at all times! Ordered 3 meals, entree fries drink, missing a fry and was charged for everything individually instead of as a meal tried calling but you can't get ahold of them thanks to Karla now I had to spend more money because I got charged individually and had to go back around and pay for the food that should've been on there but they are too incompetent to take orders read more

This location has a electronic menu so you have to wait to see everything they have. It's a pretty new one as well. It's super spacious and it's a pretty nice store. The play area is a good size and I think people come here like a coffee shop. The cashiers are usually nice and the store is pretty clean. I come here all the time because of my nephew who likes to play in the kids area. read more

Greenville's McDonald's is new facility adjacent to where the old one sat. Great indoor play area for the kids. At just $2.26, the medium iced caramel coffee is adequate for a cheap flavor coffee. Friendly service through the drive thru this morning. Fill out the survey on the receipt and buy one get one free quarter pounder w/ cheese or egg mcmuffin. read more

Their service sucks! I went there and asked for a double quarter pounder meat and bread ONLY. We had to wait 7 minutes for the burger, when I got it, they gave me the burger but with every condiment possible. When I go to this McDonalds. The food we've gotten is always fresh. My boys love playing in their indoor play area. I love how big it is and they can burn off energy when it's super hot out. Staff seems to try and keep the place clean, which I am very thankful for. read more

The indoor play area is the reason to bring your kids here, the fact they can also eat food is secondary. Food is about what you would expect (tho it has arrived colder than I like, not a deal breaker). Property is clean and well kept, employees are reasonable. read more

I so appreciate that McDonald's has so many online coupons everyday, they honor the law and allow me to exercise my 2nd Amendment rights, they have free WiFi and an overall friendly environment. I love this McDonalds because of 2 women specifically!! Lora (takes your order) and the Hispanic woman (that hands you your food) manager, I think, not sure her name but she always calls you "beautiful" or "mi amor" They always put a smile on my face and are always so friendly!!! As far as their food, the biscuits are always soft, not hard as a rock like most McDonalds. Burgers are always hot and fresh, as well as their fries. And their coffee...well, I'm a coffee-holic, I like their coffee and I don't have to spend an arm and a leg like Starbucks!! The newly remodeled restaurant is gorgeous. But the Playland is full of video games so the kids don't want to get active and run around. Playland is very boring and doesn't have much to do. I've seen McDonald's do much better and we won't be visiting this one again even if we have to drive an hour to go to another one. For a brand-new restaurant I expected much better. read more

They just can't get it right If I don't taste the tea before I am 10 miles down the highway, it is SWEET, which is WRONG. The receipt clearly says, "Unsweetened." (That sweet stuff is horrible.) I have to drive back, and the manager is very rude. He said that "someone made a mistake." Yes, over and over and over. WHY can't they get it right? He said that "everyone makes mistakes." Yes, but this McDonald's makes more than most. The line was especially slow, so I didn't want to hold it up more by tasting before I left. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. Save yourself some frustration and drive a few more minutes to the next Mcdonalds. The drive thru lane is not set up well and makes it easy to cut in line. Don't bother wasting your time to complain to the employees when you get skipped, because they will make excuses and happily serve the line jumpers before you.
