I got a mocha frappe and it is really good still currently drinking it would recommend frape to someone if they wanted coffee. The menu on the drive thru is so clear I can very well tell and see what every item menu is . If you like McDonald's this is one of the best. So I just came into McDonald's just to use the restroom and will behold. I decided to order I really wasn't going to order, but since I did, I didn't regret it. The food was so good. It was fresh. It was done on time and and and all the workers were polite. They only forgot one thing when it's cold outside regardless they need to remember to put napkins in the bag, but my whole order was good. I cannot understand how any of these folks stay employed. Never get the orders correct. They don't pay attention. Then they get mad at you and threaten to call the cops if you get frustrated about their terrible service. Visited the drive thru. Wife had placed the order through the app. Gave the code, pull forward...or well, tried to, as a truck driver figured that during a busy dinner hour was the time to try to make a delivery and completely clog up the parking lot/lane. We get to the window, they had us our drinks and ask us to pull forward. No problem. Wait several minutes, drive thru guy asks "did you get a QPC with tomatoes?" No. Leaves. Comes back "did you get a happy meal?" No. Stands there. What did you get? Tell him, I don't know, I'm here to pick it up, I didn't order it, gave the code again. He gets smart with me and laughs at us when we say give us the food or the money back. He disappears and gets an old lady that I presume to be the manager. By this point, since the drive thru guy was being a smart-aleck, I was getting more frustrated. Manager asks what the problem is "can we just have our food?" Same problem--tell her I didn't order it, I only have the app code. "Didn't that idiot tell you anything?" She said "He's NOT an idiot," and I said "Look, he was mocking us" and she told us to leave if we were going to call him names and yell (I wasn't yelling, but you could probably tell I was getting angry). Never can or will you get fresh fries or anything from this location...they pre cook the fries go around 3pm-8pm and look inside as you go to the drive thru and they have all the fries already just sitting by their respective sizes...ordered a double cheeseburger yesterday just ketchup and the bun was hard as a rock smh. Since the quarantine, I've had to eat here at times due to work is so busy and no time to cook. Plus Grove City lacks local restaurants (there is a few but closed) so chain restaurants are norm for me here especially late night after jobs. McDonald's has been up and down but lately it has been better. The double quarter pounder has been thoroughly cooked and presentable. Fries have been decent and not dry or burnt. Ordered a normal meal. My food came out and they asked me to pull forward for a SPRITE! I drove the 15 minutes home and when I got there, I found that the sprite was all carbonation and no syrup. I work third shift so it's hard to not have to stop and eat. Well this location has always given fresh hot food and it could be two or three in the morning and I always get fresh Frye's. So that's definitely a big plus and I don't request it. Plus the customer service is also nice and again it's third shift so it's nice to deal with pleasant people. read more
