My first good experience with Bibibop. There has always been an issue with the food or the service or something. And with the concept, I think. Bibibop is not Korean. Or rather, it's ballpark Korean, kind of like Taco Bell is in the ballpark of Mexican food. It's kind of like Chipotle: you can build your own bowl. Start with greens or rice or noodles. Sweet potato noodles, which don't taste like sweet potato, but come across as close to rice noodles. I also got the Korean beef, which is pretty much bulgogi. And a few veggies: corn, pickled onions, sprouts. I forgot the avocado I wanted, but that is extra anyway. I got all that as a free bowl because I have the app. You had to spend five dollars, so I got a side of pineapple and a drink, for six dollars total. So yes, free food probably swayed my opinion a bit. But also it was pretty good, and at least slightly healthy. And the service and atmosphere were excellent. Helped by a couple of people behind the counter, and they were fast, friendly, and helpful. The place is bright and clean. Not super big, but with efficient seating for a couple dozen people. Parking was easy. All in all a good experience. I'm still not a huge fan, because I like real Korean food and this only hints at that. But for a fast, reasonably cheap, reasonably healthy meal, this is a decent option. read more

In a sea of fast food options, Bibibop was a delightful, lucky find. We were driving around looking for something that wasn't deep fried, greasy or typical fast food. Bibibop is located in a small shopping center near a Starbucks and they provide curbside/indoor pickup, delivery and inside seating. The concept is the same as other salad or poke places that I've been to - pick your base, protein(s), veggies, starches, sauces and whatever else floats your boat. Want cheese? Corn? Roasted broccoli? Kale? Shredded carrots? Black beans? Go crazy with your bad self. I had the shrimp bowl with extra shrimp on top of regular rice and a bunch of random veggies. I ordered sriracha sauce and sesame oil - they gave me soy sauce instead of sesame oil...but at least it was on the side. The other meal was a chicken bowl with regular rice, beans, other veggies and sesame oil (again - not included....oops). Even though there was a mix up with sauces, the food was fresh and tasty. I tried the coconut milk pudding with mango - that was a nice dessert. Just the right amount of creamy and sweet. After driving almost 10 hours, I just needed some clean food. Overall, a good meal. Yummy food! Good choices and vegetarian options. I had a bowl of white rice with spicy chicken. I added corn, purple cabbage, broccoli and Gochujang. Very tasty! They also have several serve-yourself flavored lemonades and teas. And free cups of miso soup. Good place!! read more

I ordered online for pick up and everything was pretty easy. I was able to pick up my order right away and at my scheduled time. They did slightly mess up my bowl by adding beans to it when I never asked for any. They should be more careful about things like that incase anyone has food allergies. I also wish there were more customize options for toppings and sauces. I think you're only allowed like up to 10 toppings (including customizations). You can only choose one of each sauce so let's say you wanted 2 yum yum sauces - you don't have that option. read more

We were going through Columbus on a road trip and wanted something fast but also healthy and better quality than fast food. I ordered online ahead and we were able to pick up with no problems. The food is *delicious*. I want one where we are from. Think chipotle style bowls with generally Korean ingredients. Portions are large, lots of protein and veggies, and perfect sauce to go on top. This is one of those restaurants you will love or hate. I'm lukewarm. Place is new to Grove City. Very clean, modern looking. You customize based on ingredients provided. I bought a steak based bowl. Steak cooked like most Asian dishes, sometimes rubbery in mouth but fully cooked, seasoned and flavored. Potatoes I like, same with kale and bean sprouts. I would rather have more of those. I also picked half and half. Half purple rice and half super green salad. (They offer steak, chicken, spicy chicken, and organic tofu. Carrots taste different, cooked in a different oil that I'm not accustomed to or maybe the sauce Gochujang which is supposed to be sweet and spicy I picked but it wasn't my favorite. I don't like it but others appear do. Potatoes, bean sprouts and meats are served hot but quickly get cold when come in contact with cold vegetables. I am not a fan of cold food that is meant to be hot. Purple rice (a healthier alternative they say but I don't know why) didn't add flavor or help according to my taste buds. I added broccoli for 50 cents more. They offer eggs and a few more. Not my favorite but I can see people loving this place. I recommend checking it out and come to your own conclusion. The place is clean and friendly which is also important. One important detail. Location is not good. Between Starbucks and Sports Clips. Starbucks has wrap around drive thru and it is supposed to be one way but drivers drive from either direction and there is no room to maneuver. I'm a huge Bibibop fan and I'm an even bigger fan since I started using the app. Seriously, you get points towards free meals and you can completely skip the line. My food has always been ready when it should be and is always correct. Parking sometimes is a mess in their parking lot due to the SBUX next door, but I've always found a spot. Took full responsibility (I held Doordash responsible, but he took full blame) and gave us money off our next visit. Premier customer service. They will continue to get my business.
