We recently stopped by Jersey Mike's Subs on Buckeye Parkway in Grove City for a quick lunch, and it turned out to be a great choice. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a smile. The dining room was spotless, and the prep area and sandwich station were just as clean, which is always something I appreciate. My wife ordered a regular Turkey & Provolone with no onions and added pickles. I went with the #8 Club Sub--turkey, ham, provolone, applewood smoked bacon, and mayo--served Mike's Way on rosemary bread. Everything was fresh, from the soft bread to the crisp toppings. My sub was packed with flavor, and the rosemary bread was a great choice. The portions were generous, and by the time I finished, I was completely full. For the quality and size, I'd say it's a very fair price. If you're looking for a fresh, delicious sub made by a friendly staff in a clean restaurant, Jersey Mike's on Buckeye Parkway is definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! read more

Went in and ordered a sandwich and the "kids" were cleaning. They were spraying disinfectant everywhere with the veggies uncovered. The boy that made my sandwich was on his phone and proceeded to put on clean gloves while his hands were all dirty trying to put the clean gloves on. I wanted to walk out at that point and of course didn't cause I drove all the way over there for a sandwich. My sandwich ham tasted weird and I got a stomach ache. I won't be going there anymore. These ppl that work at food facilities really need to take food safety seriously, customers can get really sick. Yuck and shame on you manager. read more

Jersey Mike's in Grove city needs shut down. Very rude employees if you get there after 8:30 pm they act like your putting them out even though they are supposed to be open until 9:00pm. They put very little meat on your order and there attitude is extremely nasty and rude. Been there several times and same experience each time. NEVER going back! read more

Bad service, no reason to go back, we arrived @ 8:40 & store closed @ 9:00. One worker was surfing the internet on phone, we were waiting on food, and no one would check us out, it took forever to get one sub, restrooms were blocked off so no one could use them, the workers were not engaged at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Probably the best fast food sub I have had in a while. They shave the meat and cheese fresh. I got a #5 mikes way!

This used to be my favorite place to go at lunch. Service has gone completely downhill. This last three times i order for pick up they don't even start the order until 10 mins after I've already been there. And this is on my lunch break. The AGM even said today on 9/16.....in front of everyone....."I'm not helping on the grill! I don't want to get hot!" Then walked behind the counter and sat down to play on her phone. Going Downhill. Ate lunch there, got #8 club sub, chips, drink. Asked for extra turkey. They are now slicing the meat so thin it's like microblading. My extra turkey was 2 microbladed slices, costs 2+ bucks more. Total lunch was 16 bucks and change, sat down to eat my sandwich and realized there was no bacon on the club sub. Went to cashier and she gave me some. Heard her asking people in line if their #8 was suppose to have bacon and had to tell the girl wrapping sandwiches to be sure and add bacon if the sandwich is to have it. Sandwich had little to no taste because of the meat being so thin, bread was on the tasteless dry side, certainly not the jersey Mike's I remember from a few years ago. This place has been fairly consistent still. I eat here from time to time for variety since each steak sub and subs in general vary from each establishment. I like the soft bread, deli cut to order, small bags of Lays chips variety, usually clean, wish it had a few more veggies and sauces but overall good. I wish they would offer more fountain drink options. My favorite is Dr. Pepper and it is only sold as bottle. Fountain drinks are Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and one other I forget but the last two or three are speciality drinks I never heard of. The only reason for three stars is sometimes I prefer to eat in and the young clerks running the register forget I said dine in and fix my order to go, almost always. I only get it to go once in awhile. Even though they are helpful they have a look on face as if they don't want to be here or don't care. The managers and most clerks when ordering are nice and greet customers warmly when ordering but not when checking out. read more

I love Jersey Mikes but the online order experience was ridiculous. We ordered and the online pick up time was generated to be 11:15. We arrived at 11:30 to find they had net even started the order. At Noon we asked for the receipt to be able to get in line and order as we witnessed 5 customers come, order and leave at the counter from 11:30 to noon while we still waited for our 11:15 order. The really kicker was that I gave a 20% online tip and there is no way of getting it back. Busy or not, there was no excuse. read more

As a long time Celiac disease sufferer, subs are a rare meal option - and when there is a gluten free bun option, it's usually not very good or just a lettuce wrap. When I heard that Jersey Mike's was offering a gluten free bun, I was anxious to try it. I'd never had Jersey Mike's - even before my Celiac diagnosis- so I wasn't sure what to expect. To say I was blown away is an understatement. Not only are the subs delicious (including the gf bun!), but the extreme care the staff go to in order to ensure that my meal isn't contaminated is truly outstanding. I'm well aware of how annoying it can be to make gluten free special orders. It slows down the entire process to have to stop and clean everything, and it would be easy to cut corners or get frustrated. I've been to this Jersey Mike's location multiple times now and my order has been prepared perfectly and with excellent customer service every single time. I am so insanely appreciative of the care this location takes to make sure I get a safe dining experience. Visited April 20 at 6:00PM. I have visited this location no less than twice monthly for the past 5 years, and other locations for over 10. Since I've started coming here I order two giant Italians, Hold the capacola, add turkey. Pretty simple, just a little turkey, which in any deli costs less than capicola. All of a sudden today a "manager looking" guy had a problem with it, and told the girl not to make it. He won't make that substitution. I explained I always order it that way for years, and at all Jersey Mike's restaurants, and he cuts me off and says he won't do it and it's a corporate decision. This is the first time I have ever walked out of a place. I did contact corporate, they have no such policy. Ordered 2 subs and took to work. On my lunch break found that they made both of the subs wrong. I ordered 2 chicken chipotle and got 2 cheesesteak ones. Called and told them about the mix up, it happens. Said they would give me just one of the correct subs after answering a multitude of questions and giving them all the info. That isn't what I paid for. I'm not paying twice as much for one correct sub on top of my time to go back. On top of that, they said they spoke with their employees and they believed I ordered wrong. I don't eat that so I know I would never order cheesesteak. I always order the same thing. Hard to believe the employees remember one casual order throughout the entire day when they were busy. I'm not sure what they are trying to pull at this location but my wife and I stopped in last week and ate lunch and before we even started the process of telling the person behind the counter what we wanted on our subs another employee says that we can go ahead and pay so her colleague can catch up and we could cash out faster to speed up the process. We thought that was strange because that has never happened before but we went with it so i gave my wife my card while her colleague began to ask me what I wanted on my sub. Meanwhile my wife cashes out. I then notice that my bank statement read $37.13 and we ordered a regular size turkey sub and a mini sized italian sub with 2 drinks. I then get online and try to order the same exact thing to double check and I got $21.48 so they overcharged us $16??? Not even sure what 2 meals would cost $18.56 a piece that this person could make a mistake on to begin with but we definitely felt taken advantage of and do not appreciate being scammed especially for almost double of what it would normally cost. This experience I'm going to share honestly took the cake in terms of customer service... lack of that is. I went online to apply an order when the Jersey Mike's site stated they couldn't send the order to the store due to communication errors... I thought at that point it was end of story however it was not. I got a notification on my phone stating that the store charged me for an order I never even received. I called the store and asked about being charged and the female worker was absolutely no help what-so-ever. She gave me no direction about who I could call to fix the problem so instead I filed a bbb claim since the store found it a pain to fix their issue. Ordered 2 subs at 6:30pm for 8:12pm pick-up. When arrived was told they were still working on my order. While I was waiting multiple people came in picking up orders including a person who said they were early to pick theirs up. While I was waiting the staff also made 4 subs for walk in orders while I was left standing waiting. When I went back to the counter to request a refund the subs were sitting there all along getting cold. I had waited 10 minutes (not long but for hot subs they ended up being a little soggy) Save yourself the bother and go to Charleys across the street for a better sub at a better value. read more

Stopped in for giant #13 on white. Huge sub with the perfect amount of thin sliced meats and cheese. I've been a fan of Jersey Mike's for years and the #13 has always been my go to. This location is always very clean and the food is always fresh and delicious. The meats and cheeses are also very delicious and you can taste the quality in each bite. They also are contributing a portion of all sales to local charities this March. Great food and a footprint in the local community. Sounds like a win win. read more

Always great customer service. They are always friendly and fast! I am a huge fan of their tuna sub! It is perfectly seasoned and has a great mayo to tuna ratio! The pickles are of of this world here! Perfect flavor and crunch! My husband loves their deli meat! The veggies used here are always fresh and tasty. We really enjoy this location. This location seems to like jumping their prices up. It seems rediculous to pay 14.45 for a sub. Giant white #13 is a great sub. Unfortunately, they aren't the best sub place for the price. They also can't seem to provide lettuce that isn't turning brown. Get it together ! read more
