If I could give it less than one star, I would... we ate and/or drank nothing. When we walked in, we had to find our own menus, sat and made out selections and then no one ever came - not even the waitress who was standing behind the bar. I picked up a 6 pack of Sawtooth while in Picaboo. It was the Stanley Juicy IPA. We both really liked it, and looked up the brewery. It was nearby, so we headed there in the late afternoon. It was a decent taproom. We ordered a flight of 5 to try and two of the pretzels. The pretzels were soft and mustard and they provided plenty of beer cheese and mustard. The beer was good. The tap house seems like a place with a lot of regulars. The prices were very reasonable, especially for a tourist spot. read more

The pub pretzel was the best one I've ever had. Perfect bake, consistency, salt distribution, and size. The beer cheese was amazing and the mustard was solid; they even gave enough of each for the pretzel which isn't always the case. The nachos we had were on waffle fries as they were out of chips. They were delicious and had a solid amount of toppings distributed. The bar staff was fantastic, particularly Lara. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome as it was our first time in. We brought our dog and sat on the back patio as the sun set behind the mountain. It was gorgeous and all the patrons were very friendly, open to chatting. We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday around noon, give or take, and there were four other tables occupied by couples and families! The food options were superb; my husband got an elk burger and I got a veggie burger. His elk burger was pretty tasty, and so were his tots, but I preferred my veggie burger to his as well as my fries. My veggie burger was delicious and as I bit into it, I thought, "oh snap this is too pink!" before realizing I was indeed biting into a veggie burger and not a beef burger! The sprouts and mayo on the veggie burger just made it perfect and the fries were really tasty too: crisp and just salty enough. I also ordered a sour cherry cider to drink, and my husband got a root beer. We didn't snag a beer from the brewery as we sat and ate there but we did buy a six pack for later! The options were many and we will have to come back to try some more! read more

Located on the backside of the main road, Sawtooth is a hidden gem. Delicious chicken jalapeño nachos. I highly recommend the Free Solo Hazy Single Hop beer. Their guest root beer is fantastic too. read more

I really enjoyed my Panini club sandwich. The restaurant really is more of a café. The chicken nachos were very very good. Not soggy. It's obvious the main business here is beer which we unfortunately did not have a chance to try. First time visiting the area and brought my Pug in to try some Idaho made beer. They have a pet friendly patio and even provide a water bowl for your furry friends. The beer was great! I tried all of the IPA's and enjoyed them all. Their flagship Idahome IPA is great! I was happy to find they have a Hazy IPA which is dank and delish. Nice interior and the patio has an amazing Mountain View. I did not try the food. This is a "must visit" if you love beer and are in the area. read more

Great patio atmosphere. The food and beer were great! The service was pretty minimal. When I went inside, employees were standing around, but never wiped a table down on the patio, nor checked on customers. They'd drop off the food we went inside to order and hustle back inside. read more

I would highly recommend stopping by. After a terrible experience at Sun Valley Brewery, we headed over to try Sawtooth Brewery. So we drove up for the weekend for the October fest. Beer is good. We went the the food truck and the guy taking orders told my wife to pull up her mask. She was easily 6 feet away but okay no big deal. Then I look in the truck and the guy cooking, breathing on our food was t wearing a mask. Seriously......set a standard or not.
