I am about done with this location. The one bright side is the employees they are always so genuinely friendly. However, the female morning manager is about the rudest person I have ever met. This was the second morning in a row that she asked me to pull forward and wait for my order. Today I had already waited 11 minutes to get to the window, when she asked me to pull forward(for the 2nd morning in a row ) I said "No, I have waited in this long line just like everyone else" All for a sausage mcmuffin and iced coffee. I then did pull forward because I didn't want to hold anyone else up. When the nice young employee brought my order I asked what the managers name was and I couldn't understand it, something like Cochinta. This manager has made me want to start heading to Starbucks for my morning coffee. What is just as bad is time after time I am charged more then the menu price. For example the #2 is on the menu for $5.29 yet when they ring you up it is always $5.39. The same with the Hashbrowns. I have asked the same manager about it 4 times. The only thing that has been done after her horrible attitude was the price of the hash browns were finally changed on the menu. The long waits, wrong prices and extremely rude manager make it hard for me to want to spend my money there. The owner needs to step in before a rouge manager ruins there business. read more

How hard is it to not put cheese on a hamburger? HOW HARD IS IT TO NOT PUT CHEESE ON A HAMBURGER??? Seriously, I don't know why I keep giving this place benefit of the doubt, thinking *maybe this will be the day they get my order right* but I do. I work night shift and "occasionally" I crave a late night junk hamburger, so I'll grubhub McDonald's. Every single time I order a double hamburger, cheese is nowhere in the title, and every. Single. Time. They put enough melted cheese on my burger to feed a small army. Like covered in cheese. I can't even suck it up and just scrape the cheese off because it's everywhere. Are you guys doing this on purpose? Do you just like messing with people that are having a long night? I don't understand how it can be EVERY TIME. This new McDonalds is not good. First staff is short and rude. Ordered artisian chicken sandwich asked for extra mayo --- 20 cents extra!, asked for pickles --- 25 cents extra! Then I get my order to go there is no ketchup packets in bag. I ask for ketchup she hands me one packet! I asked if I could have 5 more (I like ketchup with my fries) she said that is 50 cents extra! A guy next to me wanted one more ranch dipping dressing because he only got 2 with 4 orders she said they were 25 cents each! Customer next to me had a fit. Furthermore fries I got were the ends of the batch...cold stale and dry asked if I could get fresh fries she retorted "did you eat any?" I said "yeah that's how I know they are cold and stale"...she refused to give me fresh fries!...FYI I only ate 3. Goodbye McDonalds...Jack and Carl are my new friends! Forget about it. The cashier rang up the wrong order for me (a soda instead of a sandwich). Then she didn't know how to process the refund. Waited forever in line, then the manager finally came over to help her. He acted like he was high on something. I just received two burgers where the wrapper was wet with grease and both the top and bottom buns were *soaked* with grease. Like literally someone took a ladle and poured grease all over. This is my previous review.heir landscaping sucks. Waiting for a bus at 11:00 pm Friday night and their sprinklers come on and soak the bus stop and me. Found a place close to the stop where only the back of my head got soaked. This time when the sprinklers came on it wasn't so bad as another sprinkler head had been broken so the spray wasn't so bad. Went through the drive through and ordered a grand mac, a jr mac, 2 fries and 2 root beers. I got home and they gave me 2 junior macs instead of a grand mac and a jr mac. I called to complain and they told me that without a receipt they couldn't do anything, they didn't even offer me a receipt to begin with. After attitude from the worker I asked to speak to the manager (Sandra) who rudely asked me to call back cause she was busy. I told her no and explained my situation and after many excuses and a whole lot of attitude she told me " just come get a new burger, bye." So We decided to stop on our way home to get two sodas. Went thru the drive thru. First McDonald's to make us wait to order. When I ordered my first drink that guy said "is that all" like he was disappointed on what I ordered. Then after ordering we get to the first window, the car in front of us had cars in front so we couldn't get to the window. The guy Travis, looked at us and then at the car in front of us and told us we can go more forward. We told him we will wait and he looked annoyed and shut his window. As we went forward we saw him telling another guy Jose about what he told us and telling him we could've gotten forward. All for a 2.00 order. Hands down, the single worst McDonald's restaurant I've ever visited. Keep telling myself to give them another chance seeing as they're close to my house. On not one of those 6 or 7 occasions over the last few months have the managed to get a single order correct. Tonight took the cake though. Was happy to skip the typical 15 minute drive thru line and make it to the window in under 5. Noticed after being handed my receipt that instead of my #10, the receipt showed a 10 piece nugget meal (with "no sauce" on it mind you. Thanks for asking on my wrong order). I politely let the lady working the second window know and was met with an eye roll, attitude and not apology in sight. Tells me to wait cause they have to make my burger now. Whatever, I wait the 4-5 additional minutes and receive my order. Drive home and dont take a single bite of my burger, or the fries that could double as a blowdart they're so cold and hard. Bottom burger bun is literally folded in half and soaked completely through with grease. Top bun has about a 1/4 of mayo slathered on it and 2 giant finger indents on top. Look down and theres a nice little pond of grease filling the bottom of the box. Awesome. I'm pissed at this point but my girlfriend who also hasnt eaten since this morning is even more pissed. She grabs the receipt and food and heads back over. Lomg conversation short.. the manager tells her that, no, she wouldn't eat the food either and that she is going to refund us because, get this, THEY CANT COOK THE FOOD ANY BETTER THAN THAT.. I'm sorry, what? Got my $12.18 back, and promptly went elsewhere. Unbelievably horrible. Only thing that could save this location is some top down staffing changes. For fast food, this McDonald's is the slowest one I have ever been to. Not only are there no customer service skills whatsoever, (and I mean RUDE) orders are almost consistently messed up. No one seems to truly know what their doing there. Make sure to double check before you leave, because by time you get home, and realize you didn't get what you paid for, you'll return to the restaurant and they'll just try and give you what was missing and your NOW cold food bag back. read more

The place is usually lacking in speed. They shut down their credit card machines late at night or something? But went tonight Mallory was on it and got me my food quickly, and correctly. She portioned everything in my burger perfectly and it was great, my fries were hot, and she was quick to take my order at the intercom. McDonald's needs more people like MALLORY! read more
