I'm sure I've reviewed Culver's in the past. To be honest, I think my pestering corporate got them to open the one in west Knoxville Tennessee 8 years ago. Regardless, for the first time in a really long time, I drove up and picked up our order instead of ordering from freakin' over priced DoorDash or the like.. They not only got my order correct, my wife's burger as well as mind were perfect. I even showed her my double deluxe, as it looked like the picture when I opened the box. Perfect! The fries and onion rings were also top notch as well, even after the 20 minute drive home from the store I love Culver's!! In closing, not only was the parking lot full, the drive thru was 10 cars deep! And we're talking per the two lanes. That doesn't happen if the food is substandard. Nice job Culver's. Freaking delicious, always good and cheery service, seems like one of the most clean fast food restaurants I've been to and great ambiance.

Lots of places to sit with choice of inside or outside. Decent choice of proteins such as pot roast sandwiches, burgers (smash burger style), fish, chicken. I got a burger and a few of the sauces were left off but it wasn't a big deal to put them on by myself. They bring the food to your table so the service and workers we met were nice and helpful. The kids meal seems to be a great deal for an adult who isn't super hungry because it comes with a burger, side, drink and ice cream+topping. So the past few times I went to Culver's I noticed that the price had went up a bit which was VERY disappointing. I always get the same thing so I wanted to see if there was a way to make it cheaper. And I found it. I always get two chicken tenders with BBQ sauce and fries with a drink and that's now over $8. I looked at the menu and they have the EXACT same thing as a kids meal except the drink is smaller. So I ordered it that way and it was literally the same thing I always get. And price wise it was $7 and change. Not a huge difference but every penny counts. The custard is now just over $5 so I'll have to see if I can make that cheaper but kinda doubt it. I do love to get a small size and don't really wanna compromise since I don't have a location where I live. But oh well. I love the custard so I'll still get it. And if you get a kids meal there's a coupon for a free scoop on the bag but it's not enough for me. Something to note if you just want a taste. read more

We never eat in, but traveling with littles that just have to eat krinkle fries. This was the perfect stop. Definitely need to try a smash burger, we always get the deluxe but ask for a single. The milkshakes are the bomb my only issue. If you get regular chicken tenders they are more of a breaded type. However if you get the buffalo they are the crunchier texture so I guess this would depend on preference. Busy place, but fast service read more

I absolutely love Culver's! This is a standard Culver's with the diner like blue theme with tons of seats inside and outside. There were a ton of workers and the cashiers were nice. A trip to Culver's is always a treat. If dining in, you will place your order at the counter. The staff is friendly and patient especially with first timers. You'll receive a number to place on your table and the staff will deliver your selections to your table. While it's being freshly prepared you will have time to stop by the fountain to fill up your drink. I highly recommend the root-beer. I think it's really a great place to eat. Wow! My first time at Culver's, I've been hearing the hype and while in town I had to try it. The burger was so juicy and delicious, I even added bacon. Passed back thru here on a roadtrip, this time as a family of 4. We ordered only for the children as I refuse to keep playing a losing game with Culver's. We got two kids meals--one with cheeseburger and one with chicken tenders. They both enjoyed their food. The only complaint was that the young lady who brought our food out forgot to bring their drinks. We noted this as she handed us the food and she responded that she'd go get it directly after delivering the other food on her tray. She forgot. We love Culver's and are excited about our Scoopies we earned after getting enough kid's meals to earn Scoopie tokens. Their favorite part of the kids meal at Culver's is that they get a scoop of custard. The custard is creamy and delicious. The cheese curds are yummy and cheesy as well. After eating there, I would say the ranking is well deserved. The food was delicious. Their cheeseburger was one of the best fast food cheeseburgers I've ever had. The last two times I have been through the drive-thru, my order has been wrong. Dinner also comes with fries and cole slaw (their cole slaw is good!) -- and you can substitute for other sides. Oh yeah, a warm dinner roll too. And their classic Culver's family recipe tartar sauce for the fish, and butter for your roll. During Covid-19, the restaurant doesn't have a dine-in option, Just drive-thru. It also doesn't look like they work with any of the delivery services like UberEats. They have 2 drive-thru lines - honestly I'd recommend the outside lane b/c the left turn is a little sharp if you're on the inside lane. After placing your order and then paying, they'll hang a number sign on your door handle -- then you drive up and wait for someone to bring over your food. I think I waited less than 5min. Very efficient process, and all the staff at each point of the process was super nice. Culver's is well-known for their burgers and shakes too -- but our family favorite is their fish-n-fries. There ain't no staffing shortage at this Culvers! Went in at noon on a Sunday and there were 7 employees behind the counter. Mostly young teenagers, and mostly bumping in to one another. But they were there, and they were doing what teenagers do at fast food places, make mistakes on your order. They didn't disappoint on this order. Sure enough they left out my onion rings. That's 3 bucks worth of mistake young ones. I'm not too upset though, I made some doosies when I was under the influence of teen years. Like when I lied about my age to get a job at a movie theater. You needed to be 18, and I was barely 16. My stint at the theater was going well until I came in one day and found that the new attraction was X rated! No one under 18 allowed. I shouldn't have seen what I saw up there on the silver screen. I guess that's why I married young. I cane in yesterday to the Culver's on Kingston Pike. My Mom recommended their fish. I asked the assistant manager (looked 17yrs old) if the fish was wild caught or farm raised. She looked at the other two kids next to her (managers as well ) the little girl on the end said "ours comes from a farm". So I ordered some cheese curds potatoes and broccoli, I only eat wild caught fish. called my mom and she's like "NO" look it up. so I googled it and found out The MANAGERS, of the Culver's do not even know their menu or where the fish comes from! 90s girl here, we had to know when I worked in fast food and I wasn't even a manager, ours were all adults! so I go and kindly show them the google report that their fish is wild caught and I wanted fish until I was given the wrong information, by 3 managers! 3! my food had already came and I told them I would not have ordered cheese curds if I knew their fish was wild caught, and I'd like them to make it right! one of them comes to my table about 4 minutes later and hands me fish and literally takes the cheese curds from in front of me and tells me, there's a 2.00 difference but we won't make you pay it. I have never had someone take my food. I was mind blown! Called my mom and her church friends that go to Culver's and they were all astonished! Culvers in Knoxville TN, this must be one of the happiest places to work at on earth, everyone was Sooo Nice, first time in a Culver's we were heading back to DFW and stopped overnight to rest here, and saw they had a Culver's asked the wife and kiddos if they wanted to go so we went, and it was all a very positive experience, even after our order was messed up a bit, they corrected it immediately and even gave me the price difference back in cash, the food the wife loved the cod basket, the Culver's burger was great, we are a Culver's family for sure, can't wait ro try the one here in The Colony, TX. I'm not a fast food burger guy. Call me un-American if you like. But, usually, I don't fill myself with McDonalds, Burger King, and the like. With that said, Culvers is on a different level than the run of the mill burger. Culvers is a Wisconsin institution. They are everywhere in WI and people love it. It's like Chick-fil-A is here. Very popular. It's for good reason. This place makes great burgers. I also like their pot roast sandwich. Kids will enjoy the kids meal -- it comes with a frozen custard (ice cream). Culvers also has gluten free buns if you are on a gluten free diet. Overall, this is a family friendly choice. If you need a crown pleasing fast food option, try it.
