This restaurant is EXTREMELY short staffed. Each time we go, there is the same two ladies working and running the entire restaurant alone. Obviously there is a little bit of a wait at rush hours, but they do an excellent job at serving all the customers. When we were there, everyone was understanding about there only being two employees working. The employees said that it is that short staffed everyday. They definitely deserve a raise in pay if they are doing the work of an entire staff, as just two people. read more

I'm very disappointed in kfc. Night manager has been very unfriendly. Last night was close to closing, so I tried to call , and order so it was done. Of course no answer. Get there at 950, and manager said we were lucky, she was going to close! Excuse me, I told her, I tried to call ahead but you wouldn't answer. She HAD TO put down fresh fries, cuz there weren't enough. But I knew something would go wrong of course. No extra crispy!!! The original has gotten too spicy as I've aged. So I took originate. My leg was old I couldbarely eat it.then my thigh was better. Mike got his fried and Jess got strips, kinda old too!! This is the 3rd visit l have tried to have a good meal. I will be taking this up with KFC corporate. We stopped in to get food for a family reunion. I bought one 8-piece and one 12-piece bucket. When we ate we realized we got two 8-piece buckets. We should have gotten 5 sides and we had 4. We should have gotten 10 biscuits and we got 8. Not that big of a deal, stuff happens. BUT...When I went back after the reunion to get my money back is when I had the problem, huge problem. 8 piece is $21.00. 12 piece is $29.00. Easy right? Apologize and refund me my $8 plus my tax. Maybe throw in a coupon for a lunch. Well, not so. I was given a hassle. The shift manager called his manager and it after speaking to him/her on the phone, it got even worse. When I got angry, he called me liar and a thief. Those are fighting words where I'm from. I will work with KFC corporate to have this man's job! I wish I had his name, I would publish it here. Me and my family are here the other night around 8pm and it our entire order was messed up and we didn't take the time to check all the food before we got home so I didn't want to go all the way back but this wasnt the first time we use to eat here all the time but now every time we do the order isnt correct or somethings left out and now I look before we pull out and go back but it's still very frustrating having to wait all over again when it would just be nice to get it all right the first time I know we are all human and make mistakes sometimes but every time is just not caring or putting any effort into your job I have worked fast food and even worked many years ago at that KFC and I cared about the customers so did everyone else I worked with and we did our best and it was a completely different place! read more

The food was KFC quality. The staff had was friendly however the tables needed to be cleaned including the seats. The ladies restroom needed cleaning. The toilet was dirty and the trash can was overflowing. read more

Took a while for food. Original recipe would have been an extra 7 mins longer. Pepsi products were extremely flat. Had no ice for the drinks. And napkins looked as they have been used. And absolutely no covid masks nor gloves were used. Very bad visit and it wasnt the first bad visit. Need new management and employees immediately or will never go back again. It appeared to me that the store had a recent remodel. The dinning and kitchen area were both pristine. I am very picky about cleanliness. The associate was very friendly and the food was probably the best KFC that I had ever eaten. Top notch, job well done. Keep up the hard work. read more
