Never go here you will regret it. The staff never gets your order right, ever. Every time I go here I wish I hadn't.

Orders here are wrong every time. Without fail. My kids drag me here every Friday night and every Friday night I have to complain about an ordering being wrong. Missing nugs. Missing apples in the Happy Meal. Wrong sandwiches all together. Thankfully the Chick-fil-a opened across the street finally so we never have to come back here again. Hallelujah! read more

I can say that the employees are very kind and they accomadations the lines quite quickly which was fantastic because I was super hungry! The food came out hot and fresh. The bathrooms and the tables left little to be desired however they were mostly clean and there is a lot of seating!!! read more

McDonald's is McDonald's but this one seriously should be de-arched. Who regularly runs out of Diet Coke? This place. Ice cream machine is typically broken. The only time you might get food at proper temperature is if it's slammed busy...if you have time to wait. Order accuracy is hit and miss, & mostly miss. Poorly managed. This was awful visit. Service was nonexistent. Husband finally ended up having to go behind counter to make his own shake!

We have small kids and this is the worst McD by far. We go by this one from time to time and kids want to go but this one is horrible. Obviously the ownership is cheap and trying to squeeze every penny of profit they can out. Ketchup is always out, tea is empty, items missing from the order every time. The Taco Bell and Zaxby are 100 times better. Avoid this one. read more

I will never go back here. They are always short staffed. Always. Last time there I ordered an egg mcmuffin. I got a muffin with an egg, burnt. No meat, no cheese. I am pretty sure that item has been on the menu for like 100 years. Something about my order is always wrong. Well, I'm done. Never again. If you hang out with meth head hookers, this is where you would take your 5th favorite, not your 3rd, not your 2nd. Literally just got told they were short staffed and it would be a half hour or longer wait at 4:30 a.m. on my way to work. Where to start.... let's go with the basics first. I've gone here multiple times and had a problem at this PARTICULAR location. The woman who I'm going to assume is a manager (which is comical) is extraordinarily rude- puts in an effort to be a bi***. Every time, doesn't matter the day, she will have a shit attitude to customers and coworkers. I've gotten chicken nuggets from there and asked for sauce when ordered, paid, got up to get my food and oh they're out... don't you think maybe I would have changed my order if I knew there was no sauce? Or how about when I get an iced coffee from there that actually taste like dirt. I've ordered through DoorDash/postmates and had ample disappointment. Order an Apple pie and they give you the shit berry pie. Not to mention this location is the only location that attempts to type in your code on the app rather than scan it like all the other McDonald's so they never honor the codes on their corporate apps either. And also, if the "manager" is going to have long nasty hair that match her nasty attitude, shouldn't she have to wear a hair net or keep her hair up? Not to mention the video I have of employees at this location daring each other to drink dirty bleach water after mopping the floors. read more

I brought my boys to McDonald's in our new town for the first time in over a year. I was eager to try the new sandwich, but left horrified by my experience. I have a tomato allergy and asked for no pico de gallo. Instead I was given pico De gallo and no guacamole. The cashier and two employees also gift around instead of completing my order when I had three small children with me. When I brought my sandwich back up the cashier used her bare hands to grab the sandwich, after she had picked her ear and touch her hair. The sandwich was then returned to me with some of the pico de gallo scraped off, the order still wrong, and some guacamole. This was not only unprofessional it was unsanitary. I wrote amount this place a month ago, however I just sat in the Drive Thru FOR 10 SOLID MINUTES and absolutely NO movement. The owner of this franchise needs to sell it to someone that's remotely competent because this seems to be the theme there. There were 17 cars in front of me and they managed to move NO ONE in 10 minutes. I couldn't go in because I had went barefoot. How hard is it to collect funds and hand someone food. I worked at McDonald's when I was a teenager and even when we were slammed or issues would arise we knew you have a 2 minute window from placing your order to food pickup. I've also managed before, if you have these type of issues constantly then the issue is you and not because you're busy. I know 2 people that worked there and moved over to Dukin' Donuts and they say it's night and day regarding competence and management. Seriously, how are you this incompetent?! Went to get a signature crafted burger and was waiting for 10 minutes until finally a lady answered. She was very rude and would talk over me. finally i made it to the pay part and she charged me for the patty!!! after telling the person at the food window she apologized and i was refunded. This has been one of the worst managed McDonalds I know of. Through many visits over the years I have been extremely disappointed over and over. They often get orders wrong, don't have certain menu items in stock, poor good quality. Went there today thru the drive thru and they came over the intercom and said the drive thru is closed and you will need to come inside to place your order. This is just one of many issues they have. Every morning I drive through this location and have for 4 years. I work nearby. I get the same thing every time and without fail the line is slow because the location is understaffed or they repeat everything 3 times that you've just ordered and told them "that is all" after you ordered the first time. They always try to upsell, which I get. Corporate tells them to, but seriously I just said "that is all". If I wanted a large or a hashbrown I would have ordered that. Also, they always forget a straw or give me the wrong drink. Every.Single.Time. I've worked in the food industry and don't write a poor review unless I've had it. We have gone to this McDonald's often and our experience has not been well. In one week I got orders free because the cashier I think he didn't really care. I placed an order and then gave him a coupon for a free icecream cone...he looked confused and gave me the order free. Again that same week it happened again. I asked if I could speak to a manager but they were too busy. I am 54 years old and not looking for a freebie.Been in corporate America too long. So today we went to get a large fry and $10.00 dollar gift certificate. They were out of gift cards and large fry packs so we got one medium fry and one small. I just feel bad for the owners because they are loosing a lot of money. If it has happened to us I am sure it has happened to others. Dropped by there for breakfast this morning thinking maybe this time this location will finally get it right. No such luck. The staff was nice and friendly but the food was the same old overcooked mess its been each time I've gone there before. My biscuit was dry and hard and my latte tasted scorched. Pretty awful. It was just before noon and I ordered the "premium" chicken sandwich. It was like this sandwich had been made yesterday. Sincerely, it was so horrible- the cheese was opaque- like it had been sitting there for hours and hours. The chicken was dried out and over cooked (or just old?). The mayo was starting to turn yellow. The lettuce was old and dried out. I was shocked. I know you could say "what would you expect from McDonald's", but this was truly awful. Ordering more than two items? Don't expect much! We live really close by,and have tried this McDonalds many times, as our grandson loves nuggets and fries. We always go through the drive thru and order as follows: one 4 piece nugget happy meal for a boy with water or choc milk, one mcdouble, and one mcchicken lettuce only. The order is never right, EVER! We just go over to Speedway/Bruton Smith Blvd, to avoid frustration. There is always plenty of employees working, I have even tried going in and ordering, having to go through the bag and find something missing! I live and Harrisburg and have frequented this McDonalds several times, and what I will say is that it has gotten my food and drinks wrong at least 50% of the time. I will no longer be stopping at this McDonalds on my way to work for my morning pick me ups anymore. Customer service at 5 am is lacking. read more
