The Good- the whoppers were consistent and deeeeelicious. It really hit the spot. I also ordered the cheesy bacon tots that were hot and crispy. Also the tables seemed clean. The Bad- when I first arrived I stood at the counter for what seemed like an eternity being ignored. Thank God I ordered on the ap- no telling how much longer I would be waiting. . . No eye contact, no greeting, nothing - It wasn't even busy. I spoke up and said I had a Mobile Order. It was ready and it had been bagged for me. Had I not spoken up I think I would still be there waiting. When I finally received my order the milkshake and pie I ordered was not included and I had to ask for it- I am glad I checked my order. The fries were cold too. . . The trash was overflowing in the trash cans. I'm not sure why? Very gross optics. This location was dead when we were there. Also when we were entering the restaurant there seemed to be two people having an altercation right at the door where we needed to enter. It may sound ridiculous but, it was BY FAR the BEST BURGER I've ever had at any Burger King across the country. The BEST! Everything in the burger was as it should be - onions, tomatoes, lettuce were fresh and crisp. The patties were HOT! So much so that I found myself blowing on the burger before taking a bite! The staff were all super pleasant and friendly as well as patient. My mom is 86 years old and slower nowadays so it took her a minute to decide on what to eat. Then one of the ladies put out a bowl of candies - for Halloween - and mama was on it! While I told her just take one the employee told her to help herself. I let her take 2 more. I appreciate the crew here for taking pride in their work and their professional attitudes. Moments like these should be celebrated loudly. The place is very clean and the music playing was apropos.
