Stopped in late at night to this Mcdonald's and it was a 10/10. A man named John was working the window and was such a kind soul! He got a fresh/crisp order of fries and nuggets out to us and they tasted amazing! We had a long drive home so I ordered a frappe and he gave me one and my husband one as well for the drive home! I used to love going into the Henryetta McDonalds. Until recently a group of my friends and all of children would frequent this McDonalds at Least 4 times a week since school has been out I have a special needs child that can't stand' the heat. Everytime we came in Hailey would speak to him and make him feel soecial the last few times we have been in Hailey hasn't been there. As I was standing there I overheard Beth who was working yet ignoring me talking to a well known tweeker Donna , they were talking about Hailey how they worked together to get rid of that bitch and they just laughed and laughed. AGAIN I AM A CUSTOMER THAT IS BEING IGNORED FOR THIS DRAMA BS! Let me tell you right now Hailey was one of our reasons we would come in . We WONT BE BACK ! We are a group of 4 moms that bring in 6 kids so you're losing around $ 300. Per week and I'm sure others will be pissed as well!! read more

Big McDonalds with a huge play place that would be so fun for the kids! Lots of tech here, individual order stations or standard counter service. The restaurant was clean and service was kinda slow, and my order was wrong, but i really feel that's par for most fast food places these days. Seems like the restaurant is really into the community by hosting fun events for the kids. read more

Well, hello Oklahoma! After a long day of being in a van, it's nice to get out, stretch the legs and eat some food. We were kind of in the middle of nowhere; however, there was a strip of your typical chain-ey restaurants. I just wanted McDonald's french fries. This was a nice Mc D's! Great customer service, clean and an ordering kiosk. There was even a playground for those anxious kiddos, who also have been on a long car ride. Why don't all McDonald's have the playground? They really need to bring those back because they are so fun... duhhhhhh! Anyway, all was wonderful here, even if it's not my 1st choice restaurant to dine, but when you're in a pickle and there is nothing else around, they always come to the rescue. This was a busy location, but all the food our group ordered came out in a timely manner. read more

Typical McDonald's. The food is always hot when served and the service in the drive through is surprisingly insanely fast. The hours are nice, they're open pretty late compared to most places here. My order hasn't been wrong here so far. Good food, fast service. What more could you want from a McDonald's? read more

Nice clean place, the sign is turned parallel to the road, so if you are looking for the M, you will not see it. Two drive thru and a pull off slot at the end drive thru orders that take awhile. Fast, friendly, accurate service. One of the better McDonald's, this time anyway! read more

Staff were so ignorantly loud with the manager hollering demands to the member opening in the morning another member hooting and hollering that her Cleveland county court cost would be paid off but other ones would have to wait she hollered congratulatories at nearly all conversations the member who took my order untrained for extra add ons so she just left them off wout asking for help read more

Well, here I am. Writing a four star review of a McDonald's. This particular McDonald's is about halfway between our house and my cousin's lake house, so we often stop here when we are on our way there or on our way back. In all aspects, it's a pretty normal McDonald's (which would probably be a 3), but they've given extra attention to the needs of families with young kids here, so I'm giving an extra star. A large play place geared toward 3 and under kiddos seems fairly new, clean, and well-maintained. But the best part is right in the kids area, there is also a family restroom with a changing table. For this reason alone, it will always be the place we stop when we are going to and coming from the lake. read more

At first I just thought the employees were hateful because they live in Henryetta and work at McDonald's, (which would be totally understandable), but now I think they're zombies Seriously, the blue haired zombie who left our hash browns out of our to go bag. No 'Sorry about that', no 'Let me get those for you', no 'Here you go'. Just vacant eyed apathy- didn't say one word as she leisurely got the missing items, put them in the bag and shuffled off. We went through the drive thru for breakfast. I was in a bit of a hurry hence the drive thru. First , most of the employees were standing around talking and staring at me. Second, they took 10 minutes to get my order out. I actually was asked to pull up into a waiting spot and was told they would bring my food to me. Third, I asked for ketchup and they forgot that and they had to go back and get it for me. While they were going to get the ketchup I checked my order and they had forgotten our hash browns. Fifteen minutes later, I was pretty perturbed so I wouldn't recommend the drive thru if you are in a hurry. read more

I only go here because my wife likes the yogurt parfaits. I can't remember anyone ever saying Thank You, here. Do you train these people to deal with the public?? Also, Fast Food? If you are traveling with kids this is the PERFECT McDonalds. Huge playplace with tech touch2play for kids. Clean. Family restroom in the play area. Lots of tables. I went through Drive thru first because if you ever want a chance to eat it's easier to have food in hand before kiddo sees playplace. Drive thru was quick and order was correct. read more

WOW!!! Best experience at a McDonalds I've ever had. Was having a bad, because my grandma had been put in the hospital in Tulsa. Was driving there and stopped for quick bite, drive thru was packed so decided to go in and take it to go. As so as I stepped through the door I was welcomed by glee. The person who helped me out was Skyler. He took my order and was very friendly and professional. Will gladly come back when ever I pass through. Also please pray for my grandma. read more

Live in Henryetta, go to McDonald's routinely! They are always kind, smiling and eager to help whether inside or drive through. They are a fun group of mostly young adults being introduced into the world of business and customer service. I find them learning one of the toughest jobs, food delivered fast and customers who take their bad day out on the staff. Looking for perfect, good luck, our world will never be! The McDonalds in Henryetta, Oklahoma is the worst store in the state. I have tried to just over look their lack of customer service as just a training issue. I have found that it starts with these so called "managers'! The people that take your orders never get your order right. I ask for a "Ice Latte" they will ask if I want it hot or cold? I order a large drink and they inform me that they can not sale me a large drink because they have no lids! I am informed I need to pull up which I can not because and a huge camper was blocking the pull up area. I tried to explain only to find out they made my large Latte a small and wanted me to pay the diffrance for thier mistake. I would like to add that I am so tired of this McDonalds asking you to pull up and making you wait 30 to 45 min just to find out your order is wrong. read more

Waited in an employee to wash her hands after coming out of a bathroom stall and she basically sprinkled her fingers in the water as I watched. Entire staff was rude especially the boy mopping the floors. Said our order was to go repeatedly and still put it in a tray. This was a quick road trip stop which we will avoid next time read more

My family and I were traveling through the town of Heneryetta, Ok we ordered a sausage biscuit and hot cakes with 2 soft drinks and a coffee. We ordeeed at 10:25 got our food at 10:45. This store was semi busy, and not very friendly. We sat at a dirty table, because that's all there was. The floor under our table was so dirty with food and melted ice cream. Road trip McDonalds we stop at for a reason. They generally get the order right, food is hot and service is not bad. Had problems at the Okmulgee McDonalds so now we only stop here on road trip. read more
