Not only do I feel bad, he is ordering for me. Now I'm coming back tonight to try and get the same thing I did last night! I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and the loaded curly fries. Both were cooked very well. . Neither overly priced. Especially seeing that one of the sandwiches could feed 2 people, not to mention the fries. The people at the drive through were very nice and didn't have any problems. My order was correct the first time around and they had it done slightly faster than they usually do. Which is great. I've had nothing but positive experienced with them thus far. I hope it stays this was. The drive though is a little confusing at this location, so just e very aware when trying to pull in. I just got 2 chicken tenders as a small snack on the go as I didn't think it would take very long... but it took around 15 minutes to get them. They took a while to get our ticket, then proceeded to leave them on the counter and completely ignored the prepared orders. There were a lot of staff there, so it was so annoying that they were just finding ways to stall until the shift change at 4... it was just a tiny bag with 2 chicken tenders in it! We decided to try it again and it's just as good as it ever was! I wish more people would go there because it is a nice restaurant with good food great service and we really don't want it to close. I had the fried catfish and it was cooked to perfection. Not too crunchy not too oily. it was great. My sister had the Mediterranean wrap and she said it was also very good. If you prefer the taste of cocaine over parmesan cheese, you are also conveniently in the right place. I should have known something was up when we tried to order 5 breadsticks and were told 5 breadsticks cost $6.99 and 10 breadsticks cost $4.99. Sounds like a special straight from Planet Zongo. Our waitress was no doubt on drugs which whatever if that's your thing so be it but do not let it come in between me and my pepperoni personal pan with ranch. After basically overdosing on 10 breadsticks we didn't want in the first place we waited over an hour for our personal pans as we watched one employee just standing at the counter eating, one sitting scratching her hair that was in a messy bun on top of her head while she was simultaneously texting, and another employee doing God knows what in the back because pizzas were not cooking. People were lined up at the counter to pick up to-go orders all of which were ignored. After finally receiving our food the check was wrong, the dipping sauces weren't brought to the table, the fairy was flying around the restaurant high on pixie dust, and I literally witnessed the phone ringing and messy bun employee walking to the phone picking it up and straight up slamming it down. To top it all off as we were walking to the car the fairy tip toed outside with a pizza box and approached a male who walked out of the gated garbage and handed him a box which was so obviously a drug deal it wasn't even funny. Not sure how this Pizza Butt is still in business and not sure why I even gave them another chance because they gave me food poisoning 10 years ago. They said that they were waiting for a driver to come back to the store to deliver it to us. By 7:40pm they still had not delivered our pizza so we called back again. We asked for a manager and she had a rude tone and told us that they tried calling us because they had a rule of calling to confirm someone was home before taking it out for delivery. We had not received any calls and even confirmed that they had the correct number. Manager offered no reconciliation or apology for us, minutes after hanging up we received a text notification that our order was out for delivery. As I'm writing this we still don't have our order. UPDATE: our food was cold when we received it. Justin was the one who delivered it, and is also a manager, said he would credit us back a discount for the inconvenience and frustration.

They insist you use the kiosk instead of talking with a human, and when you do see a human they're on the phone with someone else. (They did relent when one elderly lady simply couldn't figure out the kiosk.) I'm sure this is efficient but it's impersonal and I don't like it. The kiosk does offer multiple options to customize your order, so we did, and then they didn't label the food so we didn't know whose was whose (we're vegetarians - we both got crunchwraps). At one point there were seven people waiting for food; it shouldn't take 45 minutes to get a lunch order at a fast food place.
