Sip is one of our must-visit places whenever we're in town! My husband is a coffee snob, & he loves their coffee. Their staple drink menu is great, and they always have seasonal specials too. They have a great menu for breakfast & lunch. I've really enjoyed everything I've had here. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is inviting. You can dine in or take your food & drinks to go. They just remodeled, and everything looks amazing!

Stopped in for some coffee and breakfast and was so pleasantly surprised. Adorable vibes with great staff. Food was delicious and coffee was top notch!

This is a solid coffee house option in the region with a decent menu. I do sometimes wish you could order coffee in smaller sizes though. Decent size inside. If they're busy, I have found it works better to place your order online to minimize wait time. Otherwise, I've been stuck waiting 20 minutes for a to-go coffee

Sip Coffee House is such a great gem in The Region. I have tried two locations, Highland and Crown Point, and I can confirm that the Highland location just stands out in every way. I have been here multiple times, at different times of day, and Sip in Highland doesn't ever fail me. The Region lacks cool coffee shops. Sip is such a nice spot where you can get some great coffee plus some food. I always order The Pepperoncini sandwich, which has a nice amount of salami and pepperoncini. The side pasta salad is always delicious too! Recently I've started going for the buffalo chicken wrap, which also comes with a pasta side salad, and the wrap is delicious! Their drinks are really good too. They have seasonal themed coffee drinks which is a nice addition to the regular menu. Their atmosphere and wall decor is one of the best things about Sip. Their indie cafe style has colored walls, miscellaneous wall art, and a great music selection that plays in the background.

Supposedly a 20ounce macchiato. Less than half full. Very disappointing!!!

I have recommended this place to many people. It has a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately they short change you with drinks. I mentioned that I didn't get a full 20ounce a and server told me that how they make it. Be prepared to get maybe 10 ounces for the price of 20. I like getting what I paid for.

Good place to go for coffee, my wife loves it. The pastries selection is good and they have plenty of board games to pass the time.

I came in for breakfast and left wishing I hadn't. The food was honestly hard to get through cold,…read morepoorly cooked, and lacking any real flavor. For a breakfast spot, that's a big miss. The staff made it worse. Service was rude, unorganized, and it felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. No greeting, no check-ins, no urgency at all. On top of that, the restaurant itself was dirty. Tables weren't wiped down, floors looked neglected, and overall it just didn't feel clean or welcoming, which makes you question what's going on behind the scenes. There are way too many good breakfast places out there to waste your time here. I won't be back.

I had high expectations based on reading some of the reviews, but was disappointed in a few…read morethings...the food, the service, and how LOUD it is inside this place. I ordered the Brisket Hash and Eggs - it also comes with either toast or pancakes - I chose the pancakes, which actually was the best choice and best food I had. The coffee is also pretty good. Bold and HOT. The Brisket Hash is served in a smaller cast-iron dish on your plate. It's super dry. I think it's mixed with some hashbrowns and onions and some spices. But it was way too dry and didn't taste like smoked brisket, so if you were hoping for that taste of brisket, this isn't the right choice. It also comes with eggs and I had them over easy, other than still a little runny and not cooked through, they were okay. The pancakes were the best though. Super soft, comes with butter (on the side) plus syrup and a small tiny cup of applesauce (tasty). They had good flavor and was perfect. Someone at our table also ordered the Biscuit and Gravy. It's a super large flaky biscuit (way too dry) and some dark sausage gravy that tasted more like flour than sausage gravy. It was definitely thick, but the flavor was off. We did not finish it. Others at our table got just eggs, bacon and toast. Something you can make at home anyway, so it's hard to mess it up honestly. And one other person ordered the greek salad. The dressing comes ON the salad already, and it felt like they could have served some extra on the side. Just wasn't enough. Plus the salad was served on a plate, not in a bowl, so salad and toppings fell off onto the table. Not the prettiest presentation. In fact, the theme of this place is - everything is served on a separate dish, so good luck finding space on your table. Plus I feel the prices are way higher than they should be for the portion size and quality of food. The other issue here is that this place is LOUD. Someone in our group uses hearing aids and they had to turn them down because it was way too loud. we could hardly have a normal conversation and there were just five of us at a long table. The chairs are another issue I feel. As you scoot in and away from the table, it feels like the legs are going to break from underneath you at any point. They are wobbly, and very uncomfortable. So, in closing, I wanted to LOVE this place, but it's just an overpriced brunch location with a large two-sided menu of bland food with the loudest rooms imaginable.

I called right after I seen this and a different person on the phone answered & said I could still come in no issue as long as it's before 2:30pm. I told them what happened and they said the hostess did not know what I was talking about (trying to play it off) and claimed they only told me the business hours, not that I couldn't come in. Why would I lie about this? & if that was the case then why didn't she stop me from leaving? If I wanted the hours I would've called or looked on Google. But no, as I was going up the stairs the host had came to talk to me in the front entrance part of the restaurant before I could even enter the main door. Shame, I liked going here and as a table of 1 I would be pretty quick, about 30-40 mins in and out. Not sure why they didn't want to seat me vs the other group, and I probably wouldn't like to know the answer either. I typically tip more than half the price of my meal since the bill isn't much for one person, but I will take my money elsewhere then. For the owner, the host was the one on 04/12/2026 working at the time I stated above. They were a young female, with glasses, and medium cut hair. Not sure of their name.

I saw Kyle V's review and figured it was a good bet as I trust him! The parking lot is a little small but we found space and were welcomed in right away. The menu is massive with tons of options and customizations etc. so it was a little overwhelming, but I went with the melted pot skillet (ham, bacon, sausage, onions, American fries, cheese, and three eggs, served with toast). Nate got an omelette with cottage fries (fried sliced potato rounds) and silver dollar pancakes. The food came out super quickly and the portions were massive. We definitely could have shared one item, but I was pretty hungry. The skillet was very savory and cheesy, and the eggs were perfectly over-medium. I had a bit of Nate's pancakes, and they were fluffy and light. Four meals + tip was around $70 which I thought was very good especially given how much food we got. The menu also includes lots of lunch options, and check the specials board in front for features. Thanks, Kyle V!
