Poor service. I came here once before and the fries were stale. I decided to give this location a try again today at the drive through, and they took a long time before taking my order in the drive through. It took three vehicles on the other lane, before asking me what I wanted to order. I started ordering, then I heard the same lady taking the other lane's order. On a weekday at 10:45 hoped to be able to get an egg McMuffin at this McDonalds. I couldn't believe their breakfast cut off was before 11:30! What a bummer. Some McDonald's offer breakfast 24/7 in other parts of the country. Disappointed in my new, local MickeyDs as I believe breakfast meals should be offered at anytime. Oh well I left. The reason I gave 2 stars is the the drive through attendant was so very courteous and apologized. I feel for these service employees as I know they are dealing with reduced team workers and ungrateful customers and the restaurant's reason for not serving breakfast was not her fault. For that reason, I will try the McDonald's again. Only because of this courteous employee. Otherwise I would have written off this place. Ice cream machine broken again. Me and my beloved wife, we're having a peaceful night and just wanted some McDonald's ice cream. Workers said it was broken and smoking so they had to shut it off. Everytime we go to this McDonald's they say the same thing. By far consistently the worst McDonalds in south Florida from Stuart down to Key West. They are constantly getting orders wrong. When you try to correct the order at the window, instead of simply adjusting or correcting it, they just want to argue with you. Don't attempt to customize an order because you can't have it your way there. Take the extra time and drive to Stuart or Jupiter. read more

There was manager there today, a very LARGE Wide lady best way to describe her who is absolutely disrespectful and obnoxious towards her employees. She was yelling at them and belittling them in front of the customers. I have NEVER seen a manager display that level of disdain towards her employees!!!! Well, I guess I should not be surprised at all the low reviews given my experience. This place is a new low for even McDonald's. today I went to the drive thru. I was the only one there and the lady came on the speaker and asked for a moment, so no worries, I gave them a moment. Then there cars pulled up to the other speaker and she began taking their orders. I decided to go inside then and was glad I did. I walked in, placed my order and thenmoved to watch the making of the food. They have an employee there who is a middle aged male named Nick who is perhaps the poorest example of a food service worker I have ever seen. Nick was charged with making the burgers. Nick has long, dirty blonde hair with an emphasis on "DIRTY". While wearing his gloves, Nick brushed back his hair three times, tugged on his trousers four times and scratched his side once while talking to a women working toward the back of the prep area. Of course this whole conversation happened while he was talking her while standing in the food prep area. Nick then, with his nasty hands decided he would grab the meat for my sandwich with his gloved hand and put it together and slide it to the front for service. I asked another employee for the manager. A woman, I believe her name is Christine, came forward and heard my complain, walked away and picked up the sandwich Nick had made and told Nick to back away from the food prep area to wash his hands and change his gloves because a customer had seen him touching his hair and body with his gloves. Nick complained loudly and stepped back, removed his hat and stated that if he did not have to wear a hat he would not have to touch his hair. Not sure what the heck he is talking about but maybe if he would wash his head and cut his hair he would not be bothered by his hair so much. He removed his hat, fluffed his hair and then washed his hands. Complaining all the time, he stood there doing nothing for several minutes then put on new gloves and walked back to make sandwiches, promptly adjusting his pants with his GLOVED hands and then right back to the food. This guy is worth $15.00 an hour? He should be fired. However; given the poor reviews of this place, I doubt management will care. There was another employee who commented to me that Nick was abusive to other employees but that the "big manager" always sides with Nick when someone complains. If the owner and management care so little, maybe they should not be open. I will be sending a complaint to the local county inspection folks, I have filed a complain with McDonald's corporate office. read more

I stop at this McDonald's nearly every day.the staff has always behaved professionaly and I've always been happy however. Today as I sat at the 2nd drivethrew after paying and awaiting my order. One of the young staff came to the window 3 times and looked at me and laughed uncontrollably. I know McDonald's strives to teach its employees to treat all its customers with dignity and respect. I am a Transgender Female and to be the subject of a burst of laughter while waiting for my food is completely unexpected and hurtful. I would hope the McDonald's in Hone Sound would take a moment to educate the ignorant employees who think its ok to embarrass a customer who is diferant. I've been up since 4 am and I need food. Just finished volunteering at the Treasure Coasr Marathon. Fun event, but it's freezing out and I was hungry. Wanted some buttery melt in your mouth pancakes but didn't want to wait. Stopped into McDonalds. Gave them 2 stars cause the hash brown was fantastic and bacon not awful. But the item I really wanted just didn't cut it. Had little flavor plus the syrup was horrid. I guess I'm spoiled. We've been using real maple syrup. And the sad thing is, after I finished the last bite I get a text from my son. He made berry pancakes with real maple syrup. read more

Worst ever!!! If you go to this McDonald's make sure you stay in the very left lane if they are both open or they will never get your order in the right lane! I sat there for 22 minutes, no joke as they just kept skipping us in that lane! It was ridiculous. There was one person in front of me and one behind me and I was literally stuck and couldn't get out. Finally the guy behind me reversed and went to the other side once it cleared which took around 20 minutes or more as I stated. Finally the guy in front of me pulls forward as I'm backing out to go into the other lane, so I went ahead and moved on up to the speaker, and watched as they literally took three more orders in the left lane, and never got to me. I was so angry by then I just took off and went to Dunkin. I have actually never had this happen to me before at ANY drive thru, but there's always something that goes wrong there, and I will never ever be back after something like that! I was out sick, it was raining, I was in my car in my pajamas, and just felt like it was so rude to those of us in that lane. How do you forget you have an entire other lane open? I even kept asking that into the speaker! I was like why don't you just close this lane if you're not going to act like it's open!! Obviously I'm venting so I apologize for rambling. But again, if you go there do not go into the right lane unless you want to get stressed out! read more

While I was ordering my food I heard someone yelling loudly. I looked over toward the ruckus and saw a man who had to have weighed at least 400 pounds yelling very loudly to someone in the kitchen. The way he was dressed I figured he was the manager. He occasionally would yell out something really loud to a cook or whomever. It was very unpleasant. Then, while I was eating, and this is at about 12 noon, I had to get some napkins. Here is a guy with a deadpan expression on his face, certainly not pleasant, he was mopping the floor down. In the middle of the lunch hour he decides or his yelling manager decides the floor has to be washed. It wasn't just a small area it was quite a large area. I thought I might slip and fall. And, he was giving me angry looks while I walked on his wet floor. He had the wet floor signs up but what good does that do when half the floor in front of the concession area was wet enough to be really slippery. Just a very unpleasant place. I never want to hear that guy yelling again. The food was okay. read more

I walked i around 8 am and after a long night/morning i just wanted a quick little breakfast. I am strictly no meat, poultry or seafood so i ordered myself a special egg mcmuffin (no meat no cheese) and i got it with meat. Not only did i not get a replacement sandwich but the lady had a horrible attitude towards my father and i she falsely accused him and was just plain rude. I have never in my life seen someone treat customers this way. If you're going to have a nasty attitude that scares people away please dont work the front counter. I dont know if you can do anything to remove her from her position i could tell she was in a demanding position but she is not good for business. read more

This McDonald's is the slowest!!! It doesn't matter if you go inside or through the drive-through. If you go inside, you are rudely greeted if you are lucky to be greeted at all. Through the drive-through the wait is simply insane. They don't go in order with the drive-through lanes. It takes forever to get through the line and forever to get your food at the window. I timed 8 minutes in the drive-through this last trip. And that was one of our more "reasonable" waits. They need to get their shit together! Hire more staff, get your kitchen in line. There is no reason to have a wait more than two minutes at any fast food restaurant. Hence the word "fast".... my name my family and I frequent this McDonald's, unfortunately. This McDonald's is absolutely the worst they gave me a hard time because I asked for a water at the second window saying it messed up all the other drinks and I should've asked for it before. Mind you I come to this McDonald's at least once a week because it's close to ny job and every time I ask for it at the speaker they never give it to me I always have to ask again so this time I decided to just ask at the second window since none of the other workers have said anything before. I was paying for my order at the drive through window. The employee was taking another order and not paying attention when she dropped my change on the ground and it was a very windy day. It completely flew away before I could run after it. She was so disinterested she didnt even realize it happened. It was not alot of money but it was gone. She said there was nothing she could do that I should go look in the field behind the restaurant. I asked the manager for help and she implied I was lying and would not help either. Came to grab some food after a long shift at work. The website for this location states it opens at 4am for the drive-thru, which I was in, and 5am for dining in. After sitting at the window for a few minutes and being ignored by a male employee I decided to gently honk the horn to get the managers attention after she walked by and ignored us as well. The manager came back to window after the honk and had the most disgusted look on her face and held her hand up in a forceful manner showing the number 5 and then walked away. She must have noticed we didn't drive off so she came and repeated everything but this time she was even more angry. I held my phone up trying to show her that the website said 4 and she gave us another dirty look and walked away. We were very disappointed and offended by the treatment we received from both an employee and a manager. We have been McDonald's customers since we were little kids and have always been impressed by the kindness and good customer service until today. read more
