McDonald's is never my first choice, but this was insane. First off the doors were locked at 2pm on a Saturday, drive through line wrapped around the building nearly stopping the interstate, the man in front of me received every item wrong in his order and he was fighting mad. Food looks like it was made by children. And all the employees acted like the customers were there and just wondered around the building. I will be avoiding the exit for the rest of my life just because of this experience. read more

They made my order totally wrong. I had got the double cheeseburger meal and they lettuce tomato mayonnaise on it which doesn't come on it and I don't eat it that way and I bought four different meals and they were all the same. This is the McDonald's located off of Interstate 85. On my way from Phenix City, Alabama to Atlanta, We stopped at this location for a quick bite to eat. This is one of the slowest McDonalds locations that I have ever been to. The new building design and updated technology is great, but slow is still slow. We waited well over 30 minutes for 3 Happy Meals and an adult combo. There didn't seem to be any particular reason for the wait. The location had constant traffic, but most McDonalds do. The interior of the building was clean and the staff did okay. read more

Went inside the McDonalds at Hogansville, GA, workers ignored me and my family, my wife, three grand children and my mother at the counter. They turned their back to us and despite pleas they continued to ignore us. Another customer standing at the counter said she had been given the same treatment. I tried to use the kiosk to order but they were working proper. I tried to tell the workers their Kiosk weren't working but they, two of them, older black females refused to answer and would not acknowledge us. Other customers stood by and srugged, not knowing what the problem was. I m sure they heard us asking for help and we were ignored. I just moved to the area and I've given this mcds three chances now. Fiat they were out of coffee and their McCafé machine wasn't working. What??? Second time I went through the drive thru and order weed a meal and got an "ok" and then a total. These are the most unenthusiastic employee I've found at a mcds. The third time I was met with giggling and what I can only guess was a greeting but I couldn't understand them enough to say for sure then a long silent pause so I just drove off. Worst mc Donald's i ever went i asked for my order to be fresh and the order was cold. I asked for it to be fresh again and the manager Michelle argued with me and when the window was closing she was cussing which i find highly disrespectful especially coming from a professional thats suppose to have great customer service and not argue with a customer and cuss and talk about them and then another associate who gave us the food also cussed at us. The worst Mc Donalds I have ever been too. Many different states I have been to a Mc Donalds when traveling on the road. Well this one was in the town I was living at the time and I was hungry one Sunday night and did not want to cook so I thought I get one of their New Grilled Chicken healthy sandwich on menu. This was the worst sandwich I ever had it was cold, the lettuce was wilted and they put on 1 sorry tomato on the sandwich with a chicken with no taste. This place sucks. Bought a 3 bfast meals they forgot our drinks and hash browns. They gave one medium oj and I asked where's the other we had 3 drinks the clerk gave us a small one instead of a medium like the others... I asked why a small and she said oh I didn't look at the size but when I looked again it was supposed to be small. And looked at us like it was our fault she didn't look at the order. We stopped at this restaurant on October 8, 2019 while on a camping trip to High Falls State Park. We purchased two large drinks and were told they did not have any large cups, so we paid for two large drinks in a medium cup. This was take-out, so no refills. Also, we purchased two egg McMuffins. As we rolled down the road, we discovered our breakfast sandwiches had NO canadian bacon on them. We contacted the restaurant via online feedback. The manager said he would check on it. This is the worst McDonald's service I have ever received by at least 4 times whatever McDonald's is in second place. Ordered a simple but apparently hard Hamburger and a 10 Piece. I know right, super hard I am. Took them about 20 minutes to get these items out to me. Secondly they were rude to other customers in the drive thru. Thirdly they are out of Coke, who the hell runs out of coke, especially in Georgia. Fourthly, they forgot my mocha frappe, but I guess it takes a certain type of IQ to do that. Fifthly, I watched my fries sit on they eating rack since I walked in(20 Minutes), and they still gave me them. Sixthly, ten people with numbers lower got stuff before me. The manager Addy was very rude. My mom was ordering and just asking if the cookies were fresh. Addy responded "YES MA'AM" with an attitude, yelling, unprofessional, and rushing us to order. The other employees even told us she is always like that very rude to everyone. We wanted to talk to Addy just asking why the attitude. It took her a while to finally make it to the window. When she did come over with an even bigger attitude her approach to us was "So are you gonna or leave whats up you're holding up the my line." my mom "I just wanted to why were you impatient and rude while I was ordering" then Addy stormed off throwing her hand up saying "Have a nice day I don't have time for this s**t". FLIES!! Do I need to say more? There was at least one fly on each table. I told the girl at the counter and she said that they have some fly spray but, "it's kinda smelly, so we don't use it". So I asked if they at least had a fly swatter and she said, "no". So we said that we'd have our order to go and ate in our car. Now I wonder how many flies there must be in the kitchen... DISGUSTING! They should fire the manager and take away the owner's franchise. McDonalds is known for cleanliness and service and these people aren't living up to the standard.
