Food ok and that is the 1 star. Service is horrible. I went to use my McDonald's application to save 20% off my order and when I got to the window I was told their system was not accepting the app. I politely asked if they could just take 20% off my order as the coupon states? The employee went to get his manager. When the manager returned, I showed her the code on my phone and she rudely told me " you can put that phone away because it's not even working." I mean, I understand this is McDonald's, but has human decency and respect in America completely gone out the window? I will be bringing my business to another location or restaurant from now due to this manager snarky comments when I was more than polite and working with them. read more

A slow and unorganized McDonald's. I ordered via mobile app and verified with the drive thru intercom with my order number. This location has 3 windows with the first window to pay or get a receipt if needed. I didn't need to do either and proceeded to the 2nd window because of this and on top of that the 1st window was vacant. I get to the 2nd window and they act all suprised and have no clue of my order number and ask me if I've paid already and I proceeded to show them my phone. The attendant had to get his manager involved and he claims that I needed to pay or get a receipt and had some attitude like I did something wrong. I never had to do this at any McDonald's because my order was made and paid online and was communicated when I arrived at the drive thru. Manager was too busy trying to make it seem like it was my fault instead of getting my ordered started what a clown. This location is a joke. When I get the order at window it was wrong order I was just done at this point. read more

A friend got her order wrong once and when she went in to inform the cashier, the cook flipped his shit and cursed everyone out. He was fired soon after. This may have happened at the BK but I'm not sure. I also got extra fries once too. Fitting McDonald's read more

This is normally my go to McDonald's location and I love it, that is until today. The manager in charge is heard yelling at employees in the back and you can hear it through the entire restaurant. She is also rude as hell to the customers. One of the employees had a question about something and the manager answered her like she was an idiot. I have never witnessed such unethical behavior from someone in the customer service industry. This beotch needs slapped into place. read more

I asked for extra caramel on my ice cream sunday and they charge me .40 cents for extra topping, then they put barely any on. Less than normal. Almost like you're doing it just to mess with people. But you won, I was in drive thru, and drove away. So you stole my money. read more

This store is exceptionally well run, before COVID it was always very clean inside, and since the pandemic, drive-through has been efficient and awesome. I appreciate the hard work of the associates at this store, and they do a great job of getting orders right! read more

I keep saying I'm not going to write another review on these nasty fast food joints, but I just can't help it. Every time I stop in at one of them they seem to work extra hard to find new ways to make me mad at them. Yeah, I should save myself the aggravation and never go to one again, but darned they are convenient when you're in a hurry and not near home. So today I stopped in and got a meal to go and asked for a cup of water. The girl at the register hands me a cup and I go to get my water while they get the food portion of my order ready. After filling my cup I discover there's not a single lid that will fit their water cups. So up I go to the counter and when the manager brings up the food for somebody else's order I ask her if I can have a different cup for my water since I'm getting my meal to go and none of the lids fit it. She looks at me and in a very curt tone of voice says, "there's a reason for that" hands me a lid that does fit their stupid water cup and walks away without bothering to tell me what this mysterious reason is that they wouldn't give one of these oh so special lids out when they hand you the water cup. I'd really like to say the first insulting word I think of when I think of this manager, but I'm trying to not use foul language so I guess I'm stuck saying she's "not a nice lady." Only saying that much sure is an understatement compared to how I really feel about her. Then after that aggravation I decided I wanted to add a couple apple pies to my order so I asked the cashier if their apple pies were still 2 for $1. I guess it was pretty complicated to her because instead of giving me a simple yes or no answer like I wanted she just zoned out staring at her cash register and after about 15 seconds finally touches a couple things on the cash register screen and tells me they are 2 for $1.49 plus tax. In most circumstances in life 15 seconds doesn't seem long, but when you're being ignored by an employee when you've just asked them a simple question where a yes or no answer is all that's required then that amount of time feels like forever. I guess I shouldn't be surprised at the bad service of this employee since her manager obviously isn't setting any sort of good example. Yet another example of a McDonalds that we'd all be wise to avoid! read more

I was recently an employee there and I was sexual harassed and taunted. I can not tell you how embarrassed I am, degraded and hurt by the way I was treated there. I will be filing a claim against this company come Monday the 18th. My voice will be heard and my complaint will not be ignored unlike the store manager Donna who refused to let me finish telling her what had happened to me Friday night the 15th of February. As a takeout order I purchased a mocha and a latte. The lid on the mocha was not pushed down properly and when I lifted it to take a drink the contents spilled onto my shirt, pants, carseat and my wife's pants. Fortunately, though moderately hot, it was not hot enough to cause a burn. I had on a white hiking shirt that is impossible to replace and my wife had on brand new white capri pants. The stain shows no evidence of coming out of either garment. When I went back into the store to register my concern and to ask them to please make sure that this does not happen again, the store's 'manager' said she was sorry, but offered no other action of any sort. I felt that this complaint was simply a bother for her to listen to and that she had no interest whatsoever in me, or damage done to my clothing. This is not the first time at this store that I have dealt with a very unsatisfactory attitude on the part of an employee/manager and I will not be coming back to this store in the future. read more
