This McDonald's is a few blocks from my house. We have been giving them a chance for nine years and there is zero improvement. The food always taste like it's old. The burgers are very often served as if they were sitting out and they just threw it in your bag. The service is OK. We do get the correct food most of the time but it's always important to check your bag. The ambience is OK. The inside of this fast food place looks mostly clean, but my biggest complaint is the quality of the food. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We purposely drive to the one on old Cutler, which is 12 minutes away from us because we always have a bad experience at this one. I was so happy when we got a nice McDonald's in our neighborhood because this area tends to be very rundown a lot of times, fast-forward a few years and unfortunately, the owners of this McDonald's are letting it get rundown as well. The workers are amazing. I've never had a bad experience with them, but when you pull up to the drive-through, the menus have blacked out screens that have been that way for months and it's difficult to order. Whoever overseas this McDonald's please please please keep it up make it look nice. It's a Saturday at 10am. Waited extra long for a small order. All I ordered was a cappuccino without milk and hotcakes. I got a luke warm coffee with out almost anything of coffee and a bunch of milk. Also, my order was almost handed to some random person cause the lady kept chatting away with customer friends. Tonight I spent 35 minutes in the drive-thru of this McDonald's only to receive the wrong shake at the window. When I told the lady it was the wrong flavor she tried to push it on me. When I asked again for the right flavor she passive aggressively only filled up my cup 70%. I don't normally white negative reviews but every time I go to this McDonald's they have way to many cars in the drive thru and they take far to long to take the order just to keep their speed numbers down. I sat 5 minutes at the drive-thru speaker waiting for a hello. I hope a manager reads this and makes some personnel changes. With that being said the food is always great. This McDonald's has to be the absolute worst McDonald's that has ever existed. It is depressing how long the drive through takes. Driving to this McDonald's Is accepting the fact that you are going to be sitting and waiting in your car in line for AT LEAST 35 minutes. (No exaggeration). They should add a gas pump in their parking lot, because I'm sure people have even ran out of gas while waiting hours at this place. The most surprising part is that the line doesn't even need to be that long for them to take so long.. it is a consistency unlike anyone have ever seen to produce the worst service possible at this establishment. While I completely understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and I went during a rush hour time it is no excuse to mess up an order, my kids fries were empty. Literally 6 fries in the carton. I paid for two happy meals one of six and one of four nuggets. I got two of four, seems like a small thing to complain about but it's the service that counts. You have one job, to ensure an order is correct and given in a timely manner. Don't rush in and out if you aren't going to do things right because then people are now having to come back. This McDonalds is always a disaster. Today, it was the drive through line not moving for a solid 15 minutes. I don't mean that it took 15 minutes for me to get my food. I mean that in 15 minutes the line moved by maybe 1 car. Thankfully I wasn't trapped so I just left. I went to the publix across the street, picked up a few items, and noticed the cars that were in front of me still in line as I left. What a joke. It isn't just today, though. There's a 50% chance that they get your order wrong. Last time I ordered a plain cheese burger for the little one and got a spicy mcchicken instead. i understand that the pandemic has caused many issues and put incredible strains on service workers and I am not without sympathy. The thing is even before this happened, this Mcdonald's was poorly run. When dining in, they would refuse to take orders from people and instead ask people to use the filthy/cumbersome touch screens. Even despite the slow downs in the ordering process using those clunky machines there would still be a crowd of 15 people or so waiting for their food. This wasn't some isolated incident either this kind of thing would happen all the time. Many times I would drive by, having a craving, only to leave in disgust when I noticed a crowd of people standing in the waiting area. I understand being busy. What I don't accept is when no progress is being made. I haven't even mentioned that the dining room is usually filthy with the tables seemingly always coated in that sticky residue of sauces and sodas. I remember being excited when I saw that they were building a mcdonald's so close to where I lived. It turned out to be such a disappointment and my experiences with this place have been mostly negative. Since there isn't any other Mcdonald's nearby, I usually end up at Wendy's on 211 when things look bad here. The Mcdonald's near my work (Hammocks Blvd) is run WAY better than this one is. The lines move, the dining room is clean, and the employees interact with guests. You should try to learn from them. read more

Pros: There are four kiosks where customers can enter their own orders and pay. Cuts down on the chances of order errors. My order today was made just as I asked, and the food was warm and fresh. I ordered on the mobile app when I went inside to pick up my food my food was ready it was fresh. The ice tea wasn't so good. It tasted like the stuff that they use for the Carmel coffee not enough sugar. The service was excellent. They took care of me as I walked in. read more

Drive thru incredibly slow. I spent 18 minutes in drive thru, which is unacceptable. I only ordered two hamburgers. The drive through wrapped around the store at 6pm on a Friday. This Mc Donald's frustrates me! I would've given them only 1 star but I've been here other times and service is pretty good so I added one more. But that's it. If you try and go to this location at night because you have a big craving for a milkshake or sundae, FORGET IT! They will tell you, the ice cream machine is out of service, not working or whatever excuse they can come up with. It's been happening for a long time and management must not care because they do not correct the mistake. I don't get it. And it's not like it's super late at night either. 7pm, 8:30pm, 10pm.
