The staff and manager were very unprofessional. They gave me cold French fries and instead of six nuggets as ordered, I only received 4. I brought this to their attention and they simply DUMPED more fries in the Kid's meal along with the cold fries. I actually showed this to the manager and no apology was offered. The manager appeared angry that I showed a customer the messy and unclean looking Kids meal! I have picture of the sloppy box. Both boxes were sloppily prepared. The manager yelled at me and told the team member to give me a refund. I did get my complete refund. I would not eat at that McDonald's EVER AGAIN. The employees were too callous with my food. I first tried a Fillet O fish Sandwich in the mid 1960s when I was in High School in NY. I immediately loved the taste and the combination of tarter sauce & cheese (only a half slice) with a medium fry and a diet coke (approx. 750-775 calories) then I took away the top of bun and that reduced the carbs & calories about 80, then I got 2 fish sandwiches and put them on one bun (Like a double cheeseburger) Being hungry makes you creative. It is safe to say I like the Fillet O Fish sandwich and here we are 60 plus years later and I still order them here in Houston & they always taste great. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin. I pull off the top to add black pepper and I see a chunk bitten off. I take it to the counter to have them remake it. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stopped by at 9.30pm on 12/23 after leaving the airport. The line was long but we took a chance. After a 30 minute wait, (not a 'felt like 30 minutes, but actually 30 minutes timed), we paid for and left with our order. The young male at the pay window was incredibly rude. We asked what the issue was for the long wait and he just repeated what we owed him. After asking again he finally said short staffed. He had a sneer when he spoke and clearly didn't care. He then asked very smart ass if I wanted to come help. The lady at the front hardly spoke English and had to get the manager when we asked for a coke because they were out of unsweet ice tea. No apologies about the 30 minute wait. It's 7PM and I was told I can't order anything requiring an espresso because it's being cleaned. After I was told to pull over for one of my items that is missing. I decided to park to go inside and just grab the coffee myself. I walked in and all of the coffee equipment is indeed cleaned & put up as if they're done for the night. When I told the manager that it seems to always be an issue here. He stated that it's McDonalds what did I expect it's a bunch a of high schoolers who don't know anything. Life is about perception. I come here almost every morning for a breakfast sandwich while driving for Uber. This time the manager was mistreating her employees and didn't want to step out from behind the counter to fix the coke nozzle. The reason for my 5 stars is because during this tropical storm Harvey, they opened and to me, that is something amazing. Went through the drive thru. The girl told us a certain price over the intercom, and when I pulled over to the window, she said a different price. When I complained, she said she forgot to add the taxes. She also kept the change. My mom was driving and she didn't realize until we pulled up to the second window when I told her. The girl on the second window was much nicer to us. They forgot to give us one of the coffees, and she went to do it quickly. She didn't sound dumb or annoying like the other girl, either. read more

I was out at Hobby Airport looking for something to eat. Normally I stop in to one of the Mexican restaurants or food trucks in this area. But today was not in the mood. Since there were no good mom and pop alternatives in view I stopped in. The Good: You can always count on McDonalds to be clean. The Bad: Food is uniformly mediocre. I have never had a bad meal at a McDonalds but never really had a good one either. Best thing is probably the fries. To me the burgers are always dry and overcooked. I had the Big Mac which I would qualify as acceptable gut luggage. Not a bad place if you are dragging the kids along I guess. Next time I'm in the neighborhood I'll look a bit further. read more

First off, there's two yelp entries for this place and the other one has GLOWING reviews. Don't trust it, most likely made by employees or the manager. As far as the service goes its like playing Russian Roulette with your food. Sometimes the service is quick and great, other times you get your order wrong. Just today I ordered a Sausage and Egg Biscuit with Egg white. The cashier even confirmed that I ordered egg white, and asked if I wanted cheese to which I said NO. When my order came through they gave me regular egg with WHITE CHEESE. Not sure what happened there since the cashier made a point about confirming my order with me. I've been eating at this McDonald for about more than 10 years. It's close by home and the fries are delicious! Very well made and the taste is just perfect. It takes relevantly a quick amount of time to get your food as well, so I never really have trouble. However, it's not the cleanest place there is. Some days, they're very clean and others, they're not. But, I blame that to the little squirmy kids. LOL. I recommend trying their number 9, hash brown, fries, hot and spicy, and parfait. (What I usually get) I wish I could give it 5 stars, but sometimes...they've forgotten some of my stuff or didn't have left. bummer, but oh well! still good! :) read more
