Well the new TV digital screen is nice. Ordered the fish fillet meal $6.50 exact. I received a bag with a chicken sandwich. I let them know I ordered fish filet she took the bag back & gave a fish filet, no fries, no drink. LOL she was very sweet but I guess the new ordering system isn't working correctly. Sandwich was hot fresh, fries were a bit cold. Can't go to the grocery store hungry so I had to stop here. LOL read more

I frequent this restaurant on and off for a few years. Six out of ten visits, I walked in to see a giant mess and walked right out without any food. My most recent visit was the worst I ever had. I waited over 10 minutes for a couple of items from the Dollar Menu. I watched other customers got their food, except me. So, I politely asked the cashier about my order. She ignored me and shouted at someone in the back to hurry up. I had no choice but requested for a refund. She refused. I had to rush out because my lunch was over. I immediately filed Restaurant Feedback on mcdonalds.com and answered the Voice of the Customers survey on mcdvoice.com. Within 24 hours, a representative called me to apologize and provided me with a refund. I hate to see businesses fail due to lack of management with untrained workers. Since I have seen owners turning their restaurants around from an unfavorable status to somewhat decent. So, I will take a break from eating at this restaurant for awhile. read more

Must inept drive through ever. Took them forever. I ordered a sausage McMuffin. Got a sausage biscuit. I asked her for ketchup. She closed the window and then looked surprised when I was still sitting there. I said can I get some ketchup again and she gave me one. I ordered an unsweet tea they tried to give me sweet tea. Grilled salad is good but customer service is trash. I pulled up to the window only for a nerdy looking kid to stare. I waited and waited until I pulled up to the second window to pay and get my food. No one said anything,not pull up the register not working nothing! The location of this particular McDonalds during Houstons notorious traffic hours can definitely make you feel the need to one star the real estate agent who indeed picked a great location for volume. I never eat inside honestly. (COVID-19 Restrictions currently still in affect as of 9/11/21. No dine-in) If your looking for a location that serves hot food more than not than this is a choice for local visits before midnight. (Not a 24-hour location) The staff here is your typical high turnover. (Once worked at a McDonalds. Didn't last two weeks. Anyone can be a manager here. Show up, multi-task, quickness etc. The basic 101.) Its not a location im excited about, but defiantly fast serving and tongue burning at times. Gotta love grab and go cholesterol. If you need to head down N Fairbanks to hit 249 during heavy traffic hours, considering merging from the attached lot behind it. The exit the building offers is basically 15 feet from the light at the intersection. Cant miss it. It intertwines with the drive-thru line. So its almost needed to let someone cut in front of you. This location is sorry as hell I went to the self service KIOSK to place my order it didn't print the receipt so I went to the cash registers at the front no one came to assist me everyone watched me and continued about their business and then finally 3 minutes later a teenage boy shows up I explain to him our situation he says our order didn't go complete so we showed him our banking app with the transaction listed and then the manager Jose comes up and I explain to him the situation he also has distrust in me so he goes and opens the kiosk and it's jammed (that's why our receipt wouldn't print) but anyways a 5 minute trip across the street turned into 15 because of these children read more
