incredibly slow service made for a terrible experience. It's the morning rush, one would think that Dunkin would have enough people on staff to cover that rush. Nope! In fact, I was sitting in front of the order sign in the drive-thru for a good five minutes before I finally said "hello?" Someone then responded with "how can I help you?" Had I not said something first, I guess I'd still be sitting there? The only reason I even stopped for coffee was because I messed up my at-home cold brew. Next time, I'll just go without caffeine then put myself through the misery of horribly slow service for a mediocre $5 coffee. read more

I visited the drive-thru to get a cup of coffee. The service was slow. I chose their midnight roast, which was okay. I also ordered a breakfast turkey sausage wrap. While the wrap tasted good, its size felt more like a snack. read more

Today I ordered the chipotle wrap, I ordered only one the first time which was delicious and everything was in place. So I decided to order another one with sausage and bacon on it, they forgot to add the sausage so I drove back around to let them know they didn't add the sausage. Long story short, I asked them to remake it and they did with all the ingredients falling out the wrap. It looks as though whoever made it didn't care, which made me think it was tampered with. So I through it away and proceeded home. I will not be going back again! read more

This is my local go to Dunkin. Depending on the time I go, they have what I want. If I go too late, they're out of a lot of items. The workers are usually nice and friendly. My coffee always meets my expectations. I also like their rewards and member offers. read more

today I went to Dunkin. The inside was pretty decent until I went to the bathroom!! There was mold and fungus everywhere you couldn't even wash your hands! It smelled horrible in there. Anyways I ordered iced coffee and a donut like a typical person would. I was peacefully sitting down sipping on my coffee until I took a bite out of my donut and there was a huge hair! I wish this location was more consistent. In the past 6 months I have gotten drive through coffee 2 to 3 times a week. 96% of the time my order was made correctly. Right now it is 8:53 and i am one of 15 cars in line. Half the time the line moves too slow. Way too slow and it is so frustrating. Like today. Usually i just drive by if there are more than two cars behind the car at the speaker box. Sometimes i can be out of here and happy with my wake up juice in 5 minutes. Days like today it takes fifteen. Not sure if they never staff it adequately or what the problem is but they really need to fix it. :( read more

I come here pretty regularly once a week or so The drive thru line was insane this morning so I decided to head inside instead. Should be easy right? You know when you walk into something and just know it's not gonna be good? That's what was going on in here... you could see the cashier was struggling, there was a line inside, people who were waiting for their orders on the other side looked peeved. I stand in line for probably about 15 min only to get to the front, say hi state my order and she tells me "the espresso machine is not working" Y'all. My face! I know when businesses are out of something or another they take a quick second write "out of stock _______ currently" on a shitty piece of paper with a marker and maybe stick it on the door so your patrons know without having to waste more time I cannot even imagine how mad allllll those people in the drive thru were once they FINALLY get to the order box and they're told "no espresso" sorry bye? can you imagine? Have a major sweet tooth? Then this Dunkin Donuts is probably a place for you. If you didn't know, DD not only sells Donuts, but beverages reminiscent of your local Starbucks. Although I would pass on the donuts in the afternoon because theyve probably been sitting on the shelf since the morning time, you are just a hop, skip, and jump to the Baskin Robbins that is housed inside Dunkin Donuts. Pretty clever marketting idea if you ask me. If you don't eat donuts or like coffee, pretty much everyone I know likes ice cream. Coming to your local ice cream shop on a hot summer day or after the movies or a date would make this place pretty lucrative, especially since there is so much seating inside. Lots of cushy, comfortable seating and bright whimsical colors are a great background for ice cream indulgence, but the location simply sucks. The storefront faces one of the busiest freeways in Texas-290. Absolutely not a tree, shrub, bush, or flower to make you want to sit and stay. Bummers for that because location is everything. Nonetheless, the cashiers were very sweet and expedisouly handed my Americano Latte to me so I can skip down the road after a workout. Strong too because I was woke most of the night after that Latte! Great spot for you sugar feigns, but location is not ideal. read more

I ordered a 3-scoop sundae with hot fudge and everything else but nuts. I got a kid size sundae as that is what I was told. I also ordered a 3 scoop cookies and cream which was way bigger than the sundae. Girl at the window said they don't have a 3scoop sundae. Then why is it on the order menu??? Then she went and got the manager and first she said they don't have a 3 scoop sundae and then she said that the sundaes are a different size than just regular scoops. The staff is so unprofessional, today i was told by the drive thru "i'll be right with you" and then immediately said "what's up" I don't think you greet costumers like that??? then yelled at me "What can i get for you". Ordered the "Maple Sugar Snackin Bacon" because I was curious and figured "why not?!" only to receive under cooked, greasy, nothing about it was Maple or Sugary Bacon. I was already too far down 290 before realizing this otherwise I would have went back and placed my complaint directly to The employee that handed me my order. Very disappointed and actually very disgusted I was served uncooked bacon. There were no lines inside or in the drive thru line. I also placed an order on the app, so I really don't know the reasoning or excuse for this. I will not be returning to this location. If I could give my experience "no stars " I would. And only because I feel like I got ripped off!!! I don't normally come here but I needed some iced coffee ASAP. They have a summer special of $1.50 for a medium iced coffee PERFECT! Then called the kiddos to see if the wanted one "OMG mom get me The Charli"!! Don't order this drink it's a rip off. I was like dang I just paid $8.49 for 3 drinks . So when I got home I got the app ordered a medium iced coffee, milk and the caramel swirl. Checked out and guess what $1.50!!! The one car ahead of me was leaving from the window when I started to order. 1 coffee..regular coffee. 1 kolache...That's it. 1 kolache which was cold & I only had to go 2 blocks up Pinemont before I ate it. Took a minute to get my order. And when I did get it, I got it with an attitude. Had to wait a good bit for the 2nd young lady to come back so I could ask for cream & sugar for my coffee. This is a nice new Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins location right off the corner of Bingle and 290. Despite a ton of construction in the area and an awkward entrance from the highway that requires you to cross the venue and double back, they don't seem to be hurting for business. Service was reasonably quick and they were well-staffed. They were obviously prepped for Sunday morning crowds. The coffee came out hot and just like we ordered, with breakfast entrees coming out still steaming. The only knock on this place is the fact that there wasn't a single clean table to eat on. I'd have given this location four stars, but when you have six people behind the counter and not a single one has made the rounds to clear up after people who have left, you have some room for improvement. read more

I think this place deserves 1 star rather than 2. Every time I visit this place , they mess the order in a big way and with no people in store they take longer time with wrong orders all the time. First time , when we asked 6 donuts they keep 5 donuts in box and charge for six. My niece wanted to have bacon bites and we have ordered by walk-in and they charge for bacon bites and gave us bagel bites which we saw once we hit the road. Out of 6 visits they could give exact order only once when we ordered for single coffee. Drive through should be much better and when we question about the order, they show attitude knowing that they messed the order, they say that we need to check the order before leaving the store. It was nice and clean on the inside, but sweet lawdy cheezus did it take forever to be greeted and served. I go to this location every day for the past 2 weeks and I order a banana/strawberry smoothie from the Baskin Robbins menu and every day the clerk says they are out of bananas , so I tried ordering just the strawberry smoothie and they say they are out of they syrup that goes in the smoothie . And this is every day I either go in the morning and other days in the afternoon , and also the clerks a very rude, and some of them if I pay cash they ask if they can keep the change for tips. This was our first time stopping by this location. We were very excited to try the New Beyond Sausage Sandwich. It was advertised as a plant based patty made by Beyond Meat. The sandwich was NOT VEGAN. There was no vegan cheese or bread option AND there is Egg on the sandwich. The hash browns were BURNT not burned. It's good to note that the restaurant was clean and well kept. However, the staff was extremely rude. They harassed me over using my phone and camera to film my experience. They literally yelled at me to tell me that I couldn't take photos or video. I don't recommend this location. Wouldn't recommend the sandwich to full fledged Vegans. read more

Very very frustrated by the customer service here! My son chose this for his treat this week. We were excited but this was more convenient than the usual location. We walk in and one employee is chatting with her friend. The other employee sees us and walks over. I make eye contact and ask how she is doing, she rudely turns around and starts reading something. Turns back around and asks how she can help. My son told her what he wanted, mind you he read the exact name, and she is just focusing on a piece of paper. I had to interrupt him and ask her if she was listening. She looked frustrated. Got our two donuts and walked out. They weren't even fresh or anything, so this was a very annoying experience. Needs work! I have given this dunkin location a few chances to get it right. Ive been asked to keep change at drive thru for tip (not talking about some pennies and nickles). Their frozen drinks are ALWAYS WATERY!! I just go ahead and ask for extra ice after my order, Its like they put 1 ice cube with a gallon of liquid and call it frozen. No ma'am, no sir if you dont know how to make a frozen drink just say that. Their donuts are slightly undercooked at times. I went inside as well stood there for a while, the man at the window looked over and kept doing what he was doing. It took me about 20 minutes to come out with a drink and donut. Not to mention the drink was 75% full, smh then the scanner didnt work. Y'all have to do better, customer service is trash, maybe hire more people? Dunkin Donuts coffee is some of the best national chain coffee I've ever had- and I'm not even a coffee drinker! The problem I tend to have with all Dunkin's, not only this one, is that I use the app to order ahead- not only do you get to "skip the line" if you walk inside, they give you discounts and perks on your orders. My problem comes more from the fact that even when I order ahead, and select to pickup my drink inside (because you still would have to wait in the drive thru line if you want to pick up there), it's never ready when I arrive. It's like the employees don't start making my drink when I click "I'm here", so that I can walk in, grab it, and go. They wait until I'm standing there asking for my drink! It totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I haven't had to wait long in most cases, but it's annoying to have to wait at all when I've ordered ahead and want my drink ready when I arrive. The employees need to be more aware of when these orders come through and make sure they're prepared before I'm left waiting. read more

I love this Dunkin'! I always get the iced latte and it tastes fresh no matter what time I order. They wear masks and gloves in the drive thru. I've been to other Dunkin' Donuts in the area and this one is the best. I only order coffee so I can't really make an accurate judgement about the food. read more
