Ok so imma say this...every single McDonalds worker in this establishment are rude , immature, and just miserable there. They give 0 effort and it's disgusting in there . Okay..... I don't patronize Micky Dees on a regular basis but I was hoping that according to all the food blogs...... The Mc Rib was back! They lied......... in the attempt to find the elusive Mc Rib I called all our local stores and was met with a rather disturbing mix of " Whoos this?","What's a Mc Rib yo?",Let me get my Manager Man" to "Isnt that a Berger King Thing?". So in a vain attempt to actually see for myself I was indeed disappointed to find that some franchisees did not participated in the Mc Rib promo and was reduced to dining on the Mc Donald's premium burger. Not too bad but definitely not a Mc Rib......Good bun, Pattie as you would expect, fries were birthed prematurely and another meal chalked up to diminished expectations. Always a solid meal at the Golden Arches! The drive thru is quick and never a wait. The product is consistent as you would expect from a Mcdonalds. The big mac meal is my all time favorite. I also like the chicken nuggets with bbq sauce. If I am going for breakfast the egg mcmuffin is my jam. You honestly can't go wrong here unless you try to order healthy! read more

McDonalds French fries are tasty anytime. I don't really go for the nuggets or salads ( except if they bring the shaker salad back) but the fries, yes. Cheeseburger yes. So last Monday night -late, Mini-Me and I are heading home, Mini-Me says (as we PASS McDonalds) ooohhhh I want a Big Mac. I keep driving.. she slowlllly turns her head and looked at me, she is serious, so I do the ever dreaded jug handle at Aldrich only to have to do yet another jug handle to get into McDonalds. Drive Thru here is super fast, pay at Window #1 and pick up Window #2. Big Mac meal for her with large fry and extra ketchup, I ordered a caramel sundae for me and a hot fudge for the hubby... is it just me, or have the sundaes gotten significantly smaller in size? I mean really small. The breakfast deals are pretty good and the hash browns travel well when commuting. For the most part we usually do Drive Thru and our orders have always been correct. Which bring me to the ketchup conundrum. * The Drive Thru Team, may I add that you do a great job, it can be crazy at meal times, with order changes, large orders, people in cars yelling their orders to you, maybe last minute add on's oh the list can go on and you on and you always put a couple of ketchup packs in to-go orders. I thank you.. But, for some customers, orders are not always going home where we may have a Costco size bottle of ketchup waiting--so yes, we may very well need those "extra" ketchup packs. So, please keep in mind as you reach out your Drive Thru window with your smiles and hand your customer their order of Golden Arches goodness after their long commute day...If we happen to ask for extra ketchup, if we give you that look-- for the love of all- that- is-.... please I beg you... PLEASE, just put the extra ketchup in the bag okay? I mean we know there is a policy with the dipping sauces, but ketchup? ketchup is a necessity, honest. We parents thank you. read more

I had a desire for some food late one evening. I knew McDonalds was still open. So I hopped in my car and went there. I noticed on their menu their new spicy chicken sandwich, so I ordered it. I also ordered a small french fry and a fish sandwich without the cheese. I returned home with that food, and began to eat the chicken sandwich. After four or five bites, I had to throw it away. I love spicy food, but this sandwich was just not for me. The french fries from McDonald's are just that----McDonald's fries, so they weren't bad at all. The fish sandwich was terrible. It was dry and had a horrible taste to it. Even with the tartar sauce, it was very dry. I could have gone back the next day, but it was just not worth it to me. It will be a long time before I have any food not only from this particular McDonalds, but any of their stores altogether. read more

I can't believe I'm actually writing a review to a fast food restaurant. I've laughed at people for doing this, but my experience today was so unacceptable, I really feel the need to share it. This was the longest, most unorganized McDonald's experience I've EVER had. I pulled into the "convenient" drive thru today around 11:15 a.m. The line was a bit long, but I waited it out--how long can it be? It's McDonald's....Ha! By 11:30, I finally arrived at the window to pick up my order--already way too long for a fast-food drive through. Then I was told that one of the items in my order wasn't ready and to please wait in the parking lot and someone would bring my order to me. I ordered one meal, ONE MEAL. I asked how long and the employee said, "Not long, like 2 minutes." After waiting 5-6 minutes with no food in sight, I finally got out and walked inside to find out what was going on. So now I've used the lazy, "quick" drive-thru and still had to walk inside. Granted, all employees on staff looked busy so they didn't initially notice me standing there. I finally had to call out to get someone's attention. They were apologetic, but I still had a to wait even longer to receive the rest of my meal, which I finally got at 11:45 a.m. 30 MINUTES FOR ONE MCDONALD'S MEAL. "Sorry" is polite, but after a 30 MINUTE wait, when I should never have had to leave me car, sorry doesn't really cut it. A refund, a coupon for a free meal for next time--anything would have been better--all I got was a sorry. I can't quite blame the front of the house employees, because I do believe they were busy and trying. But, 30 minutes for a fast food McDonald's drive thru and no refund, coupon, no nothing is UNACCEPTABLE! It's McDonald's, get your sh*t together. read more

The cashiers are a hit or miss. We always seem to go when the fries are fresh- which is great. The crispy chicken bbq craft sandwich has been sloppy and barely had anything on it the 2x I've ordered it. read more

My wife just returned home from this McDonald's. We live in TR, she was in Howell running errands, she stopped at this idiot house, bought me 2 CB's w/no onions. Drove 35 min home. Went to this McDonald's this afternoon to buy my grandson a 6 piece chicken McNuggets Happy Meal and they gave me a four piece instead of a 6 piece. Went back to window and told them so and they gave me two extra ones in another little box. I get home and there's no toy!!!! I don't know about you but all the kids usually get a Happy Meal because of the toy they receive. That's simply cruel and unacceptable. read more

NIGHTMARE!!! Every time we go here in the last month they always forget completely the fries or wrong size drink. Ridiculous!!! Incompetentence at it's Best!!! Lunch hour is stressfully horrid and breakfast workers not Much better. Not brain surgery to correctly throw things in a bag!!! Justin the manager doesn't have the customer service skills or maturity to run this restaurant. He doesn't correct his workers and smirks at you while you are inconvienced!!! You have to go back into restaurant and wait for food that should of been made 15 min prior when your order was intiated. I went to McDonalds this morning before work for breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit with no cheese.. it was good and i was happy they did not mess up the order and put cheese on it because i have a problem with Wendys that they cannot understand i do not want cheese. Mcdonals had my order correct which i was pleased with.. i also ordered a sausage biscuit which was good .. there coffee wasn't bad either.. Overall the breakfast was good. read more

Matt is the most rude obnoxious arrogant supposed manager of this store i have ever witnessed. He was rude to a man with 2 small children. The man mentioned there were no straws napkins ketchup or lids for drinks. Matt came out with 2 handfuls of ketchup packets and threw them on mans table. Matt kept mumbling there was everything out there. I saw there wasn't. I told him he was rude and should realize he is in the service industry. I asked his name. He rudely told me. I asked his last name. He turned back and said "its Matt M A T T". I asked to speak with his manager Danielle. She was almost as rude to me because I told her I was contacting corporate. She said she would speak to Matt. That was very obvious not happening. Both should be reprimanded and fired. If they can't handle the service industry they should seek other employment. After all that they did nothing to fill empty supplies. The front staff was excellent. Self service had empty fountain drinks.
