Ordered the kale crunch salad for the first time and it was great! Really fresh and nicely paired with a fried chicken sandwich. I also ordered the pineapple dragonfruit frosted lemonade and I enjoyed it a lot! Reminded me of sweet tarts or fruity candy. I think I'll need to try the regular frosted lemonade to compare. This was the first time they have forgotten my sauces but it didn't really take away from the food so it was okay. The parking lot gets kind of crazy but it's always clean and well kept inside. read more

This Chic fil a in Brick is fairly new right across the costco and the Christmas tree shop on the route 70 in Brick NJ. It is one of the better chic fil a i have been too even though i really haven't been to many bad ones. Most are really good. But this one in Brick is usually crowded but they do have alot of workers there and it makes the line go fast. I also use the app which saves some time if you are in a rush they have an option on the app where u order on the app and go to a reserved spot and the workers will bring it to you. I dont think theres been a mistake yet since i have been going there. The staff is always friendly. The food always fresh and delicious. How dont i give this place 5 stars. I dont have many pics but if you had one chic fil a. But im sure u know that the product is very good. And i did take a pic of the mac and cheese i had for the first time and i must say is really good. Theres a fusion of cheese i really cant pin point it but i think its cheddar may a couple types of cheddar like a sharp and mild. And maybe a fontina. In there. Dont quote me but thats what im tasting haha. And I usually get the regular chicken with pepper jack cheese. So good. I did try to get a peppermint milk shake but their machine was broken the day i wanted it. Not gunna hold that agains them. Inside is nice clean and have a playground for the kiddies. read more

Usually not disappointed-but this is the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A, when I was handed my food I saw the nuggets were on my salad even tho I asked for them to be on the side and was told they come on the side, but it was okay, then after I had driven half way home I saw I was missing a milkshake, so I turned around to go back. And was then handed a melted milkshake, the one they forgot to give me in the first place... they didn't make a new one by the time I got home it was just milk no shake. I am not a fan of chick-fil-a, went here for my daughter. The parking lot is ridiculous, there is no where to park and the whole lot around the restaurant is a drive thru. It wasn't that crowded inside or out and it took over 15 minutes just to get 3 piece chicken tenders and fries. Every time someone asked if we were being helped and we told them we were waiting for our food, they said "it will be out in a minute". I was in the mood for something simple and didn't want to make a reservation for it. There was the Chick-fil-A sign starring me in the face. Why not give it a shot? I always see lines at these places. The staff is very friendly and there's so many walking around looking busy. What's the draw? The food is good, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads etc, but the portions are small e.g: 12 grilled chicken nuggets, smaller than 1" are served in a cup container. w/fries and a unlimited drink is $10.29. The staff come to the table and serve it to you personally. Their salads look tempting, like Wendy's with their creativity. It was a decent meal, but not enough. So I got a vanilla ice cream, BUT it is not ice cream, it is ice milk and very bland. McDonald's vanilla cones are super & cheap. 3.5 stars. 6/1/20. Staff very cordial and extremely efficient. We come here often, the staff is always nice and helpful .. the manager is very rude and I'm in shock about it. I've never been talked to or treated like this at a chick fil a .. the manager is a bad asset to company. - a few weeks back I went through the drive thru and when I got home I realized I was missing a chicken biscuit sandwich. I called and the manager was annoyed and rude and told me I'm in a book log to get a free one next time. He also never once apologized for the inconvenience.. so I went back two weeks later to get my chick biscuit and he couldn't find my name . After a little longer with this annoyed look on his face he found my name in the log that was on his phone.. another visit I noticed him being super mean to the employees and it's wrong . I ordered a meal and a coffee and asked for their jalapeno salsa sauce. The employee asked the manager if there was any more and he said "idk I'm busy right now". Rudely dismissed the co worker. This food was astonishing ! The chicken nuggets were seasoned and extremely tender. The fries were also were very well fried and in perfect condition. The Mac and cheese came very cheesy just how I like it. And the siracha sauce made the nuggets way better by adding sweet and spicy flavor to the meal. The service was good when cooking the food. Employees are not friendly in the drive thru. They refused to substitute chicken preference which is a very common thing at most chic fil a locations. I do not recommend this location and encourage the employees and staff to have training redone. read more

I usually love my food from chic fil a, however, I opened my favorite market salad and flies flew out of the container. I watched them crawl all over my salad. This unfortunately is the second time this has happened here! I threw it out and sent a complaint into the company. I'm very upset. My husband and I were heading to Lowe's and decided to go to the Chick-fil-A drive thru for lunch first. Got in line from the Lowe's parking lot, which we have done before. When it was our turn to order, a manager, Mia, told us we have to get out of the line because we "cut" in front of all the other customers. I asked this manager why she waited so long to tell us, since she already told us she watched us. I am sure that is untrue, as the workers are too busy to be watching traffic patterns. What I believe happened was another car called the restaurant and "reported " us. We never intentionally tried to "cut" in front of anyone! This so called manager handled the situation terribly. I go to Chik Fila regularly but I'm starting to notice a significant decline in good quality service that they used to have. The guy taking my order was rushing me to finish my order all because there were cars behind me. He kept saying "I got it, is that it?" After every meal I ordered. There were 5 meals. I have kids. His attitude made no sense. While taking my order, he was not paying much attention and looking around outside, even checking out some women that were walking by. Also the demeanor of the employees working the window was strange. It's almost as if they didn't want to be there. Definitely not the same here. read more

Great experience tonight. This place has their act together. Huge drive thru line, easily 40-50 cars snaking thru the parking lot. I ordered on the app, pulled up to a numbered curbside spot and typed it into the app. I expected to wait a long time, 5 minutes later a nice employee walked up, confirmed my name and delivered my food. Very disappointing visit. Walk in at 1025 (not knowing breakfast ended at 1030). 8 employees in the front and only one taking orders. One person in front of us and it took until 1031 to our our order in and we were declined breakfast. Very upsetting and bad time management on behalf of management.
