New McDonalds experience. Kiosks are great. We ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich, and a 4-piece happy meal. I guess it was a chicken kind of day. All was as expected, they even forgot the BBQ sauce! ;) Seriously, I need to start checking inside the happy meal box. The sandwiches were great. I'm happy to get all the veg on my crispy chicken! We travel a lot so have frequented many McDonald locations. This location has the best tasting food. We always make a point to stop here each time going thru the area. Each time very happy with food. This time no different. However, I came back after for a cup of coffee and after paying the young man, was forgotten. After waiting some time, I flagged someone else - she not only promptly gave me the coffee but a cookie too as an apology. I'm not normally a McDonald coffee fan but since this location has been so good, I figured I'd take a chance. At 7:30pm the coffee was good and fresh and the cookie fresh baked! Kudos. They can't get an order to save there lives. Last few times I've gone there order wasn't right. People at the drive thru don't even greet you most of the time. They always make you pull forward. It's a shame that you live in the town and you drive to youngstown to another restaurant to get your food. read more

I am on a road trip And would not typically review a McDonalds because..you know its fast food on a trip. BUT this is the most friendly lovely McDonalds I have over been in. The staff went above and beyond to ask the kids what they wanted even got a specific happy meal toy. (Which I told my kid you get what you get ) they asked her what she wanted and got it. The staff seemed short, but I've seen places with more staff that's less than half as effective. The crew working tonight was a team, no joke. Single cashier operation handling drive through and counter, seem less transition between and didn't even feel like a wait. Efficiency with a team of 4 off a major I80 location. Great job! read more

I always have a mixed experience with this McDonald's. Sometimes I receive good customer service and my food is fresh, but other times you can tell the food has been sitting for awhile and the employees look and sound miserable. My biggest complaint however is trying to get food during the night time. I understand Covid-19 changed the way a bunch of businesses run, however it is still advertised as a 24/7 business. When you go between 12:00am and 4:00am they always tell you they are closed and will be reopening at 4:00am due to cleaning or system reboot. It's a bit frustrating and I just wish they would change their time to clarify their actual hours of operation so I'm not wasting their time and they aren't wasting mine. Overall, when you come to this McDonald's you never know if you're gonna leave happy or disappointed. read more

They cannot get a drive thru order right ever. After many missing items, I make sure to check before pulling ahead but now they make you pull ahead to wait for your order 90 percent of the time so you still have to get out of your vehicle and go inside when they forget your stuff. read more

So I ordered a medium number 2 QP and a mango pineapple smoothie, and a delightful waitress (for story sake) comes to me and offers me a strawberry banana instead because the mango pineapple needed changed in the machine and they fries to a large, fresh dropped with a LARGE mango pineapple and a small strawberry banana for the trouble. Ok ish. Last night I asked for a salad-they didn't have lettuce. Understandable I mean it's late out and stuff. But then I asked for my coffee instead. The lady says the machine is getting cleaned out. Again it's late at night I get it. But then I ask for a chicken sandwich. They are out of chicken. That was it I couldn't put up with that anymore. I know it's late but no business is out of EVERYTHING. Then I ask the lady and she says (now with so much sassy and snarkiness in her voice) "all we have is cheeseburgers left" so I got that. It was cold. And let me tell you not just out of the heater cold but like actually freezing-feels frozen cold. So I went in and gave it back and didn't even get a refund. Unreal. read more

Cashier was smart and friendly. A rarity these days in fast food. Sweet tea was good. French fries were very fresh and very good. The Big Mac not so much. I went to this McDonalds in Hubbard, Ohio a few weeks ago there was an issue with my grandson's happy meal fries looked old and dark I didn't even allow him to eat them the nuggets were cold gave a toy for a girl instead of boy no sauces or napkins. Called the satisfaction number that was on the window manager/ owner returned the call and advised to go back and get another happy meal as well as something for myself. Went back today July 4th 2021, ordered my grandson another happy meal asked if it could be made fresh and also please provide a toy for a boy, and advised that I was contacted by the manager/owner to come back for the replacement meal. THIS happy meal was just as worse than the first one. The fries were soft as if they were cooked in old grease and were cold the toy was for a little girl again and there were no napkins. Nuggets looked dry and old as well. I brought this to the attention of person who handed me the order and his response was "We have no toys for boys I don't know what the toy even is" then he stated I can get more fries there's some that just came up in a very dismissive manner. This McDonald's is the worst. They should sell miserable meals because any kid whose happy meal is awful twice and doesn't have toys for either a boy or a girl even when the staff knows that the manager has been contacted previously clearly doesn't care at all. read more
