Went through the the drive through at 11:30 last night and ordered 2 vanilla cones for my daughter and I. Paid for them at the pay window and pulled up to the service window. The young man who took the money at the pay window appeared and made the cones. Instead of handing me the cones, he sat them down on a filthy metal counter and disappeared. 5 minutes went by and he came back and picked up the cones but only after they had begun to melt onto the counter. When he picked up the cones with no gloves on, the cones dripped all over his fingers and down his hands and arms. Before trying to hand them to me he licked all of the melted ice cream off of his hands and fingers. I told him I wasn't talking them and told him I wanted my money back. He got very angry and told me he couldn't give me my money back. Meanwhile both cones are dripping badly down his arms. I told him either I got my money back or I was calling the police. He finally threw them in the trash and told me to drive around the building again to the pay window and he would give my money back. I've had several issues with this place in the past but nothing like this. I won't be returning to place not even for something as simple as a coffee. I just wonder what other unsanitary practices go on behind the scenes where you can't see !!! read more

Horrible. Yesterday went there and got coffee that was so disgustingly strong it was like I was drinking straight coffee grinds- and I'm used to strong coffee. Not sure if they only use half a slice of cheese on their breakfast sandwich or what because it always seems non existent. Then got coffee and sandwich again and the coffee was so watered down that I ended up throwing my second cup of coffee down the trash. Go ANYWHERE else but to this one. Don't get breakfast or lunch or dinner before going to this location. Wish I could give 0 stars read more

They always get my order wrong. Really. How hard is it to serve 2 McChickens and 2 Hot and Spicy McChickens. I had to walk in once because they only gave me three sandwiches. Come to find out.. only one of them was hot and spicy. Pshh. It's McDonald's for God's sake. read more

So our local Chick-fil-A is down for maintenance and the overflow has been going to McDonald's. I went there with my daughter after school and every part of our order came out wrong. Why? Because the person taking our order did not speak our language. The barrier was so strong that I even had to walk inside with my receipt 10 seconds after receiving it and checking it, and still, everything was wrong. Is this not supposed to be fast food? I would've been better off getting curbside from outback steakhouse. read more

Generally speaking, McDonald's is McDonald's. I hate to even review it but this one needs attention. I'm not a fast food fan but I do love McDonald's coffee. This is my usual coffee stop when I get off the highway on the way to work. Why oh WHY do they have such a hard time getting this simple order right? Yes, I can say without exaggeration four out of five times they find a way to screw up my small coffee order. They invariably forget my Splenda packet and/or stir but more frustrating than that they cannot accept the fact I *do not want cream or sugar*. Why is that? They almost argue with me when I tell them I don't want any ("did you say black- really?") and STILL manage to occasionally dump cream in the cup. This has been going on for years! I don't like asking for the Splenda when I notice it's missing because they then take five minutes to find it! I got in the habit of speaking slowly and clearly into the drive through speaker to no avail. I've even had them repeat it back to me a couple times. I have literally started keeping Splenda packs in the car just to avoid this ordeal. I admit I don't get food here but I have to wonder how that would turn out. This sounds like a petty problem but it's all I ask of them. Oh, the last visit (after this review) was particularly amusing. I asked for the usual coffee through the speaker. The read out on the monitor showed a completely different order which included food I never requested. I commented and they said "don't worry- we know you just want the coffee." When I pulled up to the window, they proceeded to hand me exactly what the read out said and looked clueless when I said it wasn't what I ordered. read more

Wow so disappointed ! Ate there yesterday and eat there 5 + times a week but yesterday kind of ruined my day . Bought coffee around 2:30pm in the drive thru . All good , came back at 4.00pm and ordered 2 sausage egg cheese Mc Muffins with folded eggs inside. As I'm ordering the front manager ROSALIND told the customer to get their adorable 2 or 3 year old child off the counter where the couple was balancing her so they could pay . The man responds of course I'm not going to drop my daughter . This went back and fourth and the couple was not amused or happy as I sat across from them . A few weeks ago a large family ate and left a mess and the looks and nasty comments were inappropriate even if the customer was less than perfect . Customer still spent $ 25 + Rosalind a few weeks ago , literally YELLS at a customer after she was going to refill her Mc Donald's soda cup that she brought from the outside . I thought the customer was wrong but not handled in a professional way , not knowing what the customer was going to order . The customer was disgusted and it showed. As a frequent customer I hear ROSALIND raise her voice on many , many occasions often berating her employees and customers in such a nasty way . Yes many of the workers are young and most likely a first job ; but come on, what happened to treating people / workers with some dignity ? With me yesterday I asked to have the coffee refilled and she told me she can't . I came back to the counter as she rudely dismissed me ( the customer ) and suggested to her that she offer a courtesy cup as a face saving measure . They often refill the coffee anyway . How is that different then a soda refill ? I then went up a third time after being dismissed as she was now in the dining - room and she continued to basically yell that the man that owns the Mc Donald's would lose money . Oh Really - how many mistakes happen in a hours time where they make the wrong order , use the wrong cup , wrong topping and the list just goes on and on . Further when ROSALIND did request more coffee she was in the middle of the lobby and yelling as loud as she can embarrassing me while a fellow co-worker laughed as I left . Great Job Mc Donald's ! This location can do better in how it treats it's employees and customers . Hope I see a positive change ! read more

This is absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been too yeah it was like midnight when u got it but still come on he can even say how much my total was he said it was 19.19 when it was only 9.19 on the receipt like maybe they where just having a bad day but come on!!! read more

Walked in to a "so called" manager yelling at employee. Turns out this French Fry manager was the guy holding up everyone's orders with no fries. Too busy yelling at employees to do his own job. Very very unprofessional! read more

When I opened my chicken nuggets container it had the cook's half eaten chicken wing in it that had been placed on my tray. When I took it up to the counter, they acted like it was no big deal and offer no compensation for their HUGE mistake and the nuggets that were given in exchange for the half eaten chicken wing were cold and hard.
