The service here is poor and negligent. I live really close to here so when I'm working and place a delivery order there's not much I can do to fix it. The group I'm with orders from here a lot and they've gotten my order wrong for the 6th time today. I called in again after I realized my order was made wrong and we got a "well we can't refund your order but if you come in we can fix it" I CANT COME IN BECAUSE IM WORKING. *slaps forehead* Just hoping for the bare minimum of somebody being able to read your order. If they could do that, this place would be great because the sub was made quick and the food is good but somebody should tell the people that work there that they're actually working at a sandwich shop because I'm not convinced they know. We needed sandwiches for a long flight out of BWI. We ordered 2 sandwiches on the app. I think the app said it was going to be ready in 30 minutes but we were 15 mins away. Super easy parking! The parking lot is big and was mostly empty, just a few cars parked in front of Jersey Mike's. We got #7 and #13 with mayo, the banana peppers, jalapeño, the red pepper spread. So so good! Doesn't necessarily travel well bc of the tomatoes but we had no regrets! When we got there, they were already making the sandwiches. They were ready long before the app pick up time. This past Sunday, I ordered a regular size big kahuna cheese steak with Chipotle Mayo on the Rosemary Parmesan sub roll. Pure delishness. This sub did not disappoint in taste/flavor,the freshness of bread and portion of meat to bread ratio was fully packed. I placed this order on my mobile app and picked it up at the timonium store. I was greeted with a smile, and it was great to see how clean this location is. I will definitely stop back for another sub craving. Hopefully, the quality, cleanliness, and consistency will remain as this has been my best experience, unlike other Jersey Mike's Subs locations in terms of taste and inconsistency of the meat portion. read more

I only went here once, so your experience may vary.. The service was ok, nothing to brag about. Ordering process had the nicest employee, the rest seemed quiet and squished in a small area to be honest. The food prep area looks kind of small, which is no fault of their own. I ordered a Cheesesteak, which took around 10 minutes. It was pretty good, and definitely hot and made to order. Almost $15 for a drink and a regular sub though, so it wasn't a cheap lunch. Overall, it was a good sandwich, but the place wasn't super inviting. I may return, but probably not anytime soon. The ones in Jersey are better, and that's because customer service goes a long way. This area in general used to have the BEST service, but it has declined more and more over the years, especially in the food industry. I'd really like to see this spot offer limited seating as we continue the COVID journey. I'm pivoting to establishments, like Ashland Cafe, Mission BBQ and the late, great Szechuan House for chow for that reason. Tonight's order consisted of a Giant Number 9, Number 9, Number 9, aka The Club Supreme with a Pepsi and Lays chips. I also ordered a second bottle of pop and a delicious STUBBORN Black Cherry and Tarragon soda. I ordered online at six pm for pickup at 7:30, which empowered me to get a trip in to Aldi. I made sure to add a tip to the online order. At 7:34 I arrived to pick things up and noticed the bag to be light. They didn't add the second bottle of pop. As usual, staff was relatively friendly,but, not as much as they were pre COVID. Despite all this, I have no other choice but continue to recommend Jersey Mike's to one and all. My husband brought me a sub one night and had to say it was the best thus far sub I have ever tasted. Fresh meat cooked to perfection. This was our first time sitting and eating here together. They serve hot and cold subs. They were only 3 workers. They do not serve anything else but subs, but do serve chips, pickles and beverages but no fries, which sucks. read more

"It is SO BAD I wanna give you a 0, but that's not possible.... so I give you a 1." In all seriousness, the customer service is mediocre at best and usually just flat out horrendous. I ordered online and when I received the notification my order was ready I went to pickup my sub. As I arrived I waited to the side of the cash register for about 10 minutes or so as the employees just ignored me. Once someone finally acknowledged my existence a female employee asked what I needed and I said I was picking up my order. She then went back to whatever she was doing and again I waited. Mind you I can see that my order is complete and on the shelf DIRECTLY BEHIND HER but I didn't want to be a Karen so I waited. This continues on for another five minutes or so when another employee asked what I needed and I told them my online order is ready and I'm here to pick it up. Side note at this point the female employee was just standing at the register staring at the wall so she most certainly could have given me my damn order. The other employee then gave me my order while the female worker just gave me the most blank, apathetic, lifeless expression on her face. I'm not exaggerating at all, there was nothing behind those eyes. This was just the straw that broke the camels back for me as I've had several annoyances at this restaurant. If you can't work with customers you need to find another career. If you don't like your job you need to find another place to work. Avoid at all costs! read more

Food has always been delicious! Timing has always been the challenge for this location. I work in the area and decided to order on the App for pickup at 5:15 since I get off work at 5:00. I ordered almost an hour in advance with plenty of notice for them to have the order ready by the time I walked in the door. I leave work on time at 5:00, drive the 15 minutes to them on my way home in Towson to then arrive a couple minutes past the pickup time, walk in to pickup my order, and see nothing on the pickup order table. Okay, fine, I'm a patient person. I'll wait about 5-10 minutes. "Maybe they were slammed with online orders", I thought. 15 minutes go by, and I walk up to the counter and ask if any of the orders being made was for our last name. "Yes, just printed the order..." ... fine. I'll wait for it. At least it will be hot and fresh! That it was. Everything was made perfectly, as it is every time for us. The food has always been great. I don't think I've ever had a complaint with this location for the food. Timing has been a challenge with this location even when ordering for delivery. There are other locations I don't even look at any longer because of their poor timing and management... and their quality of food preparation. I don't use food delivery services for the reason negative reviewers below state. When I go into the store I can watch the sub as it is made. If I see a condiment that I don't want, I can correct the server before a mistake occurs. AND- since they slice all meats to order as they make the sub, it is VERY fresh. Why would I want it sitting around waiting for a food delivery service to pick it up. I usually get the Italian "Mike's way". And since they are so generous with the meats, I usually think "this is enough for 2 meals". But it's SO GOOD, I can't stop eating it till it's all gone. read more

My 4 stars are not because of the employees or the quality of food. (Jersey Mike's, you charge waaaaay too much for extra and gluten free. My sub costs $20+ if I get a giant) Here's my breakdown: Raven was AMAZING. She was super sweet and friendly. I had a special coupon for Buy Two Get One on Giant subs. I'm Gluten Free, not by choice. I never get anything other than a Cheesesteak and my bf never gets anything other than his Chicken Cheesesteak. The additional sub she made me was awesome and so delicious and HUGE! I asked her to surprise me and she did. I've been to A LOT of Jersey Mike's location. Even went to a brand new one in York, PA. The other locations have NO idea how to make a delicious, heavy sub. This place has thee worst customer service from the employees to the manager. They act like they have an attitude to make your food then they get mad when you have requests. Im always embarrassed to order Gluten Free (even though its the exact reason why I frequent JM's)...because I know it slows them down due to cleaning the counter and slicer, etc. They made me feel like I wasnt a bother and were literally the nicest, friendly, & most outgoing staff I have experienced any where in a long time! Some were getting cranky, but I was so impressed by how calm, polite and friendly the crew working behind the counter were. They had a huge stack of orders to fulfill, as the demands of online ordering paired with walk-ins proved challenging, yet they remained steady in their efforts and in good spirits. It is ALWAYS chaos in the store and online orders take an hour and twenty for a 3 mile delivery as a standard. WORST EMPLOYEES EVER! Today a family member went down to this place to purchase 2 subs and they made a mistake on both. Instead of putting everything on the steak sub the employee chose to do the exact OPPOSITE. It was just the meat, bread, cheese, and mayo. So I called them over the phone, because I know these people are even worse in person, and tell them they made a mistake on the order. The person I spoke with was the manager who claimed her name is Raven who was so foul in her attitude. I told her the EXACT order saying it was two subs and I told her the time and she said she could not find the order so there was nothing she can do on this matter. So I tell her, well then can I drive over and give you the food that is left for a refund?? Raven was saying that without the receipt she cannot give a refund and was hoping that the receipt was thrown away! Unfortunately for Raven, I found the receipt and told her the order number. Behold the order showed EXACTLY what I stated which was 2 giant subs, an order that Raven claimed did not exist! Raven told me that all day today that no one placed an order for 2 giant subs and she was LYING. I know she was LYING because she was laughing about it over the phone with another employee. You would think that if they make a mistake on your order at least they would be courteous enough over the phone and work with you to replace the sandwich. But not this place because they hire inferior workers who screw up your order and even more inferior people like Raven to work as managers. When I realized that having these inferior people replace my order would not be ideal I decided a full refund would be better. Then you still have people like Raven who openly LIE to you saying, oh no one today all day placed an order for 2 giant subs. Such lack of integrity. This is what happens when you have bad people working at a food establishment. They have no desire to make the food properly or get the order properly and even when they do mess up they openly ARGUE with you and LIE to you. Raven kept ARGUING with me over the phone even though the entire time I spoke to her respectfully but she kept talking over me by repeating each question 8 times times saying, what was the order? How was it paid? What was the order?? Did it come with drinks and chips? So I had no choice but to answer each question patiently and still she kept arguing with me!! But they are a lot better. So you definitely get what you pay for. I know a lot of friends from Philly and they don't even order cheese steaks from anywhere else but JM. If I could I would give them 0 stars! I'm highly dissatisfied with the service I have received on today. The two young guys who made my sub did not provide good customer service. As a new customer, I feel like I should be greeted properly. I lost my appetite while eating my turkey sub because the bread was too soggy. Before the guy made my sub, I specifically requested very little vinegar. Somehow, he added way too much vinegar made my bread soggy. While working in the food industry, employees must understand that customer service is very important to any business because is retains customers and enhances the brand of a company. However, if a customer is not pleased with their overall service, it creates a reputation damage for the business. In my case, I do not plan to visit this store again and will never recommend to others. I hope this can improve the company's customer service and teach employees how to make a simple sub. read more

Hoagie was very good. I was disappointed that the older man was not friendly who was expediting orders and his mask was below his nose! Also, I ordered online right before I went into Fedex to fax something. I was surprised to find out I was charged to order on my phone by postmates...$2-3 more to sit outside store in my car and order to avoid the line.
