Service-dismal. Is Tia an actual manager or just someone play acting as one? She doesn't know how to speak to people with respect or correct problems. I personally would suggest some retraining on the role. Food-incorrect, and items missing. I have to agree with Tyoko B's review (and all the others for that matter). Yes, yes, it's McDonald's, what can I expect? Well, at least basic customer service and hot french fries We were in a rush on I70 west of Indy to grab some late night dinner on the way to the airport to pick up family (and unfortunately, the airport's dining options are currently closing at 7pm). So what made this experience so lackluster? Well, for one, as slow as it was, they couldn't seem to keep up with the drive thru flow and kept sending cars off to the parking lot to bring over orders which seems to defeat the purpose of drive-thru/fast food. Once we received the food, we found that the fries were cold and chewy (not in a good way) and the sauce we asked for wasn't in the bag. Last but not least, the customer service was very disengaged and not easy to communicate with over the drive thru speaker. Overall, a pretty crummy experience. read more

The worst McDonald's ever. Period. Look, I know times are rough but being rude AND making mistakes on top of that is really unnecessary. My daughter wanted chicken nuggets so I went thru the drive thru. 2 iced teas, 1 sweetened and the other sweetened, a 10 piece and regular fry with ranch and bbq sauces. I ended up with a large fry, a diet coke, some cold fries and cold nuggets with no sauce. I only requested a correction of my drink and the young lady at the window tells me she couldn't take the wrong drink back. When I tell her I have no room for the extra drink, she just shuts the window while saying she will get my drink. She then proceeds to awkwardly look at me. Totally weird experience. So, I placed the drink on the drive thru ledge, not being petty but I'm not driving with an extra drink in my hand. While this location has nice features like great seating and quiet seating, it is not very clean. Located at the intersection of Harding and Morris Streets, the area is largely commercial/industrial. Lots of semis and loading trucks used for immediate local businesses. I stopped in this McDonald's to use the restroom and grab breakfast after dropping my husband at the airport. The women's restroom was atrocious. Toilets had not been properly cleaned in a long time. Splatters of feces all over inner bowl. It was not a recent problem. Very gross. Toilet paper empty and on floor. Greasy floor was slick. I wanted to order food but three employees at counter were discussing requested vacation days and were too busy to deal with me. Finally able to make a drink order ( no, I was not going to get food after seeing the restrooms!). Filled my own drink and returned to counter to ask for a Splenda. Again, I had to interrupt the continuing employee conversation for the request. Finally a manager walked over from drive thru and gave me a Splenda but said nothing to me or employees. Got in my car to leave. Looked around parking lot to see two of the eight vehicles with sleeping individuals. Weird! I will not return to this location.. it would be well worth driving a little farther. read more

She was yelling at employees in front of customers making the whole lobby an uncomfortable setting. Rude to customers that had been sent in from the drive thru. I had to ask another employee for her name because she did not have on a name tag and he was new he was hesitant and uncomfortable just asking someone for her name.
