Food was hot but one item was missing a couple things. Place was spacious and looked uncluttered but don't look too heavily at the floor or under tables cause it's rough. Made an order on the app. App says the restaurant closes at 4am. get to the location around 12:30am. Employee writes me off and says they're closed. Point out the McDonalda app itself and even my maps app say they're open till 4am. Manager refuses to honor the order I placed. This McDonald's has lower prices than other McDonald's in nearby cities. Also,if you have the app, you can get points for free food really fast and get great deals. The staff was friendly and the service was fast. I always like the fries and got them hot and fresh. read more

Normally the only thing I have to complain about at this McDonald's is the lack of decorum in the drive thru; people creating an extra lane where there isn't one - budging in line and causing issues with traffic trying to exit. Today, however, I ordered after two people budged in front of me, they still managed to confirm my order when taken and at the pay window - and yet I received a completely different order than my own. No.2 & a no.7 are not a quarter pounder with mayo, no fries and chicken nuggets. Additionally there was no receipt or napkins in the bag. Although never a joy - it was a dependable experience. Although they gave me a cold drink even though I ordered a warm drink Marcus was super helpful and quick and replaced it for me !

I moved to this area 4 years ago and had probably been to this MCD 6 times; each time the food has been awful. Filet O'fish under cooked, chicken sandwiches burnt, dry burgers. I make an effort to go to a different location when I want McDonald's. read more

Remodel isn't great. Seemed dirty. Staff doesn't pay attention to your table numbers. Our food was given to the wrong family and didn't seem to care. Same with our drinks. The other McDonalds at the other end of Cahill is much better!!! read more

Sometimes I have to have lunch here because I'm in a hurry and don't want to spend a lot of cash---it's the closest place to my work. Right now they are running a 2.50 special for a double cheeseburger and small fry. Pretty hard to find something else in the area for lunch for under four dollars. We do not go to McDonalds often but we're craving some breakfast sandwiches. Husband got home and our order was wrong. He went back, went inside and told them the order was wrong and asked for the correct items. They asked him to wait in one of the bays and they would bring the order out to him when it was ready. When he got the order before driving home he checked it - it was wrong again!!!! They gave him the same thing they did the first time. He went back inside and asked for the correct item AGAIN and they said " oh we are out of that" So at the end of two trips we were not refunded, and left without food. Looks bad from the outside, but surprisingly nice on the inside. Roman columns in the dinning haul give it a good ambiance. Can be dirty sometimes and out of condiments and napkins often, but nice staff. Quiet normally in the evenings, so it's easy to talk. No kids play area, which is nice for adults. read more

Worst experience at a McDonalds EVER!!!! We went at 10:30pm ordered a number 3 that comes with a medium fry. We also ordered a big mac with an additional 2 large fries. We get to the window to pay and they say they only have enough fries for the medium and 1 large. We ask what time they close and they say 12. So we ask if they can make more and make them fresh. The girl at the window said she would check that they may have turned the fryers off. They made us pull around and we waited for an additional 7 min. We live 3 blocks away got home everything was cold and we did not have fresh fries they were stale and cold. Seriously where is the customer service. Our bill was over 22 bucks for food that we ended up throwing away. read more

Good customer service is poor. The person in the cash register named Leah was very rude - had the attitude that she can't be bothered like she just wants us to hurry up with the order. We were there on a Thursday at 7:30pm. She should not be scheduled to be the cashier. With an attitude like that, if they want to keep her, hide her in the kitchen. read more

I walked in the door to hear an employee yelling at a group of black kids. The kids were extremely well behaved, but another employee yelled at one of them to pour out his cup because he had stolen soda. He said he paid for it. She said she was calling the police. Another man tried to pay for the soda - one buck - and they wouldn't accept his money. I told employees they did nothing wrong and they said they were tired of these kids coming in every day and stealing pop. I said that did not appear to have happened today. The police arrived and told all the kids to leave. I told her they hadn't done anything wrong. She told me I needed to step aside or I would be charged with obstruction. She said she had no choice if McDonalds wanted the kids out. I suggested that she could try to talk to management about kicking a bunch of black kids out after they had purchased food. Another woman then tried to pay for the drink and management said no. Ultimately all kids were kicked out. If kids are talking pop without paying, trespass them. Don't harass all of them. Boycott this McDonalds. read more

The drive through service at this location is horrible. I went here one night after class (around 9:50 p.m.) and I sat in the drive through for 25 minutes. There is absolutely NO excuse for that. If the customer at the window had to wait on something, they should have had them "Park" in one of the spots and brought their order out once it was ready, rather than making the 4 cars behind them wait the entire time. And this is not a one-time occurrence. I stopped there this morning before work (I work from home so was going to bring breakfast back). I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and ended up pulling out of line with one car ahead of me at the order board. This is the only location I can think of that has such horrible service. This place is a true american icon. When I have kids I will tell them about the first time I visited this location. Honestly, it is McDonald's. Nothing more. Nothing less. Sometimes you get hot fries. Sometimes you don't. Sometimes the burger is "fresh" and other times it tastes like Pablo took a poop and whipped his butt with the patty. Sometimes the apple pies are crispy. Sometimes they give you an apple pie that expired 4 hours earlier because they are too lazy to make you a new one. Hate this location. Slow slow slow. I always have to check my bag before pulling away because they forget items 50% of the time. I wish their service was better because this is the closest fast food to my house. I drive down Cahill to the other location now which means I'm driving miles out of my way just to get McDonalds so I don't have to go here. read more
