They may prioritize drive-through orders, so that may be a faster option. We were traveling and needed to use the facilities, which were clean and stocked. I've been on an iced tea kick lately, so I zipped through the drive thru last Thursday around 6:30pm for 2- unsweetened black mango iced teas. The gal (I believe her name was Reya) was so personable and kind. She made you feel like you were the only customer. I couldn't tell you the last time I received service like this (so long ago I don't even remember). She took the time to chat for a few minutes and share her favorite coffee drink of choice these days. I think the Caribou Cabins are seamless and quick experience and always appears to clean and bright. Wow...the reviews run TRUE at this location!! First off, I was never asked for my perks number. Rolled up to the window and no one was there. I was surprised it took so long to get my drink. Slowest Caribou and rude. I used to live in the neighborhood but my bf does and we come here when I'm in town once or twice every other week. I swear 20 mins to make my drink and there was not even a line! I can go to the Starbucks at the new Target nearby (even with a line!) and still manage to get a delicious drink in less than 5 mins! Anywho, I went there on Sat 9/16/17 and the person there didn't inform me if we had one to use. Later that night I was checking my emails and saying that I get one to use (9/16-9/17) and thinking I can use it the next day. So on 9/17/17, I ordered two large beverages for BOGO, go up to the window the girl tells me to downgrade one of my beverages to get $3.50 which was also one of my perks. I told the drive thru girl "sure but I also had received on for BOGO and want to use it today". They tell me that offer was yesterday, and I can hear one of the girls groaning "really I just made both of those larges!" Then Caribou mom (one of the managers?) came and told the drive thru girl that they(me) can keep our original sizes and just give the BOGO offer. I told Caribou mom I was there the day before and was never offered the BOGO perk. If I was clearly wrong that the perk was for the day before but still mention it, they should still honor it. It is sad when you ask for classic syrup and the kid has no idea if they have it. Then he gives us the hot coffee that has spilled over without wiping it off or giving us some napkins. I go to this Caribou 4-5 times a week. Every single time I go there my drink is made differently and I always order the same thing. On multiple occurrences I have waited over 20 minutes at the drive through for my drink. They are ALWAYS out of pastries/breakfast sandwiches and the last time I was there it took me 10 minutes to get through and I was the only car. The worker was too busy talking to her co-workers to give me my drink that was sitting right on the counter- I finally had to ask for her. It is horrible service- no one seems to ever know what is going on. I never right reviews like this but I am having a hard time figuring out why no one is doing anything to fix this location or get some people who know what they are doing. This is probably my favorite caribou currently, the new management has really whipped everyone into shape and they maintain a great customer service presence even when under pressure during rushes. My drink is always made to order and they advise me of new and exciting promos and perks since I am a member. Even when there is a mishap I've seen the staff take responsibility and fix their mistake or reimburse the customer immediately. 10/10 love this Caribou compared to the other IGH location. read more

I love this place! The people working there have always been friendly and helpful, including asking if I'm a perks member in their initial greeting. It's a cozy place to sit for a while, with the chatter and giggles of contented workers who obviously like their jobs. I just discovered this Caribou the first week of October, and have only been there about a dozen times, but the only rudeness I have witnessed were terrible customers that were handled calmly and respectfully. I'm a common caribou coffee customer. I probably stop by here 2-3x per week. Every time is such a long wait, except for around 9am. I understand that mornings are busy, but all customers should be important, not just your drive thru (who seem to get their coffees first). Got the 2/$7 deal today and my smoothie isn't even full. Home of the #1 Worst Caribou Coffee experience on the planet. I love Caribou, and have at least 2k visits at various locations, over the last 8-9 years. This is absolutely the worst performing location of all. Honestly, if I were corporate, I would replace all of the staff with experienced staff from other stores or shut it down. Example, this morning we ordered 2 medium roasts, 2 kids hot chocolates, and some banana bread. As we began our wait my daughter dropped a pokestop lure. These lures last 30 minutes. The lure was expired by the time we received our coffee. Over 30 minutes - for 2 plain coffees and 2 hot chocolates??? When our drinks were ordered they had no recollection of our bakery items. Once walked through what they still owed us, we went to add cream. No cream. No stir sticks. Not to mention we had to ask for sleeves for the "kids hot chocolates" as they were hotter than our coffees. This place is garbage. Forever more, we're driving to the Eagan location or hitting Starbucks which is actually a bit closer. Hate it. read more
