I asked her if she had tried it and she said no. Boy am I glad I drove through. I got a wonderful pistachio latte over ice. I had opted for another coffee drink, but I said it sounded too sweet. However, the sweet barista told me that she could do it half sweet. I did that and boy was it delicious I sipped on it the whole way home!!! They do have a lot of options so you should be able to take your time to look over the menu. There were two people working a young man and a young woman, and they were both extremely friendly, service with a smile, and I even drove back through and asked them for some ice for my big cup and they provided it. A server came by to take our drink order, only to let us know they were out of both drinks we originally wanted. No big deal--we pivoted. But then my sweet tea came with Splenda and no spoon to stir it, and silverware never made an appearance at all. What really sealed it, though, was the service--or lack of it. Another server spent close to 20 minutes chatting with a table about something completely unrelated to the restaurant while we sat there unnoticed. During that time, three separate parties were seated after us and were promptly given menus, silverware, and attentive service. We were never checked on again. After sitting there watching everyone else be taken care of, it became pretty clear we weren't going to be served that day. So we got up and left. I always hate sharing experiences like this because I truly want local businesses to succeed. But service matters just as much as the food, and sadly, this visit missed the mark entirely.
