Drinks are extra, and there's also a small $1-2 supplemental fee added on, which felt a little odd since it could probably just be included in the buffet price. The food itself is very classic home-style comfort food with lots of options. Nothing super fancy or out of the ordinary, but everything tasted fresh and the buffet was constantly being refilled every few minutes. We also got the iced sweet teas, which seemed to be really popular since almost every table had one. One unique thing -- the entrance and exit are through the gift shop, and you also pay there at the end of your meal, which definitely adds to the old-school country restaurant experience. Our waitress was attentive and friendly throughout the meal, too. Overall, worth the stop for the experience and comforting homemade-style food while visiting Logan.

I only hold off on the fifth star because some of the food was over salted and/or overcooked (especially the veggies- asparagus, cauliflower, etc).

Charred on outside still pink, went to the buffet and the waitress saw where steak was mutilated looking for cooked parts, did not eat any of it and went to talk to the manager, nothing was ever said, both meals came with backed potatoes which were served with a dollop of butter and sourcream, both potatoes were not even warm, so butter would not melt. Drove from Huntington to visit this place for childhood memories, sometimes nostalgia is an eye opener, this should have stayed a memory.

I've been to a several Golden Corrals around the country over the years and this one is by far the best one I've seen. I recently visited during the evening and found it to be immaculately clean even though it was quite busy at around 75% capacity. The menu selection and quality were far above the usual buffet fare and my server was exceptional. I was quite impressed with the positive morale and fine-tuned teamwork displayed by the employees which included the manager periodically walking thru and visiting customers to ensure that they were enjoying themselves. I live in Columbus and I won't hesitate to drive 50 miles south to this Golden Corral as it blows the local ones away. read more
