Absolutely terrible experience! The restaurant smelled like urine upon entering. Thinking it was another customer, I ordered and sat down and quickly realized the whole dining area smelled of urine. Staff were snappy, unprofessional, and my presence seemed to be an inconvenience for them. Very disappointing visit. read more

This Panera has greatly improved. The food recently has been delicious. I asked if the sauce could be put on the side and they did. The cookies and other bakery items I had where delicious. The lemonade was great. The staff was very nice. read more

Relaxing lunch having been on the road for 5+ hrs. Purchased some onion soup. I've eaten better. The soup was warm, not hot. The cheese was sparse and the croutons OK ( since you're a bakery, you could take a nice sized piece of bread, toasted it in oven, placed it on top of the soup, covered it with cheese and baked it for a short time). I love this place the staff are awesome and super patient, food is delicious and I use my coffee subscription here almost everyday. They keep the place as clean as can be expected with how busy they are and the manager is awesome Parking is definitely rough and not going to get any better but for the atmosphere and people who work here it's worth it. read more

This restaurant is well maintained. It has quick efficient service and is always clean. I love the food at Panera. I've yet to find anything they have that I don't like. I do wish they were a little cheaper but I guess you get what you pay for. read more

"As good as it gets" for Panera. But, I'm kinda a Panera (or- St Louis Bread Company) junkie. For a few reasons: the food is relatively healthy, they give all nutrition information (ahem, check salt!), desserts available, fruit available, they're in many smaller towns, and unsweetened tea. Would I ever live in a city where Panera is the best thing there? Hell no. That said, I find myself around them often and they are my go-to. I'm in Chillicothe for work regularly and I'm not down with the "comfort food" options. This Panera has pretty good hours and every time I'm there, the wait isn't bad. The drive thru is even pretty quick. They haven't screwed up an order and they all seem nice enough. It's also a pretty new looking location and seems pretty clean. Parking is plentiful and easy. read more

Panera has been one of my favorite restaurants for years now and the Panera on Bridge street also has exceeded my expectations several times. But today, I went through the drive through and asked for an Apple as my side and when I came home, I sliced the Apple and noticed that the whole thing was rotten. I normally don't post negative reviews because I am such a huge Panera fan but getting a rotten Apple is a first for me. While I may have a biased opinion after being let go employment wise from this establishment for not being able to "get with the ***damn program" regarding the way sandwiches are made, [something that has gotten back to me since my leaving the company], it astounds me that every order I have ever placed here has come out wrong. Oftentimes they don't even have the item I desire which I will accept partial responsibility for, since potato and black bean soup are only offered certain days of the week. Nevertheless, as to whether it is a pick-up, call ahead, or dine-in experience it hasn't mattered, as I have yet to receive a correct order from this establishment. When bringing my issue to the attention of a manager i have simply received an eye rolling and excuses, with no effort in correcting the issue at hand. I will say however, that I never have issues with the Panera's in the Dayton or Columbus area, so it must be based on location and that regardless of right or wrong, the food always tastes great. It's just the customer service that needs to be re-evaluated. read more

I mean don't get me wrong Panera is really good the food and service is great, BUT... just for a full size meal when you leave you are still hungry because their portions are very very small and just for a small dish like that it's just almost $30 just for one person, I am not gonna tell you to go somewhere else but if your hungry and wanna get full go somewhere else this place is if your feeling snacky and you want something to hold you for a short bit. read more

This one star rating is for the corporate company. I always stop here on my way through and request my husband's favorite bread. This location is always sold out. They have instructed me to call ahead. I called ahead and was informed that they make one loaf and it's gone. Now I'm told I need to call a day ahead of my travels to secure the one loaf. Surely Corporate Panera would understand my frustration! read more

Service was very slow with many employees standing around and going ons behind counter seemed very disorganized. Employees all very apathetic with exception of one very good female cashier who seemed to be doing most the work. Food came out quick so can't complain there. read more

Food was good. Service was disorganized. After I ordered and paid everyone disappeared. I wasn't sure if I should stand and wait by the register or sit down and they would bring it to the table. I sat down with my guest and they did bring it to the table but I think I was supposed to wait. Pricey for lunch we had 2 pick two lunch specials two cookies and one iced tea and one water 32.00 for lunch food was good but nothing special. I love Panera. However, each location is different. Some are awesome, and some I will never set foot in again. This Panera location is phenomenal- not only was the staff pleasant, they went above and beyond to make sure my family's dietary restrictions were met. They had a roaring fireplace going, and classical music playing in the background- a first for my many Panera visits. I am not sure what that other reviewer was talking about. This location is clean, inviting, and the food very well prepared. Definitely stop by here for a meal if you're in town. read more
