Their drinks are unique flavors - I had a blueberry milk coffee & a decaf maple bourbon latte (I think this one is really cool because it uses non alcoholic bourbon!). Both were yummy. My husband got a house ginger ale and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon was huge and fluffy and yummy but could use a lot more cinnamon, and the ginger ale was kinda watery. I had the Thai peanut wrap which was really good and my husband had the turkey pesto panini - the panini was not a panini but more of a cold sandwich on toast, so that was disappointing. Very friendly staff! We went in one afternoon to check it out. My husband was getting a dark roast brewed coffee and as he was filling his cup the pot ran out. The barista made him an Americano and didn't charge any more. Right then we knew we would be back. Great customer service! Unfortunately, I had the free breakfast at my hotel and it was one of the worst I've ever had. So we looked for breakfast at a cafe for the others. Fortunately, we found Paper City Coffee, and especially because reviews said it was dog friendly. We were not expecting much, but boy were we wrong. I sipped the iced blackberry mocha, and I said it was really yummy. Others at my table thought I was joking. Then they took a sip, and they said it was the best flavored coffee drink they've ever had. I told them that's a pretty big statement to make. But I do agree that it was a really good drink. We also had the toasted bagel with the veggie cream cheese. It was so lightly toasted and well flavored. I would definitely order the toasted bagel and iced blackberry mocha again and again. I can't give more than one star to a cafe that doesn't have black coffee. My husband and I like long walks, so we chose Paper City Coffee as a destination. We thought we would walk the mile and a half downtown to this coffee shop, have a coffee and relax on the couch for about a half hour, then walk the mile and a half back home. When we got there we were told that they didn't have any black coffee. What kind of coffee shop doesn't have coffee?? Well he said they had espresso, so we settled on cappuccinos. We ordered paid, tipped, and went over to a sofa only to be told they were going to put the Cs in paper cups because they're closing in ten minutes. We were livid. He could have told us that from the start. Instead he made it sound like they didn't have any coffee because there was something wrong with the coffee urn. It wasn't very clear. Turns out they just didn't feel like making an urn of coffee in case they ended up having to throw it out because they'd be closing and didn't have many customers. We ended up with a couple of teeny paper cups of crappy cappuccino with no advanced warning. Never again. read more

Can't say enough good things about PCC! A must stop if you're in Chillicothe! The food is fantastic. Always fresh and excellent quality. The breakfast BLT and Cranberry Feta Salad are two food items I LOVE. You also have to try the jumbo cinnamon rolls with delicious whipped cream cheese icing Additionally, all of their coffee is wonderful! A personal fav of mine is the maple bourbon latte. Paper City Coffee is strangely enough located in Chillicothe. It's cool enough that it would be popular in a trendy neighborhood of Columbus. They obviously are the best coffee in town. If you're expecting swill like at the drive thru you won't get it here. Any time you go to a coffeehouse the first time you judge the atmosphere. It's just as if not more important than the coffee itself. The atmosphere here is like come and be chill. As for the coffee it beats the chains. Usually in a place with this good of coffee it would be super expensive enough to not make it worth it. Sure it costs more than fast food. This isn't mass produced shit though. It's about $2 to $3 for most coffees. The cappuccinos are good and they have almond and soy milk available too. I have had nothing but good experiences at Paper City Coffee. It could be the best business in Chillicothe. The products are delicious and the service has been fantastic. read more

This was far better than expected. The chai latte was excellent, and the quiche of the day was a work of art in taste. Subtly delicious and light, with a nice pepper kick that wasn't too strong. I came here to get their small quiche and house-made herb/cheddar biscuit with egg and cheddar. I was really in the mood for eggs and drove here because they supposedly make everything from scratch. I also ordered a cup of their tomato soup. I was extremely disappointed that their quiche was evidently nuked to re-heat it and so the egg custard mixture was ruined and had the tell tale rubbery texture with tiny water vapor holes throughout it and this ruins a crust or bread type items as well and they should know better and have higher standards. But not only was the texture disgusting but the egg mixture had a overly spiced onion filling with a very weird unpleasant taste, (and I like onions and herbs), and no cheese in it. Also the crust was thin and not flaky or crisp. It was just inedible. So, on to the biscuit that wasn't bad but not great because of nuking it. And again the egg mixture inside resembled a hockey puck with a rubbery texture and no flavor, yuk....way to ruin good ingredients. I just couldn't eat the egg puck either and wasn't in the mood to just have tomato soup and part of a biscuit. The soup wasn't bad, but I added more cream for my taste. I was so unpleased that I asked to speak to the owner or manager. I young girl came over that was the manager and I explained the above. She was very nice and did listen and refunded my money. I hope that she passes along my comments to the owner who I said should be making the eggs to order and/or have a small convection or toaster oven to reheat items like the quiche. I said when you are in the business of coffee and breakfast you really should be doing this better; it's not that hard to cook eggs and quickly! And if your quiche isn't great, why aren't you trying other recipes until you make a great quiche with a great flaky traditional crust? And then, don't ruin things by nuking them or using egg beaters. The egg items were so bad, I'm not even sure if they are using real eggs out of the shell, liquid eggs or egg beaters. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 only because they have a really nice interior space, nice people working there and I'm sure good coffee, salads and a few other items that I wasn't in the mood to try. read more
