It is unfortunate that the place is victim to its location. Not the best service as well. Many of the employees are surly and have an "I don't give a s**t attitude. My order at the drive thru is often wrong and I provide feedback on the receipt no one ever contacts me.The inside is nice enough but often dirty. They need a security guard in the parking lot. You are accosted every time you enter by homeless asking for money and they get upset if you do not give it. My heart goes out to them but I don't want to get hassled every time I go for lunch. read more

If you've been to one Mickey D's you been to them all. Lately I have been pleasantly surprised by the offerings at this long standing fast food joint. They recently gave me my coffee for free and the Large sweet tea is still only a buck. I'm sure it's designed to draw in the masses, but I have no qualms about going through the drive through and asking for a coffee or a sweet tea. If it's free, I say thank you but avoid the fast food as I'm really not that much of a fan...except their fries of course...they may have changed their frying techniques over the years but I think the fries are still the best in the fast food industry and are very delicious. read more

I have been coming to this McDonalds for the last 5 yrs sometimes twice a day. I have never had an issue with any employees or manager until the last two days in a row. Yesterday I ordered chicken when she gave me my food I asked for one sauce. She was rude in telling me next time let them know when I order. Because she does everything strictly by the books. Today I go to get my sons mighty meal which I do almost daily there. And she refused to give me a small cup instead of the child cup. I told her that I thought when you order a mighty meal u get the bigger drink also. She told me no. I have been buying happy meals and such for twenty years. After waiting more than 10 minutes@the counter to place an order (no one ever came) I sat down inside the restaurant, only to be told by an employee that, "IF I WASN'T BUYING ANY FOOD, I WOULD HAVE TO LEAVE". I asked him where was that 'posted', and was told that. "IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE POSTED"... This location does not have very good customer service. I went by on Monday. The automatic order machines were out of order. I stood at the counter while several employees looked at me and never said a word. Finally a manager told an employee that a customer was waiting. I ordered a frappe but the machine was down. It has been down for over a month. I asked for a chocolate milkshake and when it was handed to me it looked like vanilla. I asked and was told it was just light. I was on vacation and this was the nearest fast food place I could go to. But this is a Horrible place, the fries had a bitter taste like the oil wasn't changed for months or years. I threw them away. Took one bite of my sandwich and also tasted disgusting. Pretty much threw away over 15$ worth of food. The employees here are rude and foul mouthed, and don't care at all. Not surprised though this is in a part of town with tons of homeless people walking around. I've contacted corporate offices and they don't seem to care much either, I asked for my refund. And they said they will address my complaints and let the owner know. I'm sure the owner knows how bad it is and doesn't care one bit. Even the manger at this location was berry unprofessional using slang words and talking very vulgar. Honestly I'm toning to reach out to health services, they need to shut this place down. Oh my god 2nd worst mcdonalds during the nightime great staff during the day i know that job sucks i work in a restaurant too. It started off good so that's why I give it 2 stars but this McDonald's isn't able to handle of crowd at all. What's they started to feel the pressure their attitudes changed quickly. They started giving out wrong orders and got attitudes when it came time to correct them overall just don't go of your going with a group all teams and field trips don't need to stop at this one. This absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever visited in my life. The employees are not interested in customer service, only in cutting up and looking at their phones. I ordered coffee at the drive-through and they told me they had to make it fresh. I waited with my engine idling for ten minutes. Then I noticed a customer inside walking to his table with a cup of coffee. Obviously, they forgot about me. On top of this, they shorted my daughter's six-piece chicken McNuggest by four pieces. I entered the restaurant and the employees ignored me for a good 30 seconds, even though I was the only person at the counter. Once I was acknowledged, I noted the fact that I didn't have my coffee. The manager argued that the pot had just finished brewing, even though I could clearly see the pot was already half-empty. She bald-faced lied in my face.
