When an employee loves their job so much that they stay after hours to knit and complain to other employees who are on the clock, it creates a negative atmosphere. I understand McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant, so my expectations aren't very high. However, I am paying for a service, not to hear yelling in the kitchen or employees complaining about their jobs constantly, even when they are off the clock. This has been a very disappointing experience with cold food and unprofessional behavior. As a manager at a bar and grill, I strive to keep both my staff and myself professional at all times. I believe this location has a lot of room for improvement. McDonald's, please do better. read more

Anything but fast food, was stuck in drive thru for over 30 minutes. What's the point of ordering ahead on the app if you either sit in line for a ridiculous amount of time or go in to pick up your food only to be ignored. read more

I came here for a job interview that I scheduled for through the Mcdonald's website, for an entry-level position. The manager was nice but she never contacted me back about the job. The restaurant was a madhouse. There was a woman loudly talking on speakerphone, cussing, in fact I think multiple people were talking on speakerphone but there was so much noise it was hard to tell what was going on. Mcdonald's is supposed to be a family restaurant! No one was at the register, you had to use the dirty kisoks. I could see five or six employees congregated in one area in the back, some of them seemingly not doing anything and one person on their phone. I heard that the employees there have gotten into altercations with delivery drivers, but I didn't witness that for myself. read more

I honestly do not do this often but this McDonald's has literally the worst customer service/attitudes I have ever seen. I'm always polite when I go through and 70% of the time the past year they give out dirty looks when you ask for a simple thing like ketchup. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Not full drinks and the employees are dumba$$es. They want you to give a thumbs up at the window for mobile orders even if you are the only car. Ordered a fish sandwich with NO tartar sauce, add mayo. I got a fish with tartar sauce, no mayo. They even had a ticket on it. This happens all the time. I order a plain cheeseburger and it always has everything on it, even though it has a special order ticket on it. My $3 fries were ICE cold. It is absolutely no wonder everyone in Jacksonville goes to Springfield to eat. Hardees may be more expensive, but at least the food is edible. read more

Something needs to be done with the breakfast burritos. They come barely wrapped with little filling and what is in it, falls out because no one knows how to correctly fold a tortilla. We feet them weekly and find this every time so it is not an isolated incident. A manager needs to address this issue. read more

I ordered two things and they messed it up. The first item was a Double Quarter pounder cheese plain, for a picky girl. They gave it to me with everything on it, and the girl who wrote it on the receipt wrote it wrong. The second was a 6 piece nugget, and they gave me a four piece.
