AVOID! I will NEVER come back. My visit today resulted in me filing a police report! I was taking pictures of the signs, lobby, and was going to take pics of my food once I got it. I noticed staff member on drive thru picking their nose and itching their crotch! I watched to make sure they weren't going to touch any food and continued to take pics of random things in the store. All of the sudden this big door dash/uber eats/ instacart/ spark driver guy flew back into the handicap spot he was parked in and ran into the store yelling to the staff in Spanish about me taking pics of him demanding my phone. 1. I didn't even notice he was parked in handicap until looking back at the pics. 2. I wasn't taking a pic of him, I was of a sign. 3. He postured threatening over me and demanded to see my phone and looked through it. 4. The manager/ his friend started yelling at me and looking through my phone. 5. When a guy stood up to see what was going on defending me I mentioned the police the driver guy took off FAST. Avoid this place! read more

If I had a dollar for every time, the Puerto Rican lesbian lady that works there in the mornings was rude to me, I would have free McDonald's for a month, I swear. Today was my last straw with her, and all over a stupid thing of syrup. First of all you work for a multinational, multi-BILLION dollar company. You've been rude to me *every time* I ask for *anything* extra, or things that should come inside of my bag already like napkins and utensils. Then when I ask for something as simple as syrup or jam, you usually jump in front of the person that I'm talking to- which is very rude on your part- then quickly tell me how much I'm supposed to pay for that minuscule little condiment that I'm asking for. Ask yourself do you think that I'm going to throw accounting off balance enough to get audited for you handing out a single solitary syrup or a single solitary jam? Do you think that corporate is going to write you up and have your job for $.32? Do you realize that it's so tough out here today that people are sensitive to things like this because gas and food are so expensive to begin with already? Or are you so oblivious in your tiny boxed-in little world that you don't know how to carry out customer service when you're in the business of customer service? Of course, all of these questions are rhetorical. But you don't strike me as the type that's intelligent enough to even comprehend any of the questions or the word "rhetorical". Get a life lady, seriously! And lighten up on your customers and your staff, you might get a different response from the ones I've seen you get from people while I was door dashing even. You're just not a nice person at all. And you don't belong there in that environment. This is me being really nice. So take all of it as you will, but make sure you take it like a champ, chief. Laziest crew for the easiest job.... I got told they "we don't carry that" when asking for orange juice. Mind you i'm staring at it on the menu. If you don't wanna do your job find something else. The drive through was completely empty and morning crew was too lazy to fill a cup with orange juice LOL. My four year old loves chicken nuggets and fries so we frequently stop at McDonald's. Every time I've gone to the location, the service is slow and they always seem short staffed. I don't recommend the drive thru if you're in a hurry, it takes 20 minutes plus. read more

This location is horrible. The food is horrible and sits too long. The service is beyond bad. The managers are rude and unwilling to correct problems. I gave 1 star because the young man who works drive through and takes the order and money is very cheerful and even sings. If it wasn't for him I'd give minus 5 stars. Visit any location but this one! East 2nd St location seems to be the best so far, good food, very cheerful woman at the drive through window. read more

Horrible service. The person taking our order huffed at me to start. When I got to the window to pay she shut it on me and walked away with out a word. As we were waiting on her to come back we noticed only one person in the whole kitchen was wearing a hat! Somehow, everytime I go here, I have some kind of issue. Whether it's waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru line, or getting something wrong on my order. Tonight, I stopped here to get my son a McFlurry after he had a great basketball practice, because where else do you go in Jamestown in December for a quick ice cream. I also planned on ordering a Mocha for me. I got up to the drive thru speaker box and placed my order, and was told neither of the items I wanted were available. Wait, what? They have no ice cream or coffee? I was told the ice cream machine is broken and the mocha machine was also broken. So I decided to leave. The problem with the drive-thru at this location is that there is no good way to get out of line. We had to drive the icy back alley behind the shopping center which takes me a 1/2 mile or so out of my way to get back to the front of the shopping center. The only reason I still give them 3 stars, is that no matter how many problems I have, I still love McDonalds :) read more
