You apparently walked in expecting the entire establishment to revolve around your very specific demands, got disappointed, called someone a "clown," accused them of lying, and then produced this barely decipherable masterpiece of nonsense. The staff didn't fail you--you failed to understand where you were, what they offered, and apparently how restaurants work. And judging by the grammar and coherence of this review, I'm not sure you were in any condition to be evaluating anyone else's performance. Being unhappy with a meal is one thing. Throwing a tantrum because a restaurant didn't conform to whatever bizarre expectations you had in your head is another. Do everyone a favor next time: stay home, lower your expectations, and let the adults enjoy their dinner without having to witness another episode of The World's Most Confused Customer. The restaurant got one bad review. You got permanently immortalized as the person who wrote it. I'd say one of those is considerably harder to recover from.

Firestone's pizza has an excellent char, solid sauce and flavorful toppings. The restaurant also has a beer/wine store, and a eye pleasing meat counter/butcher. I have no complaints - friendly service, fair priced pizza for excellent quality, and the liquor section has some charm to the decor. ***From the road, look for Gordon's (even though Firestone Kitchen is the eatery). Gordon's is more prominent from the road.

But it was so thin a cut.....it didn't have time to develp a good char or sear and the result was the steak cooled quickly, was not as flavorful and in fact tasted a bit mushy. Ate about half of it. Manager was nice enough to give a break on the bill (although I did not ask for it.) I have dined here I think 4 different times and this was my first mediocre or bad meal. With every visit over the last decade or so, my experience continues to decline as the food and service has suffered with time. What once was a staple meal has become a poor iteration of what once was. Bread is obnoxiously thick. The flavors on the ingredients feel off. It's disappointing. Still feel like there's a chance this spot recovers in time but with their expansions - this location has suffered.
