I'm not going to lie usually this McDonald's sucks so I only go there crazy late at night when everywhere else is closed. A coworker asked me to pick them up a quick lunch yesterday and I was in the mood for a shake so I swung by. I was so shocked at the bubbly friendly girl over the speaker who chatted me up at the window about our red hair, the fast accurate order, and the manager guy that was super friendly and didn't argue when I asked for extra ketchup packets. Went in here our first night in town. Milkshake machine wasn't working and getting a Big Mac meal took way too long. Next night, we were in a hurry and thought we'd stop. Went to the drive through and never got a response, went inside and the attendant was less the pleasant. Hated that I had to make work. While I was waiting I heard the lady taking the order say that a customer wanted extra onions on something. The guy in the back made a comment "He wants extra onions, I'll give him extra onions." in a very obnoxious tone. I wouldn't go here unless you have no alternative. I drive by this place every day on way to work and in several years have promised myself "I will not do this, again" at least 20 times. It's mostly due to stale rolls, dried up cheese, too loaded with codiments or something about the food. I have realized I got the wrong order for breakfast as I am cruising down Rte. 86, too late to fix. I have been in line behind 6 people as we listen to staff standing and chatting, nobody getting drink orders, working the fryer, taking orders from those still waiting. This place has been like this for years. Am I just unlucky 90% of the times I go there. The last time truly did me in. I opened the fish sandwich box and the whole bottom of the bun was soaked with tarter, which is spewing from the top of the fish. What a mess. At LEAST 2 tablespoons of tarter, which I did not ask for extra!!! I can't even tell you which time was the worst, there have been too many! I've called headquarters s few times, get coupons, give them away, then end up breaking my promise to myself due to hunger and time. Like I said, the tarter mess has done me in. Couldn't be more disappointed... I have ZERO expectations when it comes to McDonalds, even less now that there are new franchise owner(s). But stopped in yesterday to the location on Route 60,near I-86 (McMobil) and decided to not wait in drive thru line that was wrapped around building. Upon entering, I noticed that there was an older lady waiting to order... after about 2-3 minutes of us both waiting, I went to counter and asked if anyone was working front counter... the young lady who was very bothered that someone was asking her to do her job, came out and asked the waiting customer, "what do you want", and all the lady wanted was ONE CHEESEBURGER to go... after grumbling about the order, she then looked and me and then asked what did I want.... in a pissed off tone... I then put my money away and asked for a manager, again this young lady went around back and I could here her saying that some guy wanted to talk to a manager. The manager, purple hair and all, then came out and asked what issue was.... after I explained how terrible the customer service was she looked at me with a blank face and offered no explanation or apology for the poor service. I asked her if she was in charge she said "ya", I then told her that the staff and restaurant is a direct reflection on the management of the store and it was not good. She could not have cared less or offered no solution... again, I have ZERO expectations when it comers to fast food and now even less for McDonalds of WNY. Called to express this to corporate offices... No one there to take my call. Seems about right... poor ownership equals poor management which equals poor employees and ends with unfhappy customers. Stopped by here to pick up breakfast this morning. The hours say they open at 6am we got there at 6:11am. They were no where near open. Equipment was still apart no one would come to the register. We stood there for about5 minutes before one of the employees sitting in the dining area went to get someone to take orders. This is the worst McDonald's restaurant of them all! Me and my family have had nothing but bad experiences there and the manager Amy has the worst customer service ever! The manager had enough nerve to tell another employee's in mine and my family's hearing along with a full lobby that could hear what was being said that we were doing nothing but trying to scam them out of food all because we were using coupons to get our food for free and the worker messed up our coupons and admitted to doing so to her! She was rude to us all because we stood up for ourselves and called them out on there mistake which never got fixed by the way! This is not the first time this McDonald's has done this to us this is the third time this has happened to us at this location and the second time that we have had to deal with this horrible manager and her bad attitude towards us! Not only did she humiliate us she then purposely ruined our coupons all because she said she didn't know if we used them or not even though we told her that we had not used them!
