This McDonalds is clean and well laid out. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very nice staff who work very hard. That said, they got my order wrong. I ordered two big macs with no onions and lettuce on the side - because this was take out and it would be more than an hour before the Camtran bus would get me home. The lettuce was done perfectly and put in a McNuggets container. But one of my Big Macs was only burger and bread. Nothing else. of course i didn't notice this until i got home. One positive note: when you do the survey for this location, you get a free pie or sundae to redeem at any location within 30 days. i really like this reward. This McDonalds leaves a lot to be desired. Food takes FOREVER... at least 15-20 minutes for a simple order. Staff are NOT friendly nor do they act like they care. During a particularly busy morning they were indeed busy, but the staff had zero hustle; everyone was moving at a literal snails pace. Staff even argued with a customer over an incorrect order. Food is ok at best. Absolutely no reason I would choose to come back here. read more

The last few times we went anything we order is made with absolutely NO care. None of the employees we interacted with were professional or nice at all! My hate for McDonald's grows deeper with just about each visit I have with one. I know a lot of these are franchises and run by someone local-ish, but the consistency that they have are not across the board. Why even have a mobile app if it doesn't actually make the experience faster. I had decided to stop and pick up food for those at home before I actually made it home. With the decision of the little ones at home being McDonald's I went and used the mobile app. Placed my order and had to just show up. When I finally did show up I did as the app said, pull up and tell them your order and pull around. However, what was supposed to be quick, turned into a long wait. I essentially could have parked, went inside, ordered, and been on my way quicker. What really happened was I pulled up to the drive thru and told them I had an order and was told to pull around to the window. Get there, receive the receipt and told to pull into one of the spots to begin my wait. I sat there and waited. I kept checking my mirrors to see if anyone was coming out of the doors. People that were told to do the same as I had to do were having things brought out to them faster than me. My order wasn't complicated, so I was not understanding why it was taking so long. When someone did finally approach my car to deliver something, it was wrong. They fixed that. I finally go home and some of the order was wrong anyway when they gave me the rest of my order. Some items were missing, but it is what it is. This location needs to get its act together. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Last three orders have been completely wrong. I decided today to not use the mobile app to avoid confusing the staff at this location. I ordered a Diet Coke and Regular Coke, large fry. Staff member handed me Cokes and said he was going to be honest, he did not know which was which. A female staff member confidently stated the first that he handed out was diet. She was very wrong. I do not drink after anyone since COVID so.... total loss. This place is ridiculous. I'm in my 30s, so believe me when I say I've been to a lot of restaurants. And this place is actual garbage. I've never been to a worse fast food joint in all my life. However, this wasn't always true. This place used to be owned by the Alamo family, and during that time it was really, really well managed. They sold to the people who own it now, and for whatever reason, every single day this sh*thole is worse than the day before. The lines don't move quick at all. They don't even move moderately; they barely move at all. But that's at least tolerable. What I can't seem to wrap my head around, though, is the kitchen. The kitchen barely operates. And when it does, you've already waited WAY too long to get your order. But just when you think you're at the home-stretch, your order is probably wrong. Either they forgot to toast your bagel bun and served it to you cold, or your chicken sandwich doesn't have f*ckin' chicken on it. I have never seen a less efficient kitchen staff. I don't typically like calling others incompetent, but I don't have any contrary proof otherwise. And another thing that really grinds my gears about this dump: the supervisors and corporate staff. I'm not talking about the shift mangers or the store manager, whoever the hell that might be this month. I'm talking about the higher-ups. They are here all the time. I work close-by and come here on my lunch break because it's "convenient" ... and the corporate/district/regional managers and owners seem to be here quite a bit. They're ALWAYS holding meetings with the crew. Holding a training session. Going over things they are doing wrong. Whatever it may be that particular day. But it's always right in front of customers. Why would customers want to be on their breaks, or with their families, and have to listen to the crew getting chewed out one table away. Get that sh*t outta here. It's embarrassing them, just for the sake of embarrassing them. Not that it even makes a difference, because tomorrow they're just gonna f*ck up all over again, and forget to put the burger on my burger. Avoid this place, please. Every time I decide to go to this McDonald's because it's closest to my house, I end up regretting the decision. Unless you're ordering everything "as-is," your order is more likely than not to be wrong. It seems like every cashier is working their first day on the job every time I go here. If you're thinking about getting something "quickly" through the drive-through, forget about it. Reasonable wait times are a rarity here. The standard wait time in this drive-through is about ten minutes, and that's when things are running smoothly, let alone when they have "issues" with their credit card machines or something else which happens all too commonly here. I'd suggest driving the extra couple miles to the location downtown. At least there, you don't go to pick up lunch and come back with dinner. read more

At one time this was a smooth running, well-oiled machine of a business. Since new owners took over, either they do not understand how to run a business, or they are just lax. Staff routinely complains to customers (a big no-no), there is a higher turn-over than other comparable businesses, wait times are extremely long, products are well below standard and should not make it past the quality check phase (which doesn't exist), and food has been served with a quarter of the bun sticking out of the box, and even moldy buns. I worked at this McDonald's many, many years ago and it was much better under the former owner. I would NOT recommend this establishment. I e-mailed the owner and never received a response, of course. This McDonald's practices will either get people sick, or, you might just wait forever in the drive-thru with a staff that doesn't care, have any work ethic and acts as if they don't want to be there. There are a very few core of crew that are there who cares, but most times they can't retain anyone that has any professionalism due to the practices in place that are either overlooked or condoned. read more

The least I can say about the place is that it's clean and the food is decent. But the employees "work" is nothing short of flat out garbage. While they do work from time to time, they spend most of the time giggling and playing around. I ordered a drink. A simple drink. They messed up my order, I drove back to get it and had to deal with attitude from the employees. Not only that, but they gave me the worst dirty burgers I've ever seen in my life in place of the McChickens I ordered. They had placed them in McChicken wrappers and when I opened them up it was so much ketchup and mustard all over the wrappers and these thrown together burgers placed on top. Terrible service. The salads are never full. I asked for a Caesar salad and they said they didn't have them when it's on their menu. Then take it off!
