I have to state this up front: I'm a gig driver for the past year for K3, Bradley, Bourbonnais and even Manteno at times. I can tell you unequivocally this is the single worst location not of just McDonald's, but ALL fast food restaurants in the area, and I don't even eat here, so you can believe me when I say don't go here. Of the 30-40 orders I've picked up here, I could count on one hand how many have taken less than 15 minutes to receive to deliver. I don't get this place at all. There's a full staff during the day. They're running around relentlessly. But they can't get an order together quick at all. Take my last visit: it's almost 2 pm, the drive thru has both lanes filled with cars, and there are no less than 8-10 people in the lobby waiting for their food or waiting to order. In the 20 minutes I waited for my customer's order, I saw just three orders fulfilled. There was what I believe a new manager or assistant manager who was doing her darndest to diffuse customers dissatisfaction which ranged from an older fellow asking for his missing drink politely, to a young woman yelling--yes, yelling--at an employee by her name for some "ice for my hot-a$$ drink" and threatening to call corporate to report them. I truly felt for the woman who was nothing but civil to all the angry guests. I've heard employees swearing while preparing food (not around the customers), they've had explicit music playing in the past, and god forbjd you're there in the 2 o'clock afternoon hour--apparently it's break time for half the staff. Again, just stating that I have never made a purchase here--I strictly pick up other peoples food here and even have a prepared statement I send them telling of their long wait until they get their food, it's that bad. Whatever LLC owns this location needs a major overhaul of this place. An interior facelift (which it had last year) isn't going to cut it. It needs retraining top to bottom. PS: no self-fill fountain drink; only done by staff, and good luck waiting for a counter clerk: using the digital screens is a much better option--at least your order will be in the queue. Better yet, just drive the extra five minutes northwest to the far more professional, faster and incredibly well-oiled 5th Avenue McD's. You would LITERALLY get your order faster driving over and ordering than here. I am done taking orders here unless you're tipping $20-because then that will cover the same amount of time I'll be waiting for your food. read more

Wow absolutely the worst! Ordered two 6 piece happy meals with sweet and sour sauce and apple slices and milks, with Big Mac meal. At the window received two small cokes, Told them that we were supposed to get milks. Then we were asked to pull up and wait. They brought out a Big Mac, missing fries. Asked the lady to bring the fry. Then when we were leaving and about a mile down the road realized we had no napkins, no straws, no sweet and sour sauce and no apple slices. Breakfast time and they were out of sausage. They had all the curbside spots filled with people waiting. They couldn't keep track of what order belonged to which car even when we were at the window. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. The service is poor any time of the day. I come here every now and then and I get the same service every single time. The food is normally cold and takes 25mins plus. The ambiance isn't too friendly. The attitude from the staff is careless. The communication from the staff is oddly unacceptable. I was waiting at the second drive up speaker and no one answered me. There were not any signs or any form of communication stating that the lane was not on for service. Unfortunately, I drive a few miles away to go to a better McDonald's with better service and communication. There are times when the place is supposed to be open but no one answers me at the window. I have sat there for 5-10 minutes before waiting to hear serviced. I won't ever be waiting anymore and neither will I come to this location again. I understand staffing may be short but there is a way to communicate and still show great custom set service. Or at least exceptional customer service. All of the negative reviews are accurate, based on my experience. Improper use of masks, slow help and inaccurate orders. We went at a time and on a day in which the store was not very busy inside or out. After waiting 15 minutes for an employee to acknowledge our presence, our order, #9 from the menu board, confused her. We had to change the order. I stopped at this location this past Sunday afternoon and decided to treat my two stepsons and my son to Happy Meals since we were taking a long trip to and from southern Illinois. I was incredibly disappointed with the services rendered from the cashier and then the unprofessional behavior of the manager. I stepped up to the counter and ordered as follows: "I'd like 3 Happy Meals, 2 as cheeseburgers, one with nuggets, all with milk and apples, no sauce. A vanilla latte and a fruit parfait." The cashiers response: "you wanted fries with them happy meals?" "No, apples. For all of them." Cashier: "and you said chocolate milk?" Me: "that's fine." I paid the $13 and some change, she gave me my receipt...I looked at it and saw that I was charged for a chocolate milk, which makes no sense because that is included in the HM. I asked her why, she told me I hadn't been. I showed her where it said 1 Chocolate Milk....$1.00 hence, being charged. She assured me I hadn't been. Ooookay then. So we sat down, I pulled out my phone and did the math on the receipt, and lo and behold I was charged for the milk. I approached the counter once more after the crowd had dispersed a bit and asked for the manager. I showed her the receipt, she again told me I hadn't been charged. I did the math in front of her, showing that I had. She said that they need to charge for chocolate milks...I said "no, it is included in the kids meal". She began to raise her voice to me, I told her there was no need to get snappy, I just didn't appreciate being told I was "wrong". After her saying "I don't want to deal with this, I'll get you your dollar" she took out a dollar and some change from the register and slapped it down on top of my receipt. I promptly contacted customer service and then also received an e-mail from the general manager. My receipt reads exactly as follows: 1 cb/fry/ap hpy ml toy 2.99 1 M frVn Latte 2.19 1 cb/fry/ap hpy ml toy 2.99 1 chocolate milk ____ 1 4n/fry/ap hpy ml toy 2.99 1 no sauce 1 chocolate milk ___ 1 Fruit N Ygrt Parfait 1.00 1 Chocolate Milk 1.00 Subtotal 13.16 Tax .82 Eat In Total 13.98 Cash Tendered 15.00 So, CLEARLY I was charged for the milk because she did not punch it in correctly under the first happy meal. Bottom line, don't talk to me like I'm stupid, ESPECIALLY when I'm right. Horrible customer service, and even worse management. I get it, it's "McDonald's" and I don't expect much, but Rosalie the "manager" needs to be re-trained on customer etiquette. read more

Absolutely awful here. Do not recommend at all. It's like they are asleep at work! Didn't want to take an order. My wife had to keep saying "hello" at the drive through. It took 20 minutes still in line. My wife went in to get refund. There was a slew of teen boys in there. High and cussing by the front of the line they were loitering. The cashier blamed them for delay. Another man who was high asked my wife for money to buy his meal. The doors were smeared in who knows what. Somebody needs to report this place. read more
