1/10 service. I ordered 20 pc nuggets with sweet & sour sauce , 2 cheeseburgers with a coke, plus a mango pineapple smoothie and 1 mc chicken. I pulled up to window to pay then I got told go pull up further since my 20pc was not made yet. 10 mins later my nuggets come but they forget my mc chicken and mango pineapple smoothie, so we wait longer eventually she comes out with my mc chicken and mango pineapple smoothie , I ask her for sweet and sour sauce and she asks for us to go back around and to pull up to the window again (like she didn't ask to pull forward and wait in that spot) She gave me 2 sauce packets for 20pc nuggets & then the mango pineapple smoothie had no flavor, tasted like a plain slushie. I showed up there at 3am and they said they weren't taking any orders because they were setting up for breakfast.. fine but that's not 24 hour service. I tried to go there again on another day and have been waiting in the drive thru line for the past 10 mins. It's 11pm at night. It's not even peak time. They use a crate to block one of the drive thru entrances which is probably why the lines are so long. I don't understand this place. Wish I could give a minus 1. Tonight I order 3 things and it was $27.68. All of it was wrong. I was told to wait for the order to come out and waited 25 minutes, the girl came out and gave me the wrong order. I knocked on the window and told her about it. Waited an extra 20 minutes, and the manager came out with the "right "other but none of it was right. There was cheese on the no cheese, the Chicken deluxe had NOTHING on it. Positive: During the day I have been in and out not problem with my food. Negative: I'm not even sure why this McDonald's is even open late I feel like they need to close at 10pm. They can not handle the traffic of customers that come in past that time because their employees start leaving. They leave you in the drive thru line for 30 to hour and then once you get your food it's cold. You think you won't sit in a drive through long but when they they keep telling you your food almost done and you already paid your going to wait. The absolute finest collection of humans who could absolutely not care less about customer service, accuracy, or quality. This review is epically overdue. McDonald's as a whole is known for consistency. It's garbage food, but, we all eat here on occasion. It's unfortunately the closest 24 hour restaurant to my studio, so when I'm editing through the night, it becomes the only option. Been here probably 10-15 times and EVERY time; horrendous service, rude af employees, and by comparison, the food here makes any other McDonald's chain seem like a Michelin star restaurant. If you can help it, NEVER GO HERE. This last time I went, I timed the wait, and after 26 minutes of waiting, waiving at the young woman who could clearly see me, as she stood looking at her phone, scratching her ads and picking shit out if her hair, she finally came to the window and said "our cook ain't here." I asked her why it took her so long to let me know, and she shit the window on me. I'm about as chill as it gets, yet, If there was a term for road rage, let's make one up.... call it "BASURA Servicio de Los hambres", or BSLH, as it associates with poor drive thru service, I would say I'm experiencing that at such a level that requires an ambulance and sedatives. I went to this McDonalds and I received a FAKE 5 DOLLAR BILL. The cashier gave me a real ten on the top, put the fake 5 in the middle, and the real ones on the bottom. So when I received my change I put it in my wallet not thinking I'd be received counterfeit money. The manager would not exchange it and the cashier must have done this before because they did not give me a receipt. I pulled up to order, waited around 3 minutes, heard nothing, pulled back around to the other lane to see if that would work, heard nothing for 3 minutes, then FINALLY someone asked me what I wanted. When they finally get me my food a HALF HOUR LATER, I look over my shoulder at the other parking spots. At least 6 other cars are parked, lights on, bored out of their minds on their phones, waiting for food. Awful. What's even worse is my boyfriend is British and is visiting America! If my maths correct that's a 15 minute trip all together. The only unpleasant experience of the whole thing was the feeling of the 20 nuggets in my stomach and getting a sprite that was half full. Worst customer service! The drive through greets you with miles of silence. Once you get to place your order the pay window person greets you with the same and finally says nothing but, "did you order [the wrong thing]?" Once corrected this person simply states the price with no acknowledgement or apology for the mistake. This McDonald's location is very busy,and the lack of management is so bad. Ms. Erica Gray/Green is a very bad manager . She was literally at the window this morning at 8:56 on Nov. 4 , 2020 trying to argue about the coffee creamer that was not in my bag. She is a very poor leader and showing her crew that she is not a team player. She was worried about badgering me about if I'm having a good day...and the line was held up due to her inconsistency and I'm sure there were people that needed to go to work. I have very little knowledge but I'm sure that's not how a manager is supposed to act. I rarely see her working the window, however she seems to have a chip on her shoulder about having to work these hours. May I say with the COVID-19 spreading Ms. Gray/Green is not wearing gloves or a Mask to prevent droplets from getting on people's food. Or mines to be exact She also seems to be upset and not really keeping up her hygiene. She definitely needs to keep those nails done and her hair looks tattered and unkept . Her nails need a fill, and are long and she's serving food. I only knew her fingers to be nasty because with Covid-19 she had no gloves or anything to separate her from my food.
