The food we ordered was the app exclusive deal (Filet-O-Fish, Medium fries and medium soft drink) and the Quarter Pounder Deluxe. Everything was fresh and very good. The night mgr (Isaad) is always very attentive and polite. Isaad resolved an issue that my rewards points from my app were having to redeem the Mcflurry. He handled the situation very fast and professional. Isaad is a great manager and an excellent asset to this McDonald's store. He gets my 2 thumbs up. read more

If you ask for tap water here and it comes out murky, that's because it's Murk-donald's. I'm not a fan of McDonald's, especially the service and especially when their burgers are cold. Big Macs are pretty tasty and the french fries can be some of the best around, but the milkshakes are not worth shouting about, and I find this location's service to be awful. This sweet tea is just pure sugar even though I used to like it. This one has particularly bad service to the extent that I wanted to come on and give them a one-star review. They acted like we were mortal enemies just because we went in for some fries. Definitely not a friendly bunch, but maybe if I worked at McDonald's I wouldn't be friendly either. read more

This McDonalds is the worst. I ordered a burger the other day...waited 10 mins...to only get back to work and there was no hamburger patty on it! Took it back and they fixed it. Great. This morning I stopped by and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit only to find some pancake concoction with sausage and cheese. Because I can't leave work I'm Not starving and stuck with something that's not getting eaten. Don't waste your time at this one...drive the xtra 10 minutes to the one on Spring Green. Let me start with if you get a poor review from me .... THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG.... It was 9:15 on a Friday night and they were out of quarter pounder meat..... how does that happen? Ok it is what it is ... apparently they didnt know until we were at the window trying to pay. Haha we should have know there was a deeper reason the drive through and restaurant were empty. And yes I made the fatal mistake of not checking the reviews on YELP ..... one star Is truly a blessing for this particular Mickey D's, at the window the server asked if I wanted something else? Ok sure, I'll have a Big Mac no pickles... yep besides being cold it had pickles. The rest of our order was just as bad..... I like tartar sauce with my fries, asked for extra on the side when I originally ordered, yep there it was on the screen, is your order correct they asked, yes sir I said, apparently in the confusion over quarter pounders and big macs they forgot to read the order board inside. I had to ask again while frantically checking the bags as they were handed to me And you think you deserve 15 dollars an hour? Haha i wish you well in life Mickey D staff..... Do the managers not read the yelp reviews? You have 1.5 stars that's embarrassing. I come here all the time because its the closest McDonald's but I dread coming here and will for now on just take a longer drive too another location. Here's all the problems if the managers or cooperate cares: -they run out of everything. There's always something they don't have -the 2 Hispanic women in their 30s at the window are horrible. Always have a bad attitude and are always face timing on their phones when they give me my food. -almost all the employees have a bad attitude (that's if they even last) I see a new face every time -my husbands and I breakfast McGriddle was very dry and hard as if it was sitting out (we purchased it 9am) -foods is usually cold. I understand it's cheap food but come on.. -they always miss something. Can't tell you how many times I have to turn around because they couldn't put apple slices in the bag -they are wearing masks under their faces. It goes over the face, why wear one if it'll go under you chin? Want to spread covid? This was the best McDonald's to go to back around 2013 time when I was in high school. The male manager was so nice and the food was always fresh. But the last 2 years it's gone down hill like crazy. read more

Clean bathrooms,seems pretty new and it's connected with the gas station that has a convenience store in it. Quick service and friendly smiles behind the counter. The food is McDonald's food so nothing new and I put in 6 orders and they all came out the right way. The credit card machine is always "broken" so you can't pay by card, however, you can use the 3rd party ATM at a $3.50 processing fee. I think they are lying that the card machine is broken to force customers to use the ATM. Either the owner of McDonald's also owns that ATM or is in some agreement with the owner of that ATM. Which ever the case, this McDonald's seems shady and you should avoid. read more

This McDonalds is so close to my house that I used to stop by every morning but after awhile I just couldn't take it anymore. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner this location is guaranteed to screw something up every single time, that is in no way an exaggeration. Wrong size, forgotten items, mismade items, and they seem to like to service the McCafe machine during breakfast hours. The store owner / manager must have no clue what's going on as this has been a systemic problem for months regardless of shift. I've never seen any business so mismanaged as this. read more

Let's face it. It's McDonald's. I don't expect a high quality service but there is one lady in particular who frankly does not care. Shorter Caucasian heavy set lady. She almost gets pleasure when a machine is not working. If you are this miserable, find another job. Case in point, their coffee machine is ALWAYS broken. I've started going to the Macdonald's on Cinco Ranch Blvd. & Spring Green. I live in the neighborhood across the street from this location. The staff that were preparing the food were talking on their phones via their smartwatches. The lady (manager) who was working the drive-thru was not wearing a hair net. Worst Experience. We wanted to dine-in and we waited 1 hour for them to bring it to us. Since the sign table marker said "we will bring you your food" we waited. We went up to the cashier and there was no one upfront to serve us. Only the food was there placed on the counter. On top of that we had to later get up and ask for our drinks that they did not serve. But guess what? Sorry guys, your restaurant can use some attention. Soda stand was dirty and low on supplies. Tables and floors dirty and my fries were pretty dark. When I asked for fresh fries, manager said, they were fresh just fried in a lil old oil, lol, I didn't get fresh fries. This location shares their restrooms with Shell and it needed attention too. This place has challenges. Drive thru is below average. I've had lots of mistakes with orders. I just went there this afternoon. Didn't get the right sandwich, had to wait in the No 1 lane for at least 10 mins, and no receipt. At home discovered sandwich had no egg on it, so tried to call. Only voicemail! McDonalds is not known for customer service. I prefer chick fil a but this location is especially terrible. Orders are always wrong or they're out of something. Today is free breakfast day for kids taking Starr test. The catch is they must show school ID. Elementary school kids don't carry their school ID, it never leaves the school. Not sure how I ended up here without checking Yelp. I assumed McDonald's is Mcdonalds but this place is worse than a Walmart Mcdonalds if that makes any sense. To be told "hold up wait a sec" in the middle of your drive thru order, wait 5 agonizing minutes in pouring rain while avoiding water going into your car but leaving the window open enough to hear when they're ready isn't any fun. When I pulled to the window the manager came and said "are you the one with the big order?" I let him know I'm not sure if my 2 mcchickens and large fries was a big order but he said again "do you have a big order?"...umm whattttttt???....the person who took my order came up and said its not her and he simply turned and walked away...weird...but the worst part was when I got home to my large half eaten fries with monopoly stickers peeled off. I'd like to assume they peeled the stickers off b/c the whole monopoly game might be over but the half way fries makes me not so sure. If I could give "0" stars I would. The manager is absolute trash. He is so rude and very nasty. I ordered through the app and there was apparently a problem, not first time at this location, and instead of explaining it calmly. He yells through the store, past the girl at register. "Idk what to do you need to come inside". I stated I cannot come inside which is specifically why I placed it on the app and went to the DRIVE THRU and he just looks at me dumbfoundedly. I don't mean to sound lazy here, normally I would've just walked inside. But I have a cast on my left leg and it's quite difficult to maneuver. But let's just talk a moment and wonder. What if I was disabled and unable to use my legs? You're a manager and they way you treat your customers is repeatedly yelling "you need to come inside. I can't do anything. I'm not holding up a line(which was empty btw) for this stupid thing. Come inside." Sir. You really need to evaluate your career cause if your always this rude. Customer service is not the place for you. This is not the first time. This was my final straw before leaving a review. Every time I come. He has a horrible attitude. Doesn't pay attention. Talks over when I'm trying to order and then gets obviously frustrated and has an even worse attitude. The line always takes forever even when I order just one item. Honestly.
