This location is always spot on. I've never run into any major issues in all the years I've been coming here. The food slaps, whether it's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. My favorites are the egg white grill and the spicy deluxe sandwich. Additionally, I enjoy their vanilla iced coffee and their icedream cone, both a wonderful sweet delight. I don't typically dine in or do carry out because I do curbside, which has been a good system for me. The parking lot can get extremely crowded, especially during the end of breakfast hours or during peak lunch hours. The service is great. I never have any complaints. I don't know what's happened to the quality of the chicken, but it's not the same. The texture of the chicken is off-- I tried the strips and the tenders. We say yes it's fine and he persists and says he's just "worried about our health," I was with my sister and we're healthy 20 year olds. While the quality of Chick-fil-A has gone down in the recent years, my last couple of trips were fine. I feel the chicken breast has shrunk from what it used to be when Daddy CFA was alive. I went with my usual Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich and a 12 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were pretty good and the french fries were also on point. Once again I ended up ordering another thing of French fries as I felt the first batch wasn't filled properly. This location is nice. I really like their consistency on how they run their lines. I really wish though that their line setup was a little better. Having to drive all around the building just to get into line is a little weird but it works! I have had issues with getting skimped on in the fries department with them and they have made corrections on that behalf. I am taking 2 stars off because when I was in line by the window I witnessed one of the employees being really awkward/rude towards a few of the other employees...not sure if he was a manager or higher up, but they took it and kept going. I know most folks are hooked on the Cobb salad, but take a leap of faith and try this one. It doesn't disappoint. I was so excited when I saw that a Chick-fil-A had opened up near my neighborhood because, like any true southerner, I LOVE Chick-fil-A. It's clear to see that many others feel the same, as there was a winding line for the drive thru at 5 PM on a Thursday. However, though still wonderful in the way that all Chick-fil-A chains are, this location doesn't quite stack up to the other ones I've been to in Houston. The shop itself is quite nice, especially the play jungle, decked out with a model car. The tables are nice and generally clean, each topped with a cute potted succulent. However there's just something off about the lighting - it's fluorescent but also rather dim. The service is friendly, and the wait for the four sandwiches my family ordered to go was not overly long. Our sandwiches were as good as always, but the fries were sadly not as crisp as usual (though I still wolfed them down). I have read other complaints about the fries on here, and since this place is pretty new, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming that their still working out the kinks with their fryer. Yeah, I'd come again, but solely based on proximity. The food was still good, but it could've been better. read more
