I used to go here more than I'd like to admit but it keeps getting worse. They keep forgetting to put the items I ordered in my bag. Ordered 3 cookies, got 2. By the time I realized I have crying kids. They offered to have me come back for the cookie. Keep in mind I waited for 10 minutes for these cookies and during that time my food sat on a hot plate or some this big so it was all melted and so hot. Ok and about the same as other McDonald's. Sausage breakfast burritos are smaller than normal and they are very stingy with the salsa.

Always going to this location. As the nuggets are always good and the fries are hot. The ice water is always cold too!! This is one of the only McDonalds around that will let you charge your phone when eating. Location is clean and not cluttered. I asked for a large sprite they got that confused with a large fries which isn't the first time. She repeated back to me was that sprite or fries I responded sprite once at the window they gave me fries so I waited for Them to open up then I told them I wanted my sprite that I asked for. Put in an online order for an office bkfst with their app, including pmt info. Went to pick up 20 mins later, no food. 'Oh, we're not doing those orders right now'. Really?? No mention of that in the app anywhere and I had to wait in a drive thru line to find that out. Thirty mins later I drove to another McDs, and I'm running late now for my customer breakfast, and they were just short of rude when I put in an order for $50 worth of food. This store was quick at least but I couldn't get the coffee box that offices like because it takes too long to do they say. Further the app will only allow 20 items per order, so if I'm buying bkfst for an office of 25 people I can't use the app. Apparently all the McDs restaurants care about these days is the drive thru business. Went through drive thru to get 2 sausage burritos and a hash brown and when i asked for ketchup they told me the charged for extra for condiments!! I was blown away that I couldn't get a few ketchup packets for my hash browns unless I paid 10 cents a piece for ketchup!!! Blown away is all i can say!!! As far as McDonald's goes, this one is decent. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is just like any other location. They keep it pretty clean, and they have outdoor seating available. It's off of 395 (by Walmart), so it is easy to stop in if you're heading through town. read more

We asked for two crispy buttermilk sandwiches and they said they only had enough for one; would I take one that's grilled in place of the other. I have already paid for two and they didn't say anything at the window. So I went ahead instead of waiting for 15 minutes. Just horrible, this place is very near to where I love so if I get fast food it's usually from there. My orders are almost always missing something or something is just wrong, the fry containers are typically never more than half full and the fries are always VERY salty and I have to wipe some of it off before I can even eat them. I never leave the window before checking everything in my bag because I get tired of having to go back after I get home. Have asked for owner info and I always get brushed off, this place sucks. read more

two times in the last six months I have stopped at this McDonalds and went thru the drive up window and have been given change for a ten when I gave them a twenty dollar bill ! The gal at the windows hands you your change and shut the window ASAP. The first time after backing up I was given the correct change. No big deal everybody make a mistake but it happened again yesterday so I honked the horn to get the window reopened told her what she had done, she called someone who said they would have to recount the till and pull ahead, many other cars behind me paid and left, after waiting outside for a good 15 minutes I went in and was told the till was not over. This is highway robbery as I know what was in my wallet. I will never go to this McDonalds again. I believe this is easy for them to get away with as they are right off the Highway between Oregon and Washington and most people driving thru are not going to take the time to demand their correct change. read more
