Fast, friendly, accurate service at this location. The only bad thing about this McDonald's is its location itself. You cannot turn left out of the driveway, and the turn around is unsafely too near the drive for it to be an easy maneuver. I came through the drive through and ordered a chicken Big Mac. When I parked I found out it was a regular Big Mac in the box. So I came through the drive thru again and explained the error. I was apologized to and given a new bag, presumably with a chicken Big Mac in it. When I parked, I opened the box, and it was ANOTHER regular Big Mac. This time, instead of going through the drive through I walked in. I asked for the manager and was told I was talking to him. I explained I had received another regular Big Mac as a replacement. I said I don't know how that can even happen. At that time an employee came in from the lobby with a bag and said, just give her this. I said what is that? He said someone in the dining room said he didn't have time to eat this. I said, IM NOT TAKING THAT ONE. I will wait to have one freshly made. Im not taking one from your dining room. I pointed out where my car was and said Id be in that car when it was done. When I turned to leave, I heard one of the employees say I bet she voted for Trump! And then everyone laughed. I had indeed just voted and was wearing my I voted sticker. I slowly turned around and said, what did you say? One of them said "we were talking about thanksgiving." I said no you weren't you said I bet she voted for Trump. Another employee said well, is there something wrong with that? What if I was talking about voting? Thats when I decided I was done giving my time and money to this restaurant and I left. I get it. You think I'm a "Karen" because I complained about incompetence and then refused someone's rubbish from the dining room. Hilarious! And to assume I'm of one political affiliation over another because I'm upset your service is grossly inadequate is what's wrong with this country. In my opinion this McDonalds should be leveled and re-built from the top. This was not the first VERY negative experience I've had here. Do not go to this McDonald's! Drive to another one. This McDonald's is the closest to my house, so I keep giving them another chance when I forget how terrible they are. The order is always missing something. Today, all four of the large sodas were not mixed properly and tasted bad, two cheeseburgers had ketchup all over the outside of the bun, they did not include dipping sauces or straws, the service was very slow and the food was lukewarm. Dear franchise owner, You MUST fire your entire hourly staff.  Your managers are working hard to cover for them but, as a former retail manager, I've NEVER seen such a disaster of a crew. I arrived at 4:03pm in the drive thru, there was 3 cars in front of us.  I ordered a large vanilla latte with whip.  It took 18 minutes in total. The manager (in red), knowing the extreme wait we had already endured said he would bring my latte to the pay window.  I heard him ask for it 4x and finally saying 'guys I could have made it 3 times over by now!' before it showed.  I was now late for my doctors appointment so we took it and left. It was simply the worst excuse for a latte I've ever been unfortunate enough to put to my lips.  I could not expect any person to drink it. Not to mention -no flavoring added -no whip.  After the appointment we returned to exchange it. I decided it best to walk in and alert the management to the situation. I met an assistant or department manager (woman in black shirt).  I frankly told her it tasted like yesterday's used grounds and dish water.  Graciously she offered to refund my money and remake the drink. She took care of the money then when she went to make the drink, she returned to say the machine went down and asked if she could get me something different but there was no specialty coffees at all or shakes (also broken down). She then offered to buy me dinner.  I said just chicken nuggets for my son at home, she sweetly said and 'what about you?' Ok, I'll take a quarter pounder without a bun as I'm gluten intolerant. The cooks made the sandwich wrong along with nearly every order I saw go through! She went and made our food herself.  While I waited (this portion of our experience took another 20 minutes) I saw 4 items come back from the dining room for errors and 3 refunds.   I did see 2 managers working their tails off and 6 hourly employees joking around, tripping over each other, flirting and arguing over who was supposed to do this or that...as well as 2 elderly woman waiting for straight black coffee for nearly 10 minutes.  When the food finally was ready I left, reached in the bag and the fries were cold and the sauces I requested for the nuggets were wrong! Your yelp, yp.com, menuism etc reviews prove this is not an isolated incident.  Between the reorder food waste, refunds, and customer reactions it would floor me if you are clearing a profit at all.  As a business person I would want to know if this was my livelihood.  As many of the other reviewers stated, I can't imagine returning.   Sincerely Tracie read more

Went to this location last Saturday (October 15, 2016) In the drive through I placed my order, the guy reading my order back to me had the incorrect quantity on the screen, and stated it wrong. I told him, "Oh no, I'm sorry only two not three" He then replied "that's not what you told me" (his name is Jonathan) I told him yes it was, I then hand to wait. He then came back and told me to, go ahead with my order telling him the correct order and the correct amount of what I want. So with an attitude I told him again, and I got the tude shot right back (which would be expected). I went in to another employee dropping a frappe and stating "damn it, I just dropped that whole f***ing thing". Spoke to the manager, shirt untucked, waving flies away from everything... This is not my first stop at this place, I always try to give them a couple of more chances. They are rude, they mess up orders, no apologies. It feels like they just don't want customers to go back. My last visit as I was ordering the lady kept making me repeat what I've said because of the noise in her background. She did the same thing to the customer in front of me. The back ground noise was awful like people arguing and a couple of inappropriate words were said. She was okay taking the order other that making me repeat what I was saying because she couldn't hear me with that noise on the back. My girlfriend and I went here last Saturday (1/20/2018) and we waited 25 minutes in the drive through to get our order. While in the drive through I watched employees taking orders while talking on their cell phone. We ended up missing some of our order so we had to go back and then I waited another 25 minutes to get what we were missing. In that period of time there were about 4 or 5 other people who had to repeat thier order to the employees because hey were missing stuff. My girlfriend went through this morning (1/26/18) to get an iced coffee and they gave her a coffee that wasn't iced. We will never be going back there again read more

This is also our local McDonald's so we would like to see it improve enough that it's worth going to. Otherwise we're going to have to go to a different one. You need to either train your employees better or get some new ones. Also half the time your equipment doesn't work like the ice cream machine. We waited 20 minutes to get ice cream sundaes. The poor employee didn't know how to fix it or put in new toppings for the ice cream and by the time we got them they were all melted. Stopped by Thursday and had a terrible experience. I stopped and got a burger, fries, and McChicken at the drive thru. First thing I noticed when I opened the bag was the size of the fries. They literally did not make it to the top edge of the bag. It looked like one of those "kid size" fries in the Happy Meal. Worse, they were not even warm. Room temperature at best, with some almost clammy cold. OK, I figured they gave the corner crud of the fries holding tray. Next the burger. It had clearly been burned BLACK, and they tried to scrap the burned parts off. They left one edge black, but managed to reduce the height of the burger IN HALF from all the missing patty. Last, the McChicken would have been fine except that it had like four times the normal amount of mayo. It had so much oozing out, I couldn't even touch the bun without totally covering my fingers in mayo. Overall, I got a meal that you might expect if your best friend working the drive thru spotted you and wanted to play a practical joke. I, however, know no one who works there. read more

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I now go out of my way by 15 minutes to avoid having to use this location. Not once has my order been correct. With every order something is missing or we completely have the wrong items (i.e. Big Mac instead of Quarter Pounder.) While I accept that I am accountable in some way and should check the bag before leaving, after waiting 20-30 minutes in their drive-thru I just want away from that hell hole! I have called and complained many times. They tell me to drive back and pick it up missing items. Um hell no. How about you get it right the first time? I am not asking you to replace what you forgot or for free items. I want it right the first time. Additionally, their crew is unprofessional and sloppy looking. During one shift a woman was handing food out of the drive-thru in dirty street clothes. Her shirt was unbuttoned at the waist and her large flabby gut was hanging out. Not even slightly professional or appetizing. Another time I watch a girl working the counter take her hair out of a ponytail, run her fingers through her hair repeatedly, put her hair back into a ponytail, and then proceeded to package my french fries, touch my drink lids and food containers all without bothering to sanitize her hands. I refused my meal and demanded a refund. The GM of this store and the corporate office need to make serious changes at this location.
