We live close to this location, so we keep trying to go here because we know McDonald's has a pretty high turnover of employees and we figure that eventually they will get it right, or the ice cream machine will not be "broken". We go here a lot because it's really close and, we almost always have something wrong. The worst was once my sandwich had no bun. I've also waited 15-20 minutes for food when in the only customer on drive through. Avoid if you can, they will mess something out. And if you're wondering, I've been going to this location for over 6 years and can only remember being a happy customer once. It took about 10 minutes from the moment I got in line to when I got my food. There were 3 people in line in front of me. The drink counter was filthy and had trash on it. There were no napkins or ketchup. I had to ask for ketchup at the counter and they had none there either. I know fast food service isn't typically great, but this was pretty bad. read more

I used to live across the street from this Micky-Ds, and lets just say that I would drive out of my way to go to another McDonalds. Some examples: My wife ordered a hot fudge sundae and got a strawberry sundae, ordered cheesebugers withOUT pickles and onions but we got pickles and onions, and I don't know if it's possible but the nuggets always felt soggy - like they weren't cooked all the way. Nothing was terrible, but we just started going to the McDonalds on Kalamazoo near 60th St. Much better! read more

Terrible experience every time I come here! I work down the road, and everyone in the office likes to get breakfast, so i'm the one who gets them all. Nearly every morning. The managers know who I am and they are great! Besides them, everyone in this store has an attitude! Believe it or not, one of the young men taking my order (at the front counter) asked me for my name and number. I chuckled and said "no, thanks". To me that seams extremely unprofessional, and now every time I go in there, he stares at me very noticeably. The morning manager is a sweetheart, and I've noticed they are always understaffed leaving her to do all the morning work herself. If it wasn't for Tim Horton being right there and being close to my workplace, I defiantly would not visit this location! read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever! The workers are so bad! Went through drive thru at 10:00pm. No one responds so after waiting 5 minutes saying "hello?!" I drive up to window. Girl looks at me and walks away, flirting with male worker. Asked to speak to manager but she was sitting outside with her friends. Tried to explain what happened but they honestly all seemed high and it seemed more like a getto party than a restaurant. The franchise owner is either clueless or just doesn't give a shit. If you don't believe me go there around 9-10 at night. II don't know what these kids are getting paid but whatever it is it's too much. read more

Slow, Mediocre, and Semi- accurate service at this location. I keep trying to give them a chance because it's close to my home within walking distance but they keep messing up my orders 9/10 times. If I ask for ketchup only no mustard 5/10 times they do mustard only no ketchup. It's as if there not hearing me and that's not counting in the 20 minute wait even when there's only 2 of in line in the drive-thru. So factoring in the wait, the service, and not getting what I ordered they should be shut down. Just because their ICE CREAM machine is always down! Another example of not getting what you ordered is when Kayla H. went there she said that she "asked for no pickle on her burger, instead she got lots of pickle and no onions and the bun was burnt and stale." So in conclusion don't go to this McDonald's location because it sucks with never giving you the correct order and never having any ice cream. read more

At the drivethu on 4-22-2018 I asked, "Can I have $25 in gift certificates." The staff member said, "DAMN. What you want?" I said, "I'd like $25 in gift certificates." She said, "What you want gift certificates for anyway? It's not Christmas." Realizing, I wasn't dealing further with a person this rude, I pulled up to the window to ask for a manager. There were two employees at the window, laughing. When one saw me, she produced a mock scream and threw up her hands. Both then continued to laugh and did not open the window. I have NEVER been treated so poorly or with such disrespect in a customer service situation. Not only should these employees not be working for McDonald's, their manager needs to be reprimanded for allowing this behavior. After this incident, I went to the McDonnalds down the road at 920 44th St in Wyoming, MI. They were so nice, and got me the gift cards no problem. I went to this location on 7/17/17 and placed an order. I got a terrible number 6 chicken sandwich and asked for a new one because it was nasty and the ketchup was expired and I got sick from it . I was on lunch break and had a certain about of time to eat and I never got my burger back or my money for the burger I had to leave to report back to work and I was written up for being back late I don't recommend this location to anyone and I would like my money back. Lived in the area for almost 15 years. Always nasty, slow, and rude.

I returned to this location of McDonald's after a few months and apologies from the company. I was in line for about 45 min waiting for my order. There Were several Uber drivers who walked in and grabbed bags of food. This would not have been so bad if it were not that the items that I was told were holding up my order" chicken tenders " kept being served in droves to the Unser drivers that kept walking in the door! The only part of the order that was made promptly was the shamrock shakes and they were more than melted with runny whipped cream by the time I finally received my food. An employee who was off duty came into to the restaurant and ordered and received their meal and then looked back at me and asked if I was waiting to be waited on. I told her I had already placed an order 45 min prior! She walked back to the cook area and yelled, you all need to quit playing and get to cooking. The manager came out and told me he was sorry and that he was going to make sure that he personally made my food. It was another 25 min and he had left the food in the deep fryer and yet other orders for the same item left the counter as I sat waiting. My order was in the amount of 48 dollars and I was a bit mad at this point. I would have walked out but i has already paid and it would take even longer to have a return made on my money! I dealt with this and after an hour and 15 min I was on my way! Melted shakes and all. Two days later I went to pick up my son at the post office and my grand daughter asked if we could get an iced coffee. We had 15 min to spare as the McDonald's is right next door to the post office. We ordered 3 coffees and ended up sitting in the parking lot waiting for them for approximately 35 min. I finally received the coffees and no straws were given so I asked the person who delivered them if we could please get straws. She looked at me all messed up and said" I'm not the one who made these so it's not my fault! I got upset and said, is it my fault then? Since you can't get your act together and yet have a crappy attitude! I took the coffees and walked back into the restaurant. I demanded a. Refund -the manager was at the register and started to punch in a refund and told me to keep the coffees. I was given a refund and I told the manager that's he needed to retrain his employees to learn what responsibility and respect as well as customer service. I don't think I will go back there ever again three strikes and I'm out and they seem to be getting worse with time!u read more

Went in the morning with 2 ppl in line and about 3-4 cars in drive-thru and the supervisor was already frustrated. Yelling at her employee working the register and discussing firing other employees if they did not show up for work today while working with a customer it was beyond unprofessional. It took 15 mins to get my order and the sad part it was only 2 people there (me and another person in front of me). But from what I could see it was at least 5-6 staff on including the managers. While I wait for my food a staff/manager hands free food to a friend coming in while I'm still waiting for my order and the other manager stands there and says absolutely nothing. They are slow!! And very unprofessional!!! I'm sure the owner can find better employees. They need to start all the way over with this McDonald's from manager to employee.
