By far the worst McDonald's location! Like another fellow yelper mentioned, they have lousy customer service and obviously don't care this has been proven time and time again and only gets worse. Just when you think things may have changed, WRONG!!!!! I went there today after not visiting my hometown location in months. Ordered 3 coffees and 3 sausage egg McMuffins. They gave me the coffees and 1 sandwich while telling me to park for the additional 2. Ok, no problem, I'll wait. While I'm sitting there I think to check the 1 sandwich they gave me and WOW! Glad I did! What the!?!? Anyone order a sandwich with 3 buns and 1 sausage!?! Really!?! The girl finally comes out with 1 bag mind you, there are now 4 of us parked outside waiting for our orders. She comes to me first and She asks if I ordered chicken nuggets!?! I'm like no! She says "oh ok your order is still processing" and walks away. At this point I've had enough! I go inside and let's talk about how filthy it is, inside! The floor across the restaurant is completely sticky, trash is full, flies everywhere, workers all look confused trying to figure out who ordered what. I'm asked if I need something and I respond, yes, I'd like my money back, I've been waiting 20mins for 2 egg McMuffins and btw I was given 1 of 3 and showed her the sandwich and asked her "what is this?" Waited on the drive through and then my order was still wrong. All 4 deluxe breakfast were missing the bacon and sugar and creamer as well.

I can't believe these people. I want to cuss them out and I know I'm being over dramatic and maybe that's because I'm very HANGRY. But I ordered an Oreo frappe online and they gave us a Carmel frappe I wasn't there for the online pick up and my boyfriend had to take my phone to fulfill the order. I called them and told them I refuse to drink a caramel frappe because I hate them. They told me if I want another frappe I have to bring back the original frappe and they'll make me another one... It's unfortunate that after all this time under new management, Kingsburg's McDonald's can't reprise the same customer service and quality of food as they had under previous management. The tea and soda is always watered down, they always get the order mixed up, and the drive thru often takes as long as just going in even if there's only one car ahead. Very rude. It's McDonald's I understand but if you want to make inflation happen and make $15 an hour at least treat people with respect. Didn't get my fries or straws in the drive thru so the door was unlocked and I got yelled at and told to get out. When I did get the fries they were bad, some over cooked some under cooked. I want to say I visit this McDonald's about 4 times a month. I ustu go everyday , every morning at 9am to get a Medium Vanilla iced coffee. But some of the employees there are obviously not so bright. They give you the wrong crap, or give u watered down drinks. That's why I no longer go there at all for breakfast. You'd think that seeing your face everyday would inspire them To be happy to serve you. Yeah right. But not going to get side tracked. My rating is about today. I ordered two Mc chickens for my children. One with no MAYO, the other light mayo add pickle. Keep in mind they took 10 years to take my order. Having two empty kiosk. No cars above ordering or in the back of my car waiting to order. Well 10 years later after they took my order. This older women who I believe works Pm shift, repeats my order . When she repeats it she's like "you have two Mc chickens . One no mayo, one extra onion. " I said no (politely) I said , "it's light mayo add pickle." She's like "omg I'm Sorry let me fix it ." I then replied "it's ok, I understand mistakes happen" (still smiling and being polite. She then takes my card. And when she is handing it back. She drops it. I stare, then unbuckle myself , and get out my car to get my credit card. Well by the time I get to the last window my bags ready. Usually I check my bag. But damn why would I for just two items. Wrong. I get to my house. What do you know??? The damn Mc chicken has FKN ONIONS in it! Lord have mercy on these brainless humans. I don't know what they have for a brain? Must be shit for a Brain. Eh it's a McDonalds. I go through the drive-thru about once a week and the it's very slow even with the double kiosk. I hate the remodel on the inside they took out Kingsburg atmosphere and local feel. Most of the seats are tights and chairs are hard to find. Doesn't seem very handicap friendly. After this McDonald's was remodeled last September, I was hoping that it would be better. It's gotten much worse. The service is terrible, the person at the cash register has to also fill orders. They ignore the customers and it takes forever to get your food. The place is filthy and they hardly ever clean the tables. The drink counter is also filthy and many times the tea canisters are empty the middle of the day and it takes forever to get them replaced. Where do I even begin, my expectations were blown out of the water. My Mc- ribs had the perfect amount of sauce to Mac-rib ratio. My Mc-cheese burger was grilled to perfection, and the paper rapper's logo was so meticulously perfect I couldn't believe my eyes. I just ordered from Kingsburg McDonald's & it's by far the worst. I'd give 0 star's if I could. The service was horrible. Each employee I encountered there were rude. The food wasn't even warm, it was cold both my meals. My Big Mac was so sloppy that I had to rebuild it. My fries looked and felt old. Not to add one of my fries weren't even fully filled. It was barely even half. My meal & fries were so cold we couldn't even eat them. They gave me an entire cold old ass meal. Very disappointed. I witnessed employees getting yelled at by the women (which I assume is their boss) like they are animals and it isn't the 1st time I witness this. While this McDonalds has some of the best wifi I have received at a McDs, It does nothing to make up for the lack of customer service. I had to wait for 5 minutes in a non existent line before anyone behind the counter acknowledged my existence. The lady who was dressed as a manager or so I assumed, took my order while joking with a co worker and didn't even apologize for the order.
