The food is being the deliver to customer on the parking by a homeless person and the Manager is aware cause thats how he eats from helping at the store. How is this possible? The Bellalago McDonald's is average. It is kind of dull inside. Today I ordered just a quarter pounder and it took 8 minutes. There were only five other families in the restaurant and they had already been served. The drive-through was not very long either. When I received the order, the bun was on the hard side. They had just switched from breakfast to lunch, but I think they should've taken the buns out to defrost earlier than they did to avoid this problem. I stopped by here last Friday (6/17/2022) around 6:45 pm and went through the drive-thru. We frequent McDonald's so we have a regular order that we get every time, however, this was our first time at this location. I pulled up and the person on the intercom said "what?". No greeting other than that. I began my order which is fairly simple: -Happy Meal Cheeseburger - Ketchup Only w/fries and chocolate milk -(2) Double Cheeseburgers Plain -(1) Large HiC Orange I had to repeat the order THREE times before they finally "listened", meanwhile in the background, I could hear all kinds of commotion which sounded like kids messing around. I asked for the order to be repeated because it did not show up on the screen and immediately got an attitude from the drive-thru employee. She repeated the order and I pulled around. I provided my app to scan and paid. While I was paying, another employee was talking to the drive-thru employee, showing her phone to her and saying "I was high in this picture". Okay, fine. We live in a legal state (I am an MMJ card carrier so it's not a big deal to me) but there is a time and a place for these kind of conversations. I pull up to the second window and was handed food that was not mine. It was someone else's order completely. When I mentioned it, I was greeted with yet, MORE attitude and asked to pull forward. Before I pulled forward, I just asked if they wouldn't mind putting some ranch in the bag for my daughter's fries. I pull forward and wait for my food which did not take too long, thankfully. The person comes out to bring my food (a different one than before) and she was actually pleasant! However, I realized, that there was not any Ranch in the bag, no straws for our drinks, and no napkins at all. So I had to park my car, get my 6-year-old out of the car and go back inside to get these items. I asked nicely at the counter and again, was greeted with attitude. Also, there were at least 5-6 teenagers just standing around with what looked like a manager on duty who was maybe in her early 20's, and they were all looking at their phones and laughing and carrying on, with a lot of "F" words, in front of my 6-year-old. Again, I cuss. A lot. But there is a time and place for it and the front counter of McDonald's probably is not it. I should not receive an attitude toward simple things. I am a kind person and I have worked in fast food and in the service industry and treat the workers in these places with respect. But the amount of disrespect given to us in this VERY short drive-thru visit was unacceptable. read more

I decided to take my kids over to McDonald's for dinner this evening. When we walked in it was noticeably quiet inside with only a couple of customers. There was food on the floor and numerous tables had not been attended to to clean them. We ordered it at the self service area at exactly 5:36 PM. We didn't receive our food until 5:52. I don't consider waiting 16 minutes for what is labeled fast food a reasonable amount of time especially as quiet as it was in the restaurant. I had the glazed tenders meal. A little bit of advice, save your money and just order the tenders and some dipping sauce because there was nothing special about these. My daughter had the chicken nugget happy meal with yogurt and french fries. My son had the six piece buttermilk tender meal. When you go to McDonald's, Burger King, or any other fast food restaurant you sort of know what to expect. Our fries were rather cold and nothing about our food was special or even hot. The only reason I gave it to stars instead of one is because the location is very convenient. read more

They bring my food to me when I take it to go. It's bagged handle bags. They really take care of their customers and they care and they fast at this McDonald's and the food is always correct, sign for something special. I come here often since it's close to the house. And service used to be better, but lately it's gone over the wayside. I had an encounter with a manager named "Maniya" she was absolutely rude! I first had an encounter with a worker on the window, who wanted argue about my order. These workers are fucking morons. I ordered two extremely simple non-specialty menu items, and it took FIVE people to key it in, correct the first cashier's error, get a manager to approve an override (who was located out front catching a cigarette), a fourth person to prepare the order incorrectly, and a fifth person to clear up the fourth person's ineptitude. There were four or five more workers texting and clowning around (well, one was being constructive, digging in her weave with a plastic straw.) PLUS! I was the only customer inside. In all fairness this McDonald's use to be great but after the pandemic hit and now that they are getting paid more the service is worse. I've been there quite a few times and after after I get home it's when I find out my order is wrong. At first I said well I'm not ordering thru the app for pickup anymore and go threw the drive thru, same thing wrong order, so I started picking up orders inside no change, even buying and eating inside and the order would be wrong, so I got feed up and just stopped ordering there and have never been back. I ask for a medium black iced coffee with sugar and extra ice, no flavor. When I went to the pickup window they gave me an iced coffee with cream. I did not want cream 'cause I can't tolerate it in the morning, so I told her to change it because I ask for a black coffee then she gave me the coffee with no sugar. I couldn't taste it while I was there cause I didn't want to be late for work. I was feeling bright this early Monday morning but when I get to work and tasted the coffee my whole day just went dark. Many of the staff recognize me and we can chat and laugh. Unfortunately, the food is inconsistent. I barely eat anything off of their menu . The only time the line is not wrapped around the building is (most times ) around 6:15am in the morning - though there are times that the line is ridiculously long even then. This location is terrible! The food is the same if you can get it but you never know if they're doing only lunch or only breakfast and they're almost only accepting cash only. I work long hours at my job and hope that I can get a snack or meal to hold me over but this location is so unpredictable it's not worth the wait not to mention the employees taking orders are really unprofessional at times. I've stopped by this location a few times when I was in a hurry or needed something different. The food is ... well, standard McDonald's, what more can be said? The problem here is the extraordinarily long time it takes for ANYONE to do ANYTHING in this restaurant. I could tell they do more drive-thru business than indoor dining (I prefer to go inside if it's not crowded) and if you place an order for indoors, you will be a low priority. Just standing there waiting and watching told me that among the crew in this location, the right hand often doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Some of the workers don't seem to know where items like mustard, salt, pepper, and straws are located; others have taken a seriously long time to handle a simple drink refill. There is one cashier girl who has an extremely attitude problem. She was short with some guests and she mumbles under her mask (intentionally, I believe) and gives off an aura of letting you know that she really hates her job and is inconvenienced by having to take your order. I don't recommend this place. I will ONLY use the drive-thru for a coffee, and then only if nobody is in the line. Otherwise, a hard pass on this location. read more

The worst.... by far. Generally speaking this spot is busy no matter what time of day. Not that being busy is bad, unless your a "fast" food joint that is terribly inefficient. This is coupled with a staff that appears to be having a contest to see who can provide the worst customer experience OR who can sag their pants the lowest. At present we've been sitting in the drive through for 17 min. Yesterday I dropped my wife off at the grocery store in the same parking lot and ran to get a quick coffee. The joke was on me. I went through the drive thru at 2am. The service was as good as it could be for McDonald's. The staff was very kind, and we got our food in under 5 minutes. Excellent McD's. The staff is very friendly and service was fairly quick. The establishment is clean. Condiment area was neat, spotless, there was plenty of salt, pepper, catsup, napkins and straws. When my #1 was perfectly packed in my Big Mac box. There was no pickles - like I ordered it. The fry container was full to the top. My order was at a perfect temperature.
