Got here and there were only two employees. The service of course was affected as there were 4 people in front of me and 6 people behind me. It is 1:38 PM on Tuesday afternoon June 16 and I just had the most horrible experience with. I think her name was . She wanted to be bossy at the drive-through window because I drove past the Order area due to the fact I already ordered on my phone. So we literally argued at the window about the proper procedure and what to do and how basically she wanted to tell me what her procedure was. I mobile ordered a mango pineapple green tea refresher. When I walked in, the four employees seemed a little distracted and disorganized. It took them a while to acknowledge a customer at the cash register wanting to place an order. They finally had him go over to the pick up line to place his order. Then, it was still a while longer to acknowledge me. All four employees seemed to be concentrating on the drive-thru customer they thought was trying to cheat them. When I was finally acknowledged, the young lady was polite and efficient. My drink was excellent. The food is great. I've had the pleasure of tasting a lot of different things, as they don't tell you if they're out of what you order and instead replace it with something completely different. You have to eat something different because you can't get a refund so it's always something new! They're also straight to the point! You go to the drive through and there no wasting your time with warm welcomes or kind greetings it's simply "Go ahead". You go inside and it's "Need something?" I am incredibly disappointed in my neighborhood Dunkin. The donuts on 11/23 were at least 2 days old and NOT fresh as I have had them fresh and know the difference. For as expensive as they are they should be fresh on Saturday mornings especially as early as I went to pick them up. The staff also lies about the donuts they no longer make when you come through the drive thru. I went last week my 2nd trip but first time through the drive thru, the woman who took my order said they no longer have apple spice at this location but this morning my 3rd and last time there they had apple spice. 2 day old apple spice and 2 day old boston cream stale and hard. We visited the inside to get some coffee and a few donuts. Only two or three cars were parked in this section of the strip mall where they're located, so we weren't sure if they were even open. They may as well not have been open. We entered, scanned the menu board, then realized nobody was present. We said 'hello, hello' a couple of times and then some guy with a mop and pail came into view from the back. We asked if anyone was taking any food/drink orders. He didn't answer us but instead yelled, "Keisha!!!" or "Teesha!!" or similar name (couldn't understand, really) and a girl came out. She did not greet or even acknowledge us. She fiddled around with the cash register device and never looked at us. Then she was messing with one of her humongous fake eyelashes, stretched really wide and yawned, put her head and arms down on the top of the cash register screen, and starting scratching in her weave. Finally she looked up and mumbled .. you won't believe this .... "Something?" Not hello, not welcome to DD's, not may I take your order .. but merely said "Something?" We walked out, noting the filthy condition of the "dining" area on our way out. OK, so she was either intentionally rude to us, or she just truly didn't give a shit about her job. Just moved to Kissimmee and this location is nearest to where I live so we thought we'd give it a try. My husband walked in and no one greeted him yet he was the only one in there. It took several minutes before anyone took his order. We asked for 2 coffees with cream and sugar one egg and cheese croissant and one chocolate chip muffin warmed up with butter. It took 15 minutes to get our food and the muffin was not warmed up with butter. There was no one in the place how do you mess up the one order you have and take so long for it?! The manager thought it was a good idea to take 4 large drinks, put them in a little flimsy holder.....and then attempt to hand them out to my car. Clearly they were trained well by staff. All are very pleasant, polite employees. I have been both inside and thru the drive thru and have been greeted nicely in both. The orders have been right going inside and thru the drive thru. Coffee has been made perfectly. Exactly what you want to start your day off. Hopefully they will keep up the good work. I was in shock today going to this location. I ordered a Medium hot tea with Almond Milk and extra sugar. I was charge $1.50 for the almond milk. Mind you, I am allergic to dairy and unable to have milk or cream. This Medium cup of Tea cost me $4.00 instead of the $1.89 because this location ALSO does not give change. My sister who went there once, asked for a Large Iced Coffee with the Carmel Swirl Squirt and was charged $0.50 per a squirt. We really need a zero star option. I am usually OK with Dunkin Donuts locations but this one is terrible. As stated by many others, they are constantly running out of donuts (which is what the damn store is known for) and they always run out of drinks. Not only that but the employees really don't care. One time, one the employees gave me a completely different order than the one I asked for, she didn't tell me the total until I got to the window; once I paid and received my items I realized she gave me the wrong order. When I told her, she then realized she overcharged me by $6 then she stated that she can give me a dozen donuts to make up for it. When I told her no, I want my money back, THE MANAGER told me they don't give refunds at this location!! I was livid and insisted she give me my money back and didn't leave until she gave it back.
